I bought a battery here on October 24th, and less than three months later, it stopped working completely. I came back with proof of purchase and a battery test from AutoZone showing it was defective, but they refused to honor the exchange without a physical receipt — even though I had a screenshot and the transaction on my bank statement. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Won’t be returning.
Unprofessional! I should’ve listened to the google reviews. Don’t come here unless you want more problems than what you came for. I wish I could give 0 stars
When I walked in at they was very consistent and what kind of parts you need the address you how you doing what you need me I can help you with we do the best we can and I think they got a good good team
This place sold me a deficit battery did not know until car got done getting fixed now staying since it’s been passed 30 days it’s nothing they can do about it but yet they advertise it as a new battery but it never worked I recommend getting parts else where please and save your money
Call a day ahead of time, drop the car off in the morning, and had it back 3 hours later. Good price and good service, only complaint was a chip on the edge of the fender by the windshield base..
I called to see if they had a rim for my 2015 Nissan Sentra a lady by the name of Gaby told me $150 plus tax, so naturally I kept calling places to compare prices. The next day I called more places and again this place spoke to a man named Louis he told me $100 plus tax so I went there to get the rim, that price was great! When I arrived Gaby told me she wouldn’t honor Louis quote for whatever reason. Bottom line is they will tell you different prices just so you can use their business. It’s funny business going on at this place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! I then spoke to a higher up manager by the name of Jesse and he told me I can give you a full refund and bring rim back, which doesn’t help me because I still need a rim. Instead of honoring the lowest price that was told to me there’s nothing he can do. A simple $50 back would have settled this issue. Instead they sat F their customers. I will never and I mean never give them my money again no will tell anyone who will listen to not use this place. It’s a SCAM. I TRULY BELIEVE THE LADY KEPT THE MONEY FOR HERSELF. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE SHE HAS DONE THIS TO. $50 off 100 customers is a lot of money in her pockets!!!! Do not patronize this business.
When in here for a new battery only to stand at the counter and be ignored by the workers who are suppose to help me . The workers act like they dnt wanna be there and with such little disregard for the customers. It took the owner to come from the back and ask me if I needed something after standing waiting being ignored for atleast 10 mins with me being the only customer in the store u would thing I'd be in and out . Prices are reasonably low with 90 day warranty. But the customer service sucks. Jus be prepared to be ignored and treated like u dnt matter. If u can deal with that then u can save money buy going here. If that make since
City Auto staff is very short with their customers over the phone. They are ( Over Priced) especially with so much competition in the surrounding area. My most recent experience is probably my fifth time passing them up. They are a last resort for me!
The staff there is very rude. This business has very dubious return policies as well. I went to buy wheel bearing and they sold it to me with a steering knuckle attached which made more work for me. I came to return it and a very rude employee named Gabby wouldn't accept the return despite the part I was sold was brought in as I purchased it.
If you want to buy used part of a vehicles it's available here. But some parts won't work, for an electrical part no return policy available. They claimed their electrical parts are okay and it's tested but I am not confident with that. For a mechanical part check if they have a return policy. Ask questions before you purchase part. I'm sharing my experience
I visited this place to have a door handle replaced on my escalade. I looked up the procedure on the internet, I concluded that it was too much for me. The technician started the job, he finished in less than 20 minutes. I was basically in and out.
It a amazing and safe place to be in and the workers are really nice when I need parts they give them to me and every thing is done right no complaints
I got my back window replaced last year and noticed last week that it was loose!!! When I closed any car door, the window would jump up. When I called and told them of the issue, they continued to say that it happens and to bring it in but they will charge for service to reinstall! I asked them how they could charge when they half out it on and they just kept saying, it happens!!! Pretty sure your window isn’t supposed to do that after you get it fixed. Please DONT go to this place unless you want issues later
Ordered a front passenger side window and was told it would be in in two days and that I'd get phone call around noon. 2PM came and I still didn't get a call so I called. Was given the run around until finally a guy gets on and tells me the girl who ordered my window wasn't in and that it the order wasn't placed.
At the time of order I stressed how important it was for the delivery day to be correct because I had one shot to take off work. Now they're promising to get the part in tomorrow but that doesn't help me because I have to work.
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra to go somewhere like Safelite who will actually get the work done when they say they will.
I have no complaints. They ordered my part and it came in the day promised. They installed it, price was reasonable. My car looks new again. Mario took care of me. His humor ( and tell it like it is w/o rudeness or arrogance truth) worked for me. Go early to avoid a long wait. I dropped my car off thou, got it back in the time quoted and in one piece. Satisfied customer!
