I always come here to get my car fixed for everything they are great especially Jill and Mike the best they take good care of me always if Mike not there talk to Jill if she not there talk to Mike. I will keep coming here I recommend them highly
i would not recommend this place to anyone brought my car in to get serviced and they left it worse than it was originally then they refused to work on it afterwards.
Poor customer service, didn’t take responsibility for making the car worse and then tried to say it was because I paid for the cheaper version?!?! Didn’t know there were two options of getting a car fixed for the same issues!!!
This place is a rip off they don't work on what needs to be repair . They messed up my car more than it was and they don't take responsibility for it , they overcharge for the smallest repair . Bad service don't recommend this place at all
Mike knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle & helped immediately. He was super nice & very sweet! He also did additional testing that he didn’t need to do I will definitely let A1 work on my vehicle again!
This place is an absolute rip off they take your money they’ll do service for you that you don’t ask for they never take care exactly what your problem is. They put four tires on my car I got over $2400 worth of work from them and total the last year I went there to them three times and never did get the satisfaction of the work you bring your car back they will tell you you are being picky God knows if you take your car there to them. This is just a warning I’m getting over it but I thought I should write something to let others know that they are not there. They are not there. I went there because my barber recommended them, and regardless of whoever recommend these people do not go, do not go stop warning caution
When I went right in the young lady who works the front took me right on and got my brakes fixed replaced,belt replaced and within 1.5 hrs it was done!! And price was reasonable for my budget. Thanks A1 Auto.
I don’t recommend this place. They are liars! I purchased a car from Posen motors(They have a relationship with Posen motors) and I took the car to A1 auto to have it checked for any defects or problems. They told me that nothing was wrong with the car and that everything was fine. A few days later I found out that the car was in fact too dangerous to be on the road due to two broken coil springs. The springs were literally snapped in half and could’ve broken off at any moment while driving on the highway which would’ve lead to a major crash. I guess they didn’t want to tell me the problems the car had since they have a relationship with Posen motors. Very Shady business. Their relationship with Posen motors is more important than the safety of their customers I suppose!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS RINKY DINK PLACE. The shop looks very ran down and the service matches the looks!
Daughter's car starting acting up on I294 and was barely driveable. She was an hour from home. Luckily A1 was open and Adam was honest and made the necessary repairs at good price. Daughter was back on the road in an hour. So grateful for A1.
Great service from beginning to end! Explained everything in detail before performing services and showed the faulty parts previously installed by another mechanic. I have recommended them to my entire family for any future vehicle repairs. Mike is amazing and Jill is just as wonderful. You will not be disappointed. My very own dream team. For repairs done correctly the first time give them a try!
I was here today and it went by super smoothly! I would definitely recommend coming back here for car issues or to at least have them look at your car. The guy that helped me was super sweat as well and great at explaining what they did to the car or what needs to be done.
Went to get it oil change. Which went from $30-$40.... looking for Tony and Mike no longer there.the new guy at the desk playing games when you're trying to be serious. ask them to check my transmission fluid in because I had a slow pull off in my Nissan Marano said they did......they did not ask them to put air in my tires said they did......they did not... do not go back must be new management
I THOUGHT this was a good place to take my wife's car but she's been back several times. The last time they told her they it's something don't do. When in fact they didn't want to deal with it anymore. She took it to the dealership and they had to replace the same parts from this place because it was CHEAP parts. Now my wife is out another $400+ to replace this part. I wish they would treat other people's cars like it was theirs.. And not just a customer

Unbelievable these guys are amazing if you can't go to the dealer to get your car fixed, these guys will straighten it out for you . These guys put a smile on my face once I picked up my car and I'm very satisfied I'm very happy I would highly recommend these guys if you don't prefer going to the dealer . My car runs great !...
The last month I've had both of my car repair here total about $1200.00. My check engine came on one of the car not saying they did something to have it come on.. They wanted to charge me $60.00 to a diagnostic. I was surprised after bringing my business here so Frequently they would charge me. So I said if u find out what's wrong with the car , and I get it repaired here would you put the $60 toward my repairs. He said no, I very surprised since I had been here twice within a month with both of our cars and gotta them repaired. I called another repair shop and talked to them and they stated if your car get a diagnostic and the repairs are done here. You Do Not Pay For the Diagnostic.
They don't play around. They take good care of your vehicle. Great customer service. I've been coming here for the last three years. If you are the type of customer with a hidden agenda, don't try it. The mechanics will point it out, they don't BS and they won't try to get over on you. In you will leave satisfied.
