Had a stressful day when my car broke down, called multiple towing companies and no one either answered the phone or were giving me the run around for an eta, called A-1 Towing out of Posen and manny the dispatcher was very concerned and treated me with so well, very polite and professional came in literally within 20 minutes. Would definitely highly recommend very reasonable pricing as well!!!
Completely unprofessional!! Gave me the run around for hours saying there’s one tow ahead of me! Then cancels so I had to schedule to next day where that driver towed my vehicle and bent my tie rods!! The owner or whoever answers first tells me they didn’t tow my vehicle and can’t look up the order and then wants to argue on the phone instead of give their insurance and help me fix my problem. He says it’s my word against theirs which is crazy!! I have filed a police report and contacted the ICC, something tells me they do this a lot and haven’t been held responsible. They’ve definitely got the right vehicle owner this time, I take legal action.

As I stated, I did send a copy of all my information that was requested and included proof of payment to your company multiple times. Information was sent to both phone numbers listed on your website via text and we spoke to the phone on multiple occasions.
This service is shady. I unfortunately had to use this company twice earlier this year for some problems with my vehicle. After the first service, they sent me a photo of a hand written receipt with very little detail and only accepted payment by Zelle. The second time of service I didn’t get a receipt at all. I requested a copy of my 2nd receipt to submit to my insurance for reimbursement and it took them over 3 weeks and at least 5 calls just to tell me that they can’t find it. They then told me they would create a new one if I provided them will all details of my service and I included proof of payment to their business on the date of my last service. It has now been a month since my initial request and they still have not gotten back to me. This company has been very uncooperative, unprofessional, and unorganized. Next time I’d rather wait 4 hours for my insurance to send a tow instead of being cheated out of $150.

My car was picked up and taken to the wrong location and keys was placed in the hands of a total stranger. When I contacted the location, they were closed until 7a the next day. Manny has been giving me the run around for a week. I have Not heard from Mo the owner. I want a Full REFUND I called back today and spoke w/Jay who has claimed to be Manny and now Jay. I have called 2x/daily for 8 days. He is now telling me that he needs to charge me for the drop off at the wrong location. Why should I be charged for that. This is their mistake.

This company only has one payment method that doesn’t charge a fee- Zelle. I don’t have this payment so I was charged 4% to use a debit card. They say that when you are making payments but there are no other options. The main problem with them was they charged me way too much for a very simple solution that did not involve any equipment. I felt taken advantage of.
My car broke down this morning on the side of the road, I called at least 3 companies and all of them needed a minimum of 2 hours eta, I called A-1 Towing and told them my situation I had someone come out to me in 20 minutes, very fast, friendly, and professional, will be using them in the future for sure price was really affordable to.
This place does not deserve any stars. I requested a tow through my insurance and this is who they sent. The estimated wait time was 90 minutes so I waited. When the 90 minutes were almost over I called the company to see how much longer it would be. The guy told me another hour and if I didn't want to wait I could cancel and get someone else. This place is a joke....crazy part is they are literally right down the street from where I needed to be towed. I then called my insurance and requested another company and they responded right away and showed up in about 25 minutes.
Edited: oh wow look at that, you responded to this review quicker than you can respond to a tow. This company is a joke like I said. Most companies give you an estimated time but at least have the common courtesy to call and let you know that they are running late. I had to call them and the guy told me that the driver was running late. You have to understand that your company is a joke and this is not the way to run a business.
My experience with this company has been great. Customer service was excellent and Brandon was very informative and patient with me. 10/10 highly recommend
I was stuck on the side of the road, and just so happen to see the driver Brandon stop for gas. He was able to get in contact with his team for permission to do a surprise tow and he got it done and timely. I can’t stress how much of a help this company was. Shoutout to Brandon and team for the A-1 service!
Keithan (driver) was handling my car with expert care and experience...he was also very knowledgeable about his job...it's very hard to find good service like he exemplifies! Give him a paycheck raise!

After calling a few other towing services, A-1 actually answered when I needed a tow in the middle of the night. Quick response time, friendly service, and got me home with zero hassle. Definitely will use them in the future if I need!
The dude who pick up my car was kinda a jerk and not personable at all. That said the people who are at the office show they care, they reach out to me in regards to the driver who picked up my car and apologized for the inconvenience. I much appreciate them taking the effort to correct their mistakes.
I've used towing services before and they've always been an issue. However, I'm VERY pleased with A-1 towing! Manny was very nice and arrived within 20 minutes of the call! The price was also very reasonable considering the distance I needed the tow. Definitely will be using them again if I ever need another tow.

My car broke down literally 8 mins away from my work place. My insurarance contacted A-1Towing. Moe, was the tow truck driver. He had great costumer service. Towed my car to a shop near by and went out of the way not to leave me stranded on a rainy day. In addition to that, I did not have anyone able to pick me up, he went above and beyond and drove me to that shop. I really appreciate the service. I will certainly recommend A-1Towing service. I needed a jump after the battery died. Called A-1 and they arrived QUICKLY. Even after I screwed up the address. Manny was GREAT. Got me going fast. Quick and painless. Highly recommend!
My engine stalled and I was stranded in a bad neighborhood. Contacted my warranty company and they directed me to A1. Although we got disconnected, I called back and my vehicle was towed to the dealership. Thank you for the prompt true EMERGENCY response. I appreciate the long hours and hard work these drivers do not get praised for. Its not an easy job. So please be sure to always thank those that come to our rescue!
