Came in as a first time customer today. Called around noon, brought the car in asap, and was fit into the schedule soon enough to be able to grab the car before 5pm. My a/c is fixed and I'll definitely be coming back again to Mike's! Bonus points: everyone at the shop is very nice and are a joy to talk to, which is noteworthy after just a short visit

I found Mike after one too many suspiciously large repair bills from the local Toyota dealership, and brought him the list of what supposedly needed to be done - about half were completely unnecessary.
