Tows cars on a Sunday but the yard is closed and won’t let you get your vehicle out… had a flight for next day at 5am so need to leave at 2am but my truck was towed for snow cleaning…
I was towed after getting a street cleaning ticket which was 80 dollars and then drove 10 minutes later to Nobs in Forest Park and tow was 360 dollars. OMG someone in the Stickney administration. must be getting a kickback. I intend to find out who and why. This is not acceptable
$5.00 worth of gas and 15 minutes of their time for both the police and Nobs cost me $460. I am going to research when and who replaced the street signs with quoted dates on them as well.
They are scammers just paid for a 3 day impound fee $480 to where my vehicle was only there for less than 48hrs what a joke for a service and the people there don't know what they are doing ... Them and stickney police have a thing in common over charging prices
Be aware they are very scam. They tricked me into paying $415 for a police tow when I should’ve been way less than that. I ask for them to show me a listing of there prices. They were not able to present that information to me which led me to believe that they just pull random prices out of their head. There’s no set price. Which last time I checked is illegal to do. Maybe I’m wrong maybe in the to industry they can just fluctuate their prices and make up prices anytime they want. However, this is what our town decided. They wanted to do a contract with for business. I really feel that we need to speak out about this because they are playing on the Forest Park people. We really need to find a more trustworthy tow company to do contracts with. Our taxpayers are paying them basically to scam us. I will be paying the outrageous fee, but I will also be looking into my legal rights and Figuring out how I can sue. Stay away from these scam artists!!!!
It was unfortunate on why I ended up here but NOBS towing made this experience quick and very easy. Thanks to the guy at the window for assisting me and answering all of my questions. And the tow truck driver who released my vehicle as soon as I showed him the paperwork. I appreciate you all. I'll keep your number saved for future reference.
One word: Predatory. $610 a for a tow of less than a mile and in their possession for less than 48 hours. The Village of Forest Park should be investigated for contracting with a company that is allowed to unapologetically prey on owners experiencing sudden car trouble. Will definitely be at the upcoming village board meeting.
They also damaged the front bumper.
Great service. After calling 3 other companies with no answer, they answered right away and was there within 15 mins. The driver was very nice, friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. If I needed a tow truck again I would definitely call them.
I got a flat tire, called in and was picked up and towed super quickly! Mike was wonderful and so helpful. He went above and beyond and even tried to help me change out the flat for my spare. Couldn’t be more grateful for his kindness!
I know it’s a towing company, they deal with upset people all the time, but even by that standard this place is incredibly predatory. They charge cash only so they can charge whatever they want (280 dollars for a car that was in their possession less than 2 hours) and had no price transparency. Gave me wrong information about where to find my vehicle once I did pay, and putting me on a wild goose chase. The driver wanted me to get into his truck to drive me to my car even after I told him I could follow him with my friend in her car or walk, was very insistent because he “didn’t want me to get lost” even thought it was literally walking around the block (patronizing much?) which doesn’t make a 20 something woman feel safe. The information they have on the wall of their office directly contradicts their business practices. I hope never to be towed again, but especially not by this company.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Worse service ever. Go somewhere else that would treat you actually better than this. Front desk person smack talking me about my car, and then overcharging me. Apart from their bad service, the actual towe truck drivers are careless and extremely rude. One of them even flipped me off...
Unprofessional, the only one who was able to help was nick . The owner and the guy who is in the front desk was being rude told me to “hold the f up “ and was talking bad about my 12 year old car how they drive a better car then me “2023”. The tow truck driver caused damaged to my car and told me that “i wasnt going to get money out of them” . As if i they just took my money and damaged my car . They act so CHILDISH and UNPROFESSIONAL. Expect the unexpected

Jeff charged us for 2 days when it was only there for one day. the owner came up to me and said he can charge me whatever he wants to. the front of my brand new car got chipped as well.
Damaged my bike while towing and took it for a joy ride miles when’s up by 10 and they have nothing to pay about it say I need to go through my insurance don’t use this company save yourself the headache

They will damage your vehicle and the management Nick is overly aggressive with zero communication skills. At first they tried taking the vehicle without notifying anybody at the house. Their driver did not have proper PPE and attempted to load the vehicle in slippers - complete liability. Driver hit the front end of the vehicle during loading then proceeded to shift an AUTOMATIC vehicle between several gears as she revved the vehicle attempting multiple times to load it at which point I had to record. The office (Nick) was rude, disrespectful, negligent and overall a poor example of leadership - not surprised the employees are negligent. Ultimately I asked the vehicle be left behind - at which point Nick continued to harass us with phone calls just to continue his unnecessary aggression.
I've towed a plethora of vehicles - this is one of those rare never use again occasions. Proceed with caution as you're not in good hands.
- Nick should also take a course in OSHA regulations as he supports his drivers wearing crocs on high end vehicle jobs.
I have used Nobs for many years, they have helped me with vehicles when I was even on a boat in Lake Michigan and couldn't get to my car. They are always on time and so reliable. All the drivers are friendly and trusting, all the office staff are personable and so helpful. THANK YOU NOBS FOR YOU MANY YEARS OF HELPING THIS GAL OUT!
For MONTHS! Between them and Stickney. For the Love of Christ! Gave me the Run Around. On just trying to surrender my vehicle. And Retrieve my personal belongings. Had All my work gear in there. Lost my job and my car. These unreasonable extortionist. Could of let me gather my belongings. And went about our worries. Yet if in Court the case was dismissed. One not having the proper disposal of income. On top of the malicious add on of $$$daily charges is JUST ! INSANE! WE GOTTA DO BETTER?
STRANDED! CAR DIED NO WARNING. AFTER FAILING TO GET THE CAR GOING MYSELF, DETERMINED FEMALE. I GAVE IN AND CALLED NOBS FOR HELP IN THE AM HR. 5MI AWAY AND I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T SERVICE THE AREA AFTER ASKING ME WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS. "VERY SUSPECT SERVICE." I'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST THROUGH MY INS (CLAIMS APP WASN'T USEFUL) AND THE SERVICE WAS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. I GUESS IT WAS THE STAFF UNWILLING TO SERVE AT THAT TIME OF MORNING. I FELT ABANDONED FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILD, ALONE WITH NO SINCE OF PROTECTION IN A STRANGE NEIGHBORHOOD.
I was greatly impressed with Nob towing service June 24th, 2022. I received a follow up call to confirm my location. Johnathan Lopez arrived quickly he was pleasant to talk with and professional. He did as much as he possibly could in an attempt to get the vehicle started. Unfortunately, it had to be towed and we were able to take it to the dealership before it close. Mr. Lopez was amazing, patient, and provided great insight concerning the issue with the vehicle.
Unfortunately, he had to listened to me vent because I had waited over two hours on another tow company that never arrived.

Used their services to have my car towed home, and they arrived at my location very quickly. The man working was incredibly helpful with not only the tow, but also in trying to address the issue as to why the car wouldn't start anymore. Highly reccomend them to anyone.
Very professional. Had to use this company twice within 72 hours to tow my vehicle. Once at night and once in the early morning. Both times they arrived super quick and got my car where it needed to be safely. Definitely recommend them!

I find it absolutely appalling and disgraceful that this towing company is okay canceling service calls an hour plus after accepting. How can you sleep at night leaving customers stranded at the side of I-55? Sick!
This service was included with my State Farm road side assistance . They gave me an eta of 60 minutes . Over an hour they never showed up so I called . The person that answered said they canceled my order but I was never notified . Thanks for leaving me stranded . State Farm is filing a complaint .
