Very unprofessional driver
Where do I start? Driver blew passed me in 35mph zone like I was standing still, blew a red light (left turn from Irving park rd to East I390) then proceeded to overtake half way on the left shoulder to pass a car in the left lane on the tollway because it wasn’t changing lanes fast enough. Had to pace him doing 85-90mph in a 55 just to get a pic of his business name on the door.
Embarrassing to have a driver with a fully labeled truck drive in this manner, makes the business look bad. He might be rushing to a wreck but he himself is a wreck waiting to happen.

SUV got caught up on boulder turning too tight out of parking lot onto NW Hwy. Karl showed up, assessed the situation, consulted with someone else back at the shop and came up with a creative plan to lift the vehicle off the rock. Pretty sure this wasn’t a typical ‘recovery’. Karl had a great attitude, injected a little levity into the situation, and was very patient and careful with our vehicle. A job well done!
A++++ Towing Service. I was picking up my daughter from Roslyn school pick up and a school bus taking up a good part of the road going the other direction, I pulled slightly over and my car slowly slide right off into a grass culvert with absolutely no ability to get out nor was I going to try. Not ideal conditions, icy and heavy snow had just arrived so I had to make what seemed like an emergency call into A-Express Towing & Recovery. What can I say. I placed a call at 2:49pm, talked with a customer service professional who was extremely patient as I was getting myself and my daughter into a friendly strangers car picking up her 3rd grader to drop us off at our home close by (3 minutes away). I dropped my daughter off at home, my wife arrived from another school pick up with our son and with our Wrangler 4x4 and so I was back over to see how we were going to save my wife’s car. At apx. 3:09pm- roads getting worse, A-Express Towing & Recovery showed up, lights on ready to rock and roll. The driver was very calculated and looked at the car for several minutes before making any decisions. At first he wanted to get it out via its side but after tightening the straps and pulling it with the wench the tow truck was sliding so he stopped and took everything off. He turned the truck completely around and got complete control from the back side and safely removed our vehicle. The driver was extremely careful and extremely patient and slid the car right out as if he had done it this way a million other times but I know this was probably the 1st time he has seen a vehicle stuck this way. Anyway if your looking for speedy, true professionals that know their craft, drivers that know what they’re doing but also seem to care as if they’re saving their own vehicle from trouble this is the service to call. Thanks again to the dispatch and driver for your service, won’t hesitate to use your team of professionals again.

We had to be towed on 12/21 to our trusted mechanics shop, John and Scott's, due to a mechanical breakdown. Our driver Dennis could not have been more helpful. Once we called for a tow we were picked up approximately 20 minutes later.
A special thanks to Dennis who was not only prompt and courteous but also very helpful.

Horrible drivers. One of these A Express guys was extremely rude on the road, as you can see from the picture. I was at a light with more than enough time for this truck to register my need to turn in the lane. This guy said no way! Not cool.
Thankfully I captured his license plate 1 15 244 TW on 7/31 between 5:11 pm - 5:12 pm CST. On the corner of S Rand Road and W Main Street.
My van with a trailer got stuck in a ditch full of snow. It didn't look well. I called Express Towing and two guys showed up with large tow truck. It wasn't easy but they got my equipment back on the road. And it wasn't expensive at all. Thanks for your help and not laughing at me. Darek
I had a very good experience tonight. Paul was very kind and helpful when he arrived. I was told it could be up to 90 mins and he was there in about an hour. Getting my car on the truck was quick and he was even able to drop me off at home since I lived nearby and I would have had to walk home in terrible weather with my dog. Thanks again!
I just wanted to say Thank You To all of The Employees who Helped me Today. I was in an accident and Instantly They were There To Help me out of my car and Made sure I was ok. Also they contacted the Ambulance, Police And Fire department. They Never left my side and Made Sure I Had A Safe Place to Wait Until I was picked up. And they towed the car. This was my very first time having to get my car towed, and I didn’t really know what to expect but normally people tell you that the drivers aren’t always the nicest. I would say that my boyfriend and I had the complete opposite experience. Blake was the nicest and most helpful driver we could have gotten. He helped us feel better about our situation with his amazing service. Can’t thank him enough. If you are ever in need of a tow, this is the place to go!
This company, is a scam they towed my truck after a police stop, they charged me $750.00... the truck was towed less than 5 miles, and also they only take cash?? I asked why, as a business owner myself I don't know why they won't let you use a credit card? it probably took them 30 minutes or less. I had trucks break down 50 miles away from the warehouse and was not charge $750.00 and also use a credit card to pay over the phone.

