Huge shoutout to “Eric Gwordz” at All cars. My husband had previous had work done there, and he highly recommended, “Eric” to do the work on my vehicle.. When I called there, I advised him, that my Tiguan was hit in the back and had rear-end damage. I got an appointment to bring it in within a couple of days. From the moment I brought my truck in, “Eric” look at the rear damage and took pictures, and he walked me through the repair process and stated the amount of time it would take to get my truck back. And that he will give me clear updates along the way. He contacted me, when more time was needed. And he kept in contact with the insurance company when those issues were found during the repair. The insurance company was very cooperative and handled my claim seamlessly. In the end, they did not disappoint me. They fixed my 2020 Tiguan rear-end collision damage, and it looks better than before the accident. They had it washed and the interior cleaned and vacuumed out. I also received a surprise add-on, to support and protect the ledge when sliding things in and out the back of the truck. This will prevent scraping up and damaging the ledge. I received excellent, exceptional professional service from ‘All Cars”. Exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed and full of gratitude. This body shop is the bomb!!! Restored my truck to like-new condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I wish I could give you 50 stars. Highly recommend. I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Eric, the owner, truly went above and beyond to help ease the frustration and stress I experienced throughout this situation. To summarize, after my car was rear-ended, I initially took it to another auto body shop (Crash Champions). Unfortunately, their work was done improperly, and a component in my tailgate was not secured correctly, which led to additional and completely unnecessary damage.
From the moment I brought my vehicle to Eric, he took the time to perform a thorough inspection and quickly determined that the issue was a direct result of the previous shop’s faulty repair. His expertise and transparency were extremely reassuring.
The repair process was efficient, and my car was fixed in a timely manner. To make the experience even smoother, the shop provided me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed. Excellent service from start to finish. Eric gave me a significantly better quote to repair my broken bumper and splash shield than two other auto body shops I visited. Not only was the service great, but another thing that really stood out was his flexibility—he let me keep my car while the parts were being ordered and only brought it in when it was time for installation, unlike other shops that wanted me to leave it for 4+ business days. My bumper and splash shield now look great! Eric went above and beyond to accommodate me, the work was great, and he genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. I will definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend this shop.
Owner is a really nice guy dealership quoted me an arm and a leg and he charged me a fraction of the price had my car in and out in within 2 hours and inspected my car as well while it was worked on I will recommend anyone that needs work done to come here!
I started coming after I has rear-end on the express way some years back. I knew nothing about how insurance claims worked and the Insurance company definitely tried to take advantage. Eric and his team did a phenomenal job on my car and without them the insurance company would have had me paying for my own rental and waiting for months for an adjuster to pick up my call. Since then my family and I have been coming here. I also appreciate Eric's professionalism because i didn't get it from any other shops i called.
I got into a collision as an innocent bystander who was at the wrong place at the wrong time. My 10 month old Hyundai Santa Fe was badly damaged in the front right area of the bumper just short of the headlight (which was still damaged). I was recommended to All Cars by a witness on scene. I brought my car in the next day and after dealing with insurance for a while, the repairs were completed within a very reasonable time. I got my car back two weeks to the day of my collision—it would’ve been faster had the other (at fault) party had better coverage on their end. All Cars handled all the insurance side of things, making sure I was getting the best parts for my vehicle. When I picked it up, it didn’t even look like it had ever been in a collision at all. I’d highly recommend All Cars for your bodywork needs!
Eric was able to take my car in without a lot of notice after getting in an accident. He was extremely accommodating & communicative. He helped me through the process & worked with me so that I could drop off my car after hours & pick up my rental. He went above & beyond with fixing my car & it looks brand new. Eric has been working with my dad for almost a decade, so when I was recommended to bring my car to him, I already knew I could expect excellent service. From the very start, he was hands-on—he even walked me over to the Enterprise next door to make sure I got a rental quickly. My car was finished earlier than expected, and it looks brand new after a Chicago city streetlight fell on it. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

This is place is probably the best I body repair shop. The efforts of Eric and his team to treat the cars they work on are phenomenal. They work on the cars as if it was their own. I had heard about this place through a friend of a friend and they did not disappoint! I had a large dent and scrape that was beginning to rust on the side of my car, and I picked it up with the car looking brand new, at a very fair price. They even went out of their way to help me with another small scratch without charging me. They had my car done within four days in perfect condition! They washed the outside and inside of the car. I will be recommending these guys to everyone going forward. Can’t thank them enough!
