Very bad experience with them. The staff is extremely extremely rude, cannot stress this enough. They go back on their word. And honestly I got the feeling that they're only there to make money.

The best body shop in Palatine! Originally got work done on my Subaru back around May of 2020 after a little fender bender. Carlos and his crew were super helpful and informative of any potential discoloration between body panels. Fast forward three years later, and the paint and craftsmanship is still holding up with no chipping. I highly recommend Auto Collision Rebuilders whether its from an accident or needing a respray.
They fixed the rear life gate and bumper on our Tucson. They had earlier availability than other shops, took care of all the State Farm details, GREAT communication keeping us updated with the progress, and the end result is as good as new. Can't ask for more than that so we'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.
I was hit in the read end of my vehicle by a taxi. It was not my fault and after much back & forth on the phone with my insurance agent and claims department we were trying to finalize what they will cover to be fixed. Carlos went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure step by step my vehicle was fixed correctly. It also had to be taken to a dealership for diagnostics test because the report did not state that my suspension got damaged from accident. He kept me informed step by step thru text the entire time. These guys are above and beyond the ordinary collision repair shop! They treat you like family besides doing a great job on your repairs. Our car looks and runs better than it ever did. Due to getting in a car accident, I was looking for a body shop for repair, started Googling and looking up reviews and settled on bringing my car in to Auto Collision. Their customer service is outstanding; very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic to your needs, and Juan was great with explaining details and very nice/kind. Upon pick up of my car, they did a great job with the repair, informed me that they're still waiting on molding (the only part on back order), and assured me that it should be in within a couple of weeks and they'll place it on for me right away. Overall, I am very pleased with their awesome service, if you need a body shop, please use this one, you will not regret your decision.
Had my car in for repairs twice in one year. The first time they matched the paint perfectly and had us fixed up in 24 hours. The second time they fixed my car door for free. Highly recommended they are a great group here in town. Thanks and we will be back for auto Body repairs.
Carlos did a great job on a front end collision. His work on the car is fantastic and the in house paint job matches OEM perfectly which I was initially worried about. He also dealt with my insurance for weeks which was a constant issue for us. I respect his patience and that he didn't sacrifice quality because of the insurance issues. Would definitely recommend this shop

I was in an accident that decimated the front driver’s side of my Nissan Rogue. I’m sure it was a lot worse than what they usually see here, but Carlos was transparent in explaining the estimate he gave me. He went above and beyond to wait with me—almost an hour!—as we tried to contact my insurance company. My repair was delayed by over a week because of communication problems with the insurance company but both Carlos and Rebecca, the receptionist, were very reassuring and patient whenever I called. Rebecca even went out to look for my tire replacement! The service was excellent. You and your car will be well taken care of with this team.

Long & overdue review, but definitely needed! I went in November to have some damage repaired on my Chrysler 200 through my insurance. It ended up being more like my entire bumper had to be replaced, but Carlos & team did a great job on my baby. He did a great job walking me through the process (me: knowing 0 about cars) and when I picked up he also thoroughly explained what was done...I could even see my old bumper on the side of the garage with the damage. They definitely go the extra mile, as my car is a specific paint - which they had to reorder to get it to match perfectly. With working from home, I'd completely forgotten about the appointment at 5pm and Carlos was nice enough to wait for me while I walked over to the shop & I'm pretty sure they cleaned my car! Awesome, awesome job! Smooth process, knowledgeable, honest, Spanish speaking ability, great people and a local shop! The process seems like talking to a family friend vs. a shop! Highly recommend for your car needs!

Carlos takes the time to walk you through the entire process and will answer any questions you have. He keeps you up to date on the progress of your repairs and when your vehicle will be completed. ACR did a great job and my car looks like it was never involved in an accident. Cassandre was courteous and very knowledgeable about writing the estimate and thoroughly answering my questions. They were also willing to work with me and my very unpredictable work schedule to deliver my car and start the work.
