Just had a spectacular experience at this location. Angel and his crew were informative, speedy, and had me in and out with a freshly installed car battery in 20 minutes flat. Huge thumbs up!!
The guy Oscar puntos that works here is asset to corporation to the company. He actually waited for me by the door to pull up i Let him know that I was 10 minutes away and that my car was dying from the battery being bad. He immediately walked out with tools in hand and started getting at the battery to make sure that me and my wife made it home. I want to recommend him to any people out there need somebody. With passion for their work
The sales associate at the front was really busy, so he sent me to the back where another associate helped. He was very informative and extremely helpful! Will definitely be going back :)

The only thing I can tell you about this place is there really friendly.But sometimes they give you the wrong part it's best to take in the old part just to make sure you are getting the right parts

Bought two rear calipers and they are two different colors. I asked to get a free paint can since I have nice rims and it will be extremely noticeable. The two rear calipers cost well over $500 and all I asked was for a free paint can.
Mangers have discretion and he could have been cool. A different O’Reillys gave me $80 off when I spent $850 so I know they could have given me a $10 can on the house. Jose the shift manager didn’t even bother calling the store manager to ask.
Great customer service ..but the waiting time is too long to be waiting in line...I think they need more cashiers one in the register and other getting parts to move smooth and faster..
Need Commercial account help, ask for Mike at the Countryside store Monday through Friday. He understands vehicles from class 8 diesel tractors down to subcompact cars.
This chain of businesses has good salespeople who will go out of their way to help you obtain what you need.
I needed a spark plug for my 19 year old lawnmower.
If you don't see it, please ask if they can get it. They work hard to achieve your satisfaction. Many of the sales associates also speak fluent Spanish. An added benefit.
Excelente customer service. Jesus installed a new battery in my vehicle. It wasn’t easy but he went beyond and got it install and now my car runs perfectly

Sometimes you got to wait for parts other than that it's a parts store Need somebody to go over their system they're a computer and figure out what is right and what is wrong by $240 worth of apart and you have to go back to o'reilly's 4 times because the parts were wrong it says crew cab that's what they gave me none of the Crew cab parts fit
This place is great. Most employees are helpful and there are some that aren’t the best but still give decent service. Better than most locations I’ve been to.
This spot is my second home everyone in here are very helpful and great energy they always have the parts i need if not they work fast to have it for me the next day highly recommend this location A+++++
Thanks for asking google. Here ya go. Always 1 star. Employees can be heard having a good time in the back while there's a line in front with one person running the register and helping customers. I walk out more than I buy stuff. 🤷♂️
Placed online order…email said 1hr time slot, 3 hrs later I call and no one knows anything about my order. I get placed on hold for 30 minutes the first time and another 25 the second for someone to tell me order was not fulfilled…smh manager needs to get his people to do their job and hold them responsible.
Horrible...had me running around for a part that showed it was on stock, then the manager apologises and tells me to come back and the part will be there. I did one more unnecessary trip to o'Reilly fro Chicago to berwyn and they said "I don't think your part is here" after 30 min wait...still no part.
If you purchase anything requiring a core charge/return save yourself some hassle just go to another store. None of the workers will help you, tell you that you have to come in personally, and will direct you to their managers "OJ" or "ELIAS" yet cannot provide with a number to reach them nor a schedule of when they will be working. There's another store a few minutes away on 26th, always had great service. *update* I called the other store, they looked me up in their system, and helped me out no issues. All OVER THE PHONE.
Went to buy special wrench to remove oil filter from Toyota they didn't have it but said auto zone did. I went to Auto Zone w sku# he gave me n he was so right..I promise all our auto parts will only be purchased there. This salesperson honesty n willing to help was AMAZING.....
Great and helpful peeps. Needed a quart of oil. Got it. And inquired about a dip Stick. Service tech went to look but I didnt like the price. I wd definitely go back. Again great service.
The store was clean, everything was easy to find and the employees were polite. However the employees were not covering their nose while wearing their masks. That kind of defeats the purpose of the mask.
Picked up a battery from here. Prices are pretty standard. The guy took out my old battery and put in the new one for me. Nothing to complain about. I like the place.
Dave at O'Reilly's at the store treated great. Had the battery in stock for my warranty replacement. Great service great store. They always have what I need in stock. If not they get it same day or next day. Always will go back to them.....
One of many O'Reilly's stores that has most of the parts that other locations don't. However, after recent visit I'm a bit disappointed as to the part that was ready for pickup was a used part. The staff failed to ensure that the customers is being given a brand new part before sending out an email stating that the part is ready for pickup.
I purchased a headlight for my vehicle and I had no idea how to change it. I asked the young lady at the register if someone there could help me and I would pay for the service. The young lady herself changed the light and refused to take any money for here service. That is what I call Outstanding Service. Thank you!!!
