I have nothing but great things to say about Hollywood Motors. Always a great experience and friendly, prompt service. Most recently I came in without an appointment because a piece was dragging under my car and I had a 4 hour drive to make the following day. They were able to get my car up quickly and reattach my splash guard so that I could safely make my drive the next day. We will continue to bring our cars to Hollywood Motors and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area.

Ragu and the staff at Hollywood Motors are the best! I have had many of my cars serviced with Hollywood Motors over the years and their attention to detail is great! I highly recommend them for all your car servicing needs.

They were quickly able to work on my car and had very reasonable pricing! I’m always worried about price gouging, but these guys were genuine in their work and didn’t try to upsell anything. I am so impressed - Will definitely be returning!

Would highly recommend the service of Hollywood Motors! My gas tank was busted and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They reached out to multiple places to find and salvage the right part to repair my car quickly and for a reasonable price. Great and friendly service!

One of my tires had a leak. I urgently needed to get it patched. Hollywood got me in right away and out in about 20 minutes. They saved the day for me as I needed my car to get some time sensitive tasks done. The guy who worked on my car had the nickname "speedy" or something like that. He certainly showed why he earned that name.

******UPDATED REVIEW****** changing from a naive five star initially to an actual deserved one star…they are untrustworthy. They will rip you off and overcharge you. For example, they charged me hundreds of dollars to replace a fuse for my AC. It took the guy no time to find the issue and at this point I WAS a loyal customer so you’d think they’d have some customer appreciation but nope. On another vehicle of mine that they “fixed”, we have now had it come back to us where the starter is going bad again (their work was approx two years old) and the master cylinder is needing to be replaced…AGAIN. Hollywood supposedly took care of both things and two years later we are having to pay for these repairs yet again?!!! This time at a REPUTABLE shop because these guys are literally a joke. The guy at the front counter will tell you plenty I’m sure to try to charm you while inexperienced “mechanics” work on your car. Do not go here. The reviews are all false I promise you. Whoever wrote them is like me and realized how stupid and inefficient this place is AFTER they ask for your review. So stupid. And if you want to know if your car is done, better call them because they won’t call you. I have more horror to share about them but I’m done wasting my energy. Just believe me and beware…… First I want to say that I moved out to Brookfield about 3 years ago and had brought my vehicle to several auto places and was consistently disappointed until I tried Hollywood Motors. These guys are fair, honest and trustworthy. They fixed multiple problems with my vehicle within 24hrs, one of which I had told another place about, and they “couldn’t figure it out”. I think they were lazy and overworked. These guys at Hollywood Motors are true professionals and their customer service was excellent! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here going forward. Great staff who will take the time to explain what is needed for your vehicle. Would recommend this shop to anyone for their vehicle repairs. I have been able to get my car in for service the same day if not within a day or two with no issues.

I trusted Hollywood Motors with a unique and important project involving my 1931 Ford hotrod—and they absolutely overdelivered. The team was fast, friendly, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. They handled this out-of-the-norm build with care and expertise, and the final result exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in quality work and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to them. Great shop, great people—highly recommended!

First time customer , and let me say this place goes above and beyond ! They are very kind and make you feel like you known them your whole life. Came in for a tire repair. Was in and out in less then 30 minutes. They also have a waiting room with big comfy leather couches and a big tv , newspapers ,coffee, snacks drinks and coloring books for the little ones !!!! Realized I had the plate under my car practically touching the ground. Drove to Hollywood motors because they were the closet place. So happy I did! Everyone was very friendly. I explained I wasn't from the area and needed it looked at. They looked at it, fixed it and had me on the road in less than 10 minutes without an appointment. They said the bolts had come loose and they fixed it free of charge. Such a blessing! Highly recommend them!

Holy crap. I’ve worked near Hollywood Motors for 15 years but had taken all my cars for service closer to home. Today I took my car there and it was the best experience of my life! The guys are fabulous..they had reasonable prices..didn’t try to upsell me… and their car report WITH PHOTOS was excellent. I will be going back.. and not just because they washed my dirty baby and left her smelling new again. Thanks guys! You made this car experience painless.

They were good but I cant give them a 4 since their technician/mechanic hit my car in their lot while witnessing it. As he proceeded inside, he then gave me and everyone in the lobby a real weird and sarcastic attitute that I will never forget. Their were a couplel things they couldve done better notifying me about certain issue(s) but they were really nice about it but i did have to go after them every 3-5 days. I do my own work on my vehicles but I probably shouldve kept my car at home for a week instead of over here for a month. Im sure this place is great for oil services and tune ups though. Anything that'll just take a few hours.

High quality work by high quality people. They treated me like an old friend and worked with me to come up with a repair plan. Actual price paid was very close to quoted price. Strongly recommend this shop. Services rendered: brake work (pads, rotors, and calipers replaced), timing belt replaced, coolant system flush.