I usually take 5-star reviews with a grain of salt, but this shop genuinely earned it. I brought in my Audi A7, not only did they fix the issue that I had but Eric and his shop actually made my car better than I ever imagined. This shop clearly knows their way around foreign cars. I was told to be patient and just trusted in their work and it came out amazing, definitely recommend and definitely deserves the 5 stars.
I had some storm damage on my car and brought it in. Eric took a look and told me it would look as good as new when it was done...
And it was!! Not only was it done , Eric found me a replacement hubcap for my missing one (without me having to ask). He did a great job on the pearlized finish and the car was beautifully cleaned as well. I recomend Eric and his team with great enthusiasm.
When I read a 5 star review I get skeptical if it’s a fake review. This place really do good work. I have an Audi Q8 and paid out of pocket for repairs. He made my truck better than when I brought it in. He’s very knowledgeable about foreign cars. I was scared at first but he kept me informed throughout the whole process
All i have to say is they know what their doing, my crv got fixed in less than then 4 days!! Eric was very helpful and explained everything, I felt confident that my crv was going to look brand new again!! I recommend this place.

I am so happy I found this place! My car was hit on a Friday night, and I was very worried that my bumper was going to fall off at any minute. I called nearby places and they were all closed, but Eric answered and was able to see me first thing Saturday morning. He put my mind at ease as he explained the insurance process and even secured my bumper so that it would last until the insurance logistics could be worked out. Eric took care of everything once a claims specialist was assigned to my case and even made sure that I had a rental car (Enterprise is right next door) while my car was being fixed! I am so grateful for how he handled everything and took good care of my car. When I picked it up, my 17-year-old car looked brand-new - inside and out. They had spotlessly cleaned the interior, as well as made the exterior look amazing! The headlights were even given a treatment to make them sparkle again. Thank you, Eric!
All Cars Auto was a great body shop to work with. Erik made going through my insurance so easy and the communication was very clear. Not only did my car look like new, but they got it done in a week! He even touched up the paint on my front hood. Bonus is that they have an Enterprise right next door so I didn’t have to go far for my rental pickup and drop off. This collision repair shop should be called ALL STARS Auto Services. I was a little skeptical at first since no one I know had used their services and could recommend but they were in my insurance network and the photos from other customers convinced me to bring my vehicle in. I’m so GLAD I did. Had the accident 11/23, brought it in 11/25, repairs estimated to be completed on 12/18 but got it back on 12/9 instead. They repaired the severely damaged right side of my Mazda and made it look like nothing ever happened. It looks INCREDIBLE. I was beyond thrilled that they also washed the outside and even did detailing on my tires! My baby looked so good. ? Them completing the repairs ahead of schedule so I could to get my car back sooner was the icing on the cake. Give them a try. Exceptional repair service within a good time frame.
Brought my vehicle here 2 weeks ago. I had a handful of other shops to choose from, being in the industry. But I chose All Cars. 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII that had slight deer damage. Painted with a white pearl tri-coat, which can be HELL to paint match and blend. I was VERY happy with the results. Driver side was impacted.
My type R was T boned and i was so hesitant abt where to even get my car fixed. This is my baby and it’s always scary to leave your car with other people but i’m really glad the insurance worked w this shop because i picked it up in impeccable condition!! I was very worried about the body shops that I’m going to take my car because I didn’t wanted my car to be fixed and don’t like the work after that. So I did a lot of research. They were recommended by the insurance company and when I went Eric took care of me and did everything quick. I taught I would have to wait two week for my car and got it in less then a week! The work was amazing definitely recommend (before and after pictures)
