My tire blew out on the highway and I thought I was going to be on the shoulder for a long time waiting for a tow truck. Luckily, your autopal driver James arrived very fast. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got me and my car to my destination safely. I highly recommend using this company if you ever need help with your vehicle.
My car broke down today on my birthday of all days, yay me. It was very frustrating to have to deal with but I found auto pal and they sent James to the rescue! He called me almost immediately to make sure I was in a safe spot while I waited and he was there within minutes to tow my car. James made the terrible start to my day a whole lot better and was a great conversationalist on the ride to the shop. Thank you, James, I will be taking a birthday shot in your honor later!

He came, said he’d be back and didn’t come back. State Farm tried calling him repeatedly. Cost me possibly getting it looked at before the weekend and some dog baths.

This is the worst auto repair shop EVER!!! I needed a tow, the driver forced my 4 wheel drive to get it in neutral, by doing so he broke my cable. I had to take a day off work to get it fixed, I left and my check engine light came on, the mechanic accidentally cut the wire for the sensor, that cost me $200+ for my mechanic to fix that. Then I go to turn my air conditioner on and it doesn't work, I see another broken wire sticking thru my dash that he tore apart to fix the 4-wheel drive cable, so now I texted the manager and he said bring it in Monday and I'll have a different mechanic fix it( I told him I don't want the original mechanic to touch my car,) I take ANOTHER day off work and I get there at 10:00 a.m. and the original mechanic tells me he is the only one here on Monday's!!! The owner says he'll be there in maybe 1 or two hours, and he says just leave it and he'll call me at the end of the day.(I just left and took my dash apart to find the mechanic didn't plug in the plug for my air conditioner!!!) Still don't know what the blue wire is sticking though my dash that was never there before!I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst friend!!!!!
My car was in a pretty serious accident. I called AAA and they had some technical issues, but after a few more attempts I was connected to Jalal from Your Auto Pal. He stayed in touch with me and came over immediately. He was patient and professional. He let me ride along in the truck while towing my vehicle to my preferred auto shop, Pinky's on Cicero. Along the way he commiserated with me on the unfortunate circumstances which was really nice. By the time we got to the shop, I felt like I had a new friend.

My tire popped on the side of the highway this morning and Jalal was so extremely efficient and helpful. He came to help me tow my car so fast and was extremely nice and knowledgeable 1000/10 recommend.
Keith was fantástic. Going out his way to make the day better. AAA is just horrid but Keith here made up for it and then some. Long 14 hour shift and my car had other plans. Keith is a valuable asset to your company, keep him around for many years! If every tow person was like Keith , car issues would be a lot more tolerable.

Our car cut out in the middle of the road due to an alternator issue. We called AAA and AAA had some mix ups with their communications. James and Your AutoPal professionally resolved the issue and fixed my car at a MORE than great rate. They went over and above to be sure we felt cared for in the experience and did a wonderful job with following up and communicating. I truly appreciate their help when we had unexpected car trouble.
I was having car issues late at night in a parking garage. Called AAA and they sent someone out that couldn't help and kept misdirecting my call. Luckily my needs were misdirected to a man named Angel who works for this company. Angel originally contacted me for a tow, which I didn't need. After speaking with him and telling him my situation, he could tell I was pretty upset and truly wasted no time helping me. Angel went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He helped me when he didn't have to. He came to my location when he wasn't even on the clock. He knew I had my child with me and wanted to help. And he did exactly what AAA did the first time, except he knew what he was doing! Got my vehicle started and saved me from being stranded or stuck in Downtown Chicago. He was honest and looked out for me, something you don't come across anymore. He literally kept us safe and saved me hundreds of dollars. He even checked in with me afterwards to give me tips on getting my vehicle home safely. This man was absolutely awesome and his actions alone give this company 5 stars. His genuine kindness and willingness to help out a stranger is something I'll never forget. THANK YOU ANGEL with Your Auto Pal!!!! You saved us that night!!!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Angel was dispatched to pick up my daughter’s car on the LEFT side of the highway where 290 and 294 branch off. He kept us updated the entire time until he arrived. He went out of his way to instruct us to stay in the car and to stay far enough off the road to stay safe. He also verified who he was by showing us the work order to pick up her car. I don’t know his momma but I’ll have to say…she named him correctly. He was definitely our angel tonight. ?
Oh by the way, he had to be the cleanest and nearest dressed two truck driver I have met in all my years of driving!!
After a long day at work I was looking forward to going home. My car had other plans. I made it off the expressway just before my car died but I was blocking the exit! Autopal James was headed home too but spotted me just seconds after my car stopped. He offered to move me to a nearby gas station till I figured out what my next steps were. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what may have been going on with my car. He offered me a great tow rate to the shop that services my vehicle. He made friendly conversation on the drive over and waited with me until my family came to pick me up. Thank you James! I appreciate you!
James and his team were very quick to respond to my call for tow service. Once at the shop, they got to work pretty fast and had my power steering line failure fixed in a day. Very professional, courteous, and fairly priced. I have no bad things to say about this mechanic. Would recommend 10/10!!
James and J were both so incredibly helpful after my breaks went out and was stranded in Chicago the day before thanksgiving. Not only did they get the job done as quickly as possible (trying really hard to get me back on the road that night) their quote was more than fair (in my favor). They also gave me a place to sit down and get my situation sorted as well while they worked on the car. These guys are super great and trustworthy! Highly recommend them.

My C6 corvette randomly stopped working. James came to assist on moments notice at midnight! Super well-versed and amazingly nice! Was punctual and went above and beyond with getting my car towed. Was even able to let me know the cause of issue and possible solutions. Super accommodating.
