Life savers. Ever other tow company sad no or 170 minutes. H&S was there in 30. And let me tell you on -5 weather it matters.
By the time we got to the shop it was closed. The tow driver showed concern about leavecmy car on the street. He insisted I call the mechanic I ensured him ot would be okay.
He even let me wait for in the truck for my ride home.
A bad situation made a little better.
Oscar helped get me out of a bad jam on an early Saturday morning. My car spun out on the wet pavement and I hit a curb and damaged my rear wheel. I called them very early in the morning and they were available right away. Oscar is a very nice guy with a great personality. I also got to speak to his dad and he was equally helpful and very polite. He took it upon himself to get me a tow truck so early on a Saturday morning during the Christmas/New Year’s holiday. Now that is great service !!!
Oscar is absolutely Amazing. He did the impossible. We arrived back from a trip to Florida to find our car completely dead. We couldn't even get inside to get our parking ticket out. Oscar spent hours at the Airport in to the late night trying to recover my car. Sercurity would not allow him to take it. After many phone calls, Oscar was able to tow the car out of the garge the next morning. Absolute A+ service from a reaaly nice person! I hope I don't need to get towed again but I would not think to call anybody but Oscar.
Wonderful experience! Oscar helped me get my Toyota Tacoma to the dealer in one piece. He was very patient with the sensitive alarm that kept going off with the truck and was also very careful when he got it off and off the tow. Overall it could have been a stressful experience but it was anything but that so thank you—and I’d highly recommend! Oh, and they were very prompt to tow the truck as well, which I greatly appreciated.
Had my vehicle start leaking fuel majorly and the fire department had to be called. Oscar was the tow truck driver that arrived to the seen and was fantastic! He was very patient as the fire department dealt with the leaking fuel and brought in the hazmat team. Once the vehicle could be towed he helped us with finding a good mechanic to tow the vehicle to. Oscar was the best and I would not have wanted anyone else to help with this situation.
First time towing and I never saw the truck. Called here around 8 AM to tow from a parking lot to a dealer. My car was in the dealership by 8:45 no problem. Was in contact by phone and pictures the whole time, Oscar was completely kind and helpful. Can’t expect much better.
