I called Xavier at Emerald towing because i needed service ASAP. He did two things. 1) he quoted me a price. 2) gave ETA 30-35 minutes.
He came through on both. On time and honored price. In other words. He did what he said he would do! Good stuff from a towing company
The man whom answered my call ...made me feel disrespected, he tried to charge me 125. For a five mile distance trip, he kept interrupting me.. and was quite rude....Maybe if I had a man call .... that's how I feel...

I needed a jump start at home. The owner came within 10 mins and fixed my problem in 2 mins. Really friendly and helpful. I only had cash for $50 and he waived the 10 dollars for me. What a nice and pleasant experience. I will recommend them to anyone. Best car service experiences ever! Thank you!

Don't bother with anyone else. This is the company you want to deal with if you have a flat tire or need tow service. I called to get a quote on a tow because I couldn't remove the nuts on my flat tire. They weren't able to get a tow out right away but after asking about my issue, they offered to come out and help me change the tire. Xavier arrived within 50 minutes. Some of the nuts wouldn't budge and one was stripped but he worked to remove them (and teach me how to do it myself should something like this happen in the future) and put my spare tire on. It's hard to find quality, reliable service like this. They were very fair with the price, too! He didn't overcharge me because of my location (Lakeview). Xavier was very friendly and helped turn a stressful Thursday morning into a great day. Thank you so much!
Stuck in a jam by IIT, had a flat tire and just had called roadside assistance when Zay pulled by and asked me if all was good. Gave me a price cheaper then roadside and swapped my tire within 5 minutes!!!! Excellent job considering it was also like 1130pm...truly god send...would rate 10/5 if possible!!!! Awesome! I was sitting on the side of the road and they came and saved my life! We were able to make it to the next exit safety. He checked my tire everything was secure. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were fast and reliable.
