Great guy, drove 12 hours to pick up a cbr1000rr engine he had. Put it in my bike last weekend and it’s back to running properly now. Very nice, gave me a good deal on the engine and even tried giving me a free windscreen for my bike. Thanks again for everything!

I've been going to Complete Auto Service now for about 3 years. And I will have to say they are AMAZING!!! They are my go to fix my car place. I always get my car fixed rightt the first time and I never have any issues. Rick, Lisa, & thier son Angelo are just the BEST PEOPLE!!! (And the puppies are an added plus!!) And they are like family when you walk in the door they make you feel like you're at home and not a stranger. We need more places like this in the world. The small mom and pop businesses that make our country run and not these big conglomerate companies that don't treat you as a single person and just want your money!!! My hats off to you for all you do!! Thank you! P.S I have Car Shield and Lisa is AWESOME in filing and handling the claims and getting them through and processed with Car Shield!!

Family owned and trust worthy. Rick and his family run this place and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Rick and his son do an absolutely amazing job whether it's fluid change, engine issues or electrical work. Would recommend 100% to anyone. Been coming here for many years and will continue to.

had problems with the brakes after my trans was rebuilt was told it was the booster took it to rick and he said it was not the booster it was the tone rings on the abs system fixed them for no charge and would not accept a tip how great was that he has got a new customer now and i will pass the word THANKS RICK

I took my jeep there not knowing exactly the work it needed. I was very clear I just need what was broken fixed. They emeitly asked me for a 2000 deposit before anything then after inspection they said the 2000 would be fine it might even be less. They went through a list of things they were gonna do. When I get called back they tell me that it would be another 2000 I'm like what is going on. They explained what they did. Stuff that was not agreed on and nothing that we had gotten over was done. A total robbery I've asked several mechanics they all told me they would have called me first if other work came up and let me decide if I wanted it done or not. Then when I asked about the older midget just starts screaming and cursing kicking me out. Then the son tries to explain and he won't let em. They continue to kick me out for wanting an explanation. They act like there nice people but there not. Their robbing you!!!. I am currently suing them. And I know 2 other customers they've done this too. Let them try to respond to this one!!!!!!

Run from these guys. The start off by building your trust, then rob you blind. They got me good. I would have given them 5 stars in the beginning. In fact, I liked going in there. Had to pay another place to fix their work and found out the bill was like 5x what it should of been. Hope this helps the next guy.

I'll start with saying, I didn't feel over charged for the work that was completed. My wheel stud broke off (or I broke it) and needed it replaced. I visited in person to schedule, and spoke to a man who I can assume is the owner. Right off the bat, you know he's a true mechanic, he just told you the truth. I didn't feel he was trying to get the most money out of me, but only what I needed. The lady at the front desk that help me throughout was awesome, she treated me with kindness a.d professionalism. With that combination, I will definitely return. Nov 10, 22 I got a new (used) car and took it here for an oil change and a look over. As usual they didn't create an issue, nothing was wrong after a full check. I swear if I brought my car anywhere else there would have been several issues and would have been out $800 plus. Like I told Lisa at the front, this is why I come here.

First time here, mom's van broke down & my brother/sis in law suggested we try their mechanic. Best advice ever...he fixed owner moms van and it runs like a champ now! The owner and his wife are so nice, we had a great experience with this shop & we'll go to him again when service is needed!

Support small family businesses! The owners are honest, trustworthy, and charge reasonable rates for their repairs. This place was recommended to me by a mechanic I know and he also said they were honest. I have taken my car here a few times for different issues (my car is more than ten years old). The first time all that was needed was a new bolt and they charged me practically nothing! Very nice honest people! I used their towing service once and it was a super fast response time and very reasonable towing rates.

Absolutely wonderful people who work there. I absolutely love them all! This business is family owned and everyone is extremely nice! Proud to do business with this company! Plus the cute puppies are a huge bonus! Lisa is so amazing! Everyone there is, Lisa reminds me of my mom.... She's very sweet and caring and she's actually genuine!

I never met, in an auto repair shop, such honest, caring and detailed info about a car. I will defending tell all my friends to go there. U. Even get candy on the way out.

Had an unfortunate incident when my son accidentally put diesel in my gas tank. Thought for sure the car was going to be severely damaged and very costly. Called Complete Auto which is right down the street and they helped us out tremendously. Had the car fixed that same day and was super affordable. They are a family owned business and very knowledgeable. Great customer service and their welcoming committee ( their two dogs lol) are the sweetest. Highly recommend them!

Awful customer service, the person on the office had a horrible sarcasm and was very rude also he hung up on a few people while I was standing right in front of him. He made some racist jokes and made me really uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back there even if the service was free! I would rate it zero stars if I could. AND NO I WASN’T IN THE WRONG SHOP!

This family owned business is the best around. My auto would start they came out took it back to the shop I was on the road in 3 hours. Always a fair price and stand behind their work.

Following a scary mechanical failure of our car on 294 with my wife and daughter in it, I had the car towed back to my house. The next day I call Complete and asked if they could go to my house which was near by and look at the issue. Based on the sound the car was making after the mechanical failure we were told it is a transmission issue by the IDOT minute Man. I asked if they could come over to give me an idea of what it is before I had it towed to them and within a few minutes of them arriving and checking out the issue they called me and told me it was a CV joint issue. They were able to order and repair the issue that day and also found I need ball joints which I fixed a few days later. Both times I worked with them they were just an all-around kind family who were extremely helpful. I found my new mechanic in the area!!

Highly recommend to anybody looking for a good mechanic! Price might be a little higher but the quality is definitely worth every penny.

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! They are Fair, Honest, and extremely talented and knowledgeable. This is a Family business and if you are their customer you are FAMILY. Having 6 children means having had ALOT of used cars.(which don't have warranties and need repairs occasionally) We have taken all of our cars here and have always received the Best Service. Rick , Lisa and Angelo will go out of their way to treat everyone with Respect! Angelo is an incredibly Hard working and Talented Mechanic. He makes sure with Rick that they cars are fixed correctly before they leave the shop. Puppies at the shop are a Bonus! Great Service... Great Price... Quality!

Great service from Rick, Lisa, and Angelo. Down to earth, straight up, and fair prices. They even took our car to get retested for failed emissions. Above and beyond the call. Love their dogs too.

Great experience with this shop so far. Going in again this morning to get my wife's brakes fixed and looking forward to dealing with people who really seem to care about the service they provide and their customers.

I would never suggest this place to anyone. After bringing my car in with the check engine light. Rick decided to "fix" my car without calling to let me know the issue or to get permission to fix. After questioning this unprofessional practice he got aggressive and said he was going to put the old parts back on. When bringing to two other mechanics both confirmed it was a simple spark plug issue. DO NOT bring your car here. Update: Their response to me is completely false. There is never a reason to complete hundreds of dollars worth of repairs without verbal consent.

It's hard to find a good mechanic, and these guys have saved me in more ways than one. They're honest, affordable, polite, and customer service is excellent.Plus, if you can't get to them, they can come get your car! I recommend them to family and friends.