My windshield was smashed and was not drivable. I called an express and was told the driver would be there in about 15 minutes. Well 10 minutes later he was here and towed my car to the repair shop which was a pretty good distance away. He was friendly and very helpful. We were very shocked because drivers are usually curt on the verge of rude. Thank you an express. You are amazing.

My daughters car died in a busy intersection (Ela, Lake Cook Rds) during rush hour. The response from A-Express was quick and much appreciated at a difficult time. Blake was in phone contact with us quickly with an arrival ETA. He was polite and professional. He had us loaded on the truck in a short period of time. The rate was good and very fair. I highly recommend this company if you need towing or other roadside service. Thank you Blake!
It's nerve racking when your car breaks down. However Blake from A Express was very quick to the rescue. His knowledge of the area also saved me time. A Express has been added to my contact list for sure.
Just wanted to leave a good review for the guys who helped me a lot today, specially Erin, my car broke down on Rand road today on the way to work, due to failed alternator, these guys were closesed to me, called them up, they picked up right away, told me they will be out within 30 min. Right about 30 min later Erin was there with a flatbed, did a great professional job, got me loaded up and dropped off at my fends' shop in about half an hour. I will defiantly use their service if need be (hopefully not ;) )
My car died in a busy intersection on a very cold night (5 degrees), the policeman called A Express Towing for me. Bill, the tow truck driver showed up to help! Bill was so friendly and professional! Needed a tow from our home driveway to the dealership 5.4 miles away because the car key was lost. There was nothing wrong with the car.
Pros: Quick, reliable and professional.
Cons: Driver asked for help to push the car into a front loading position while in neutral. He told me and my son that would save us a lot of money. So the three of us pushed the car backwards to make the tow easier to load. Followed the driver to the dealership and was charged $145.00 for the tow. Outrageous! Total time to load and arrive there was well under 1/2-hour. Wonder what the bill would have been had we not helped?

Had my toolbox moved from my old job. Blake the driver was fantastic. Excellent job strapping down and took great care in moving my toolbox. Experience was 5 stars, honest, polite and accommodating from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with A Express Towing. They helped pull my SUV out of a ditch. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and professional. They quoted a reasonable rate over the phone and that's what they charged me. They didn't try to add on any additional fees. Even though it was a snow day, so I know they were helping a lot of drivers and could have charged a premium. I would highly recommend using A Express Towing.

I waited over two hours for my insurance company tow, which never showed. So I called these guys and they were there in 30 mins. Dropped my vehicle off in no time. Communication was amazing. They really helped during a terrible day after my car was hit. Thank you guys.

They accidentally towed my car after there was a nearby accident, even though I had a tow on the way. Rob the owner personally called me back with his apologies for the mix-up and refunded me my money in full! If I needed a tow I would recommend these guys. The tow truck drivers were very professional and personable, something you don't get often.
These people are great work with ! From the time you place your call to the driver calling you when he is in route . Also there knowledge of your car how to take care of it . The drivers are positive and polite also their trucks were super clean .They will be the only ones I'll call and recommend in the future. Thanks
A driver named Aaron pulled my son's car out of a ditch last night. Very good communication from the moment I called. Situation resolved quickly and skillfully. Would recommend.
