I stopped by to get my car battery checked Cause it kept cutting off on me So the guy came out with his machine to check it for me for free time I need to get a new one Good thing they sell them an put them in right on the premises of course they charge for the it was convenient for me kniwing that I can get all this service under one roof Thanks ?

I decided to go to Advance Auto because of all the assistance they provide with selecting parts and installing them. Robert C was a great help; there was another man whose name I didn’t catch but they suggested other parts I needed and offered help when I was ready. Thanks for everything!

The store manager Rich was very supportive , and professional he had a very nice personality and understanding, he knew exactly what I needed and moved very swiftly. He has excellent customer service and the store had all the parts and materials I needed . I’ve been here plenty times and was never disappointed. Definitely worth coming to if you need anything for your vehicle.

This store super amazing. Contacted Marcus early in the morning and he said I got you no worries. He contacted me and said you can come pick up your part. I was unable to come right away, he said no problem come when you can. I arrived to the store and was greeted by Richard. Once I stated who I was, he immediately stated hold on and next thing I know, he was saying here you go and your total would be this. Wow, Marcus left the part for Richard to quickly locate to assist me. I super love this store not to mention how clean and friendly the entire staff is overall..... Customer for Ever I shall Be....

The customer service at this store is phenomenal! The employees are team players, friendly and very helpful.  I have to say the store manager Richard, went  the extra mile for customer satisfaction.  He is the reason, I will continue to patronize Advance Auto parts.

This location is a UPS access point. I have all my packages delivered their by UPS to this location but this particular day I go there and the worker makes a comment about my package in a O'Reilly's box saying he can't believe O'Reilly's got there packages coming here and my response was that you all didn't have the part i needed. I ordered another part from O'Reilly's and my package says the UPS access point couldn't receive my package when I checked the update on Ups website it says its contacting the receiver for a different delivery address. I never received my package which said, it was being held at Harvey UPS customer service desk. I think the workers at advance auto parts and UPS driver played a big role in me not receiving my car part. I have never had this problem. Thanks to O'Reilly's I will be refunded but now I have to reorder this part again hoping I can still get a discount. O'Reilly will now become my go to auto parts store. If theis store is a UPS access point what's on the boxes that get delivered shouldn't matter why agree to be a access point if you don't want your competitors boxes coming to that location.

Superb customer service, brake rotors were in stock, didn't have to travel elsewhere... Richard were very knowledgeable about products and carried a professional attitude throughout the entire transaction. This location is where I will shop for my future car needs.

The manager Rich and his team consistently deliver exceptional service. Today when I needed a part, I immediately called Advance Auto Parts Calumet Park and spoke to Rich. While he didn't have the part I needed in stock, he didn't stop there. Rich found another Advance Auto store that did. Within an hour, I had the part so that I could get back on the road. This is the latest example of the type of service I've come to expect at this location: exceptional. It's always a pleasure to do business here.

The manager from the Calumet Park location is very knowledgeable in the field of auto parts. I came in for a part for my vehicle and the Manager Rich was very helpful to ensure I received the correct part for my vehicle and also took the time out to place my wipers on my vehicle. The music in the location is nice as well. Very clean location and a friendly staff. Will definitely visit again for my auto part needs.

I called to see if they had a part in stock I called 3 times & no one answer when I get to the store only 2 people are working & the phones are ringing off the hook 53 & Ashland location

Nothing is advanced about the lack luster staff. I showed one employee the actual part in my hand that needed replacement and he still handed me the wrong part and couldn’t t use his brain to figure out the correct part. Go to Oreillys down the st they actually try to help

This location has the worst customer service and has misleading signs. I placed an order at 4PM for curbside pickup. I arrived at the store at 5:41 to pickup my order but my order wasn't ready although the email said it only takes 30 mins to fulfill the order. I called and the man who answered was unprofessional. I was on hold for 15 minutes then they told me they don't do curbside pickup so I had to come in. I told them I don't have a mask. They said that's fine, just come in anyway. I came in and it took 5 mins to get my order. One cashier was talking about religion with a customer and the other was walking around doing something else. What really ticked me off was there was a sign on the door that said curbside pickup. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

I always come here, very close by my house and the guys working there in the mornings (usually that the time I go there) are really cool and easy going.

There are some of the laziest people that work here. I've been here 3 times and each time I went for simple stuff they didn't want to come out and help. It's Auto Zone for me from here on out.

I brought a battery and asked if they install. The person who was training a co-worker just looked off in space. I repeated my question 2 more times and the employee reluctantly answered yes. This man acted like it was such an inconvenience to install the battery. I asked myself, "why would a person work there if they don't want to do the job." I will never visit this or any other advanced auto parts. You need to get rid of who ever it was that installed my battery.

Like shopping here for my car parts, the manager Clarence is the best cause he very knowledgeable and helpful to the customer's

I don't really care for this parts store my mechanic utilizes them which is why some things are bought there, I prefer AutoZone, or O'Reilly. At least when they say your part will be available the next day it is and if not you will at least receive a phonecall to let you know the reasons why...