Ragu was incredibly kind and courteous. They took my car in right away and the service was excellent. I picked this spot because it’s local and I got the sense that the staff’s priority is nothing other than delivering the best. Jorge and Ragu made my first experience here a great one, I’ve already recommended to friends and family! If you’re looking for a place that is personal, honest, and listens to you, this is the spot to go! I also thought it was so cute when I went into my car again and saw a surprise on my steering wheel (in the pic attached). Thanks again Hollywood motors!

Great experience from start to finish. No pressure. Easy and honest communication. Very reasonable and respectful prices. I found my new go-to! Also, if you want to hang around the area while you wait for your car, it’s an easy 12 min walk to the local coffee shop, various restaurants, etc.

Excellent service!! Great mechanic! Highly recommend them. Friendly, fast, and helpful! I told them a budget they told me what needed to be fixed and they made it happen!! I feel great about a road trip I am taking with my family in my van!!

II had fluids and filters changed in my vehicle at Hollywood motors and I had a great experience. I requested the change of fluids, but they also inspected my vehicle and gave me a full report of items that needed replacement. It is up to you weather you do it or not, but os is always good to know. This is similar to what dealers do. The staff was friendly, attentive to detail, responsive and the price was reasonable.

I stopped in here not expecting much as I had already been turned away from a couple of places who didn't have time to check my car without an appointment. But the gentleman at the front desk had some free time and were able to help me. Not only that, they immediately offered to drive me home, if needed. They even have loaner cars. But I chose to hang out for a while in their waiting area, which is clean, comfortable and filled with snacks, coffee and reading materials. They checked out my car thoroughly, it wasn't a serious problem, and I was on my way in about an hour. Very much appreciated

My 2007 Accord runs like new! My car needed a lot of work and "Ragu" took the time to explain my options without any pressure. I realized my car was worth twice as much as when I bought it 6 years ago. I decided the repairs were worth it and it has never run better. It was a tough job on a car with over 225K miles. Excellent work and great customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

First time customer at Hollywood - I needed my passenger side headlight replaced. I called, they said to come right in. Warm friendly people. Fixed in about 30 minutes, no charge! I’m a pretty happy customer! Thank you, George. ?I should add that a friend recommended them very highly and I can totally understand why.

I have been a customer for years - and Hollywood has always been great, but my latest exoerience was so great I needed to share a review. The initial quote for service I received was of course less than the dealer, but the day of service the price dropped an additional 35-40%. Not to mention I needed new wipers which could only be obtained from the dealer - and they drove out to Naperville to get the wipers for me (saving me time and aggravation). The folks at Hollywood are great - honest, perform quality work , and are just overall committed to customer service. You won’t go wrong trusting your vehicle maintenance needs to Hollywood.

People rarely take time to write positive reviews. This place is so great, I wanted to write 2! Adam, Ragu (hope I spelled that right), and the whole team of techs are amazing. 1st off, they are honest and reliable. This is critical for a good mechanic. They are also fair with pricing, and they don't add on services you don't need. They will tell you what's critical and what (maybe) can wait. I have been going to them for about 2 years off a recommendation. I will never go anywhere else. They also understand you as a client. I have an older car that I am just trying to keep running well, so it lasts and I can avoid a car payment with these crazy car prices. They have been so helpful in keeping my car running smooth based off my budget and needs. If you are looking for a reliable, fair priced, hard working, consistent shop, Hollywood Motors is the place.

I was very impressed with their service. The team was honest, professional, patient and took the time to explain the problems in detail. They are a family owned business. You may stop researching now for your auto needs! Hollywood motors: not only very kind and trustworthy, but efficient and the best customer service I have experienced, EVER, while getting my car serviced.. or actually, in general. More details: I called on a whim to see if they had ANY time for a new neighbor (me) to get her oil changed. Cindy, Jeff, Adam and the mechanics were all so wonderful. They worked with me in my 2 hour window for my very needed last minute oil change before a long drive. These types of appointments normally stress me out - I always feel like I’m going to be taken advantage of, or the mechanic won’t have my best interest in mind. Finding a good auto service shop is hard, it’s like trying to find a good dentist. I was put to ease immediately when I spoke to them on the phone. When I arrived - I was slightly nervous I was going to be scolded for my crazy time needs - but no - they were SO very welcoming, friendly, and great to converse with. I never had such a good time getting the oil changed on the car. Hollywood Motors are good people. Go support them. They’re a family owned, local business - their work is reliable, their prices are very fair, and you won’t regret choosing their services. This was my first time bringing my car to Hollywood and I could not be more satisfied! They are professional, friendly, and the shop is incredibly clean. Adam is great and answers all your questions thoroughly, as well as going above and beyond to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant experience. Their sense of care and compassion for their community and customers is refreshing and makes you feel as though you’re talking to a neighbor versus just dropping your car for service. My car is running great now and drives like the day I brought it home!
