When we were fixing the van we k noticed wrong belt. For sure we have all details

.I am not that strict but they have to be more concern in their job Young lady have to take serious these is more than a job it’s a responsibility of helping people to get moving on their his heat . And put aside personal interests .
Every mechanic sends you to O'Reillys yet every time I go I end up end up goi g somewhere else. We only have 4 of the 6 loght bulbs. Or the classic not having the catalogs for the air and oil filters by the air and oil filters. Who decided this was a good idea? And half the time its not in stock.
Great neighborhood car parts store. Easy parking and simple store layout. The service is always friendly here. But it always seems like there are 1-2 few people working there. Between customers and customer phone calls, checking out isn’t exactly fast.
I went in there to get some jumper cables. Eric helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He deserves recognition for his expertise and customer service. I will definitely recommend this Oreillys to any of my friends and family.
Great store! Cesar helped me identify which headlight I needed and change it out in my car. He made the process so easily and saved me from being stressed out about it. Will return here for future car part needs!!
They're always fantastic, these guys. Without expecting me to make a purchase, they answered my queries when I came in. The manager is Rocco, and I can see that he cares about both his employees and his clients. I used to only frequent AutoZone, but now that I've come here a few times, I feel at home.
Disinterested staff. Have to wait several minutes for the four staff members to acknowledge I was there. Couldn't find what i was looking fir where they directed me to go. Jonathan found it, but threw it back on the shelf after showing me where it was.
Came in to purchase an item was waiting in line for sometime and as an associate was finishing up with a customer another person just came in and the associate just rang him up without looking to see who was next in line I advice the associate of what had happen and he said ohh no apology just rang me out this is why I stop shopping here decided to give them another try and same thing happen won’t be coming here anymore
Customer service is terrible. Three people in the store and not one person can take care of a customer. I ended up going to AutoZone and they took care of me right away
Came here today on Sunday March 27th and the 2 guys working there were so helpful. We purchased brakes which when they looked us up in their system they found that another location where we purchased brakes sold us the wrong brakes which explained why they wore down so quick. Also we were looking for an ignition cylinder bolt for our car and they actually took the time to let us go through each package of blots and helped us find the right size bolt we were looking for. These guys are young but definitely knew their stuff. A+ service and will always go back to these guys.

Not really impressed when it comes to lifetime warranty returns. Are the employee freshly told me that he'll refund me on some items but not all of them do to a pad not having any tread on it. I searched the website of O'Reilly's for lifetime warranty and doesn't specify anything on what type of condition that it needs to be in when it returns. I simply show the employee and kept insisting that I wait on the manager that he didn't want to get written up. I perfectly understand that but it just seems quite confusing that on the website it clearly states what type of refund you can do but yet you get rejected at the door saying something else it clearly states what type of refund you can do but yet you get rejected at the door saying something else. This should be a little bit more clear in person and on the website if this to be on the same page. Yet again I have to go to another O'Reilly's to have my situation handled.
These guys are always great. I went in with questions and they helped me without expectations of purchase.

I used to go to AutoZone, exclusively, but after a few visits here, I'm in a new home.
Ricky (manager?) made sure that even though my auto battery wasn't in stock, one of his guys would bring one when he dropped off parts. He phoned me when battery arrived.
Josh waited on me AND installed my battery on a 20°F day, spending extra time to get rid of the corrosion on my tie-down strap and terminals.
Thanks gentlemen! It's great to know my car will start tomorrow with no problem.
Cheaper and Closer than getting parts at the Dealer. My car isn't new, but I noticed that some stores will give me the wrong size cabin filter. That doesn't happen at O'Reilly's. I don't do too much myself to my car, but I do change the air filters and wipers. They have good filters, and wipers that go on just like the ones I buy at the dealer (some others are so complicated that I can't figure them out and had to return them).
Hands down, the best store to order parts from. Call and Isaias will let you know when you can pick your parts up. Fast and reliable quality parts. Isaias has never let us down.
Yesterday I purchased and alternator with this auto shop and the first rep helped me with what I needed to fix my issue. I purchased a battery and an alternator with a different rep. After installation I drove around with no issues until my car shuts down while driving with my wife and child in car. I return back explaining wth is going on? They ran a test and said everything is good until a new rep mentioned (new alternator and refurbished). I asked well which one did they sell me. They said we tell you at the time of purchase. 100% I was not informed and I don't buy refurbished items. Also, I work in customer service so I would know how to understand giving out proper info. So after purchasing a NEW alternator I was told I have to drive to a new facility with their damaged one in my ride on top of already getting in a car crash with Charging me full price. Note to the owner! Is this how service is done?
Every time I go to O'Reilly's in Berwyn & have gone to the one in Sunland, CA they treat me so good, But I must say the crew at this particular store Isaias H & the manager Jose are the most helpful, friendly & so polite! I always shop around for good prices and quality. But this particular time I lost the whole hosing of my turn signal for my dodge. The electric part was a pain to find . This guy with tattoos on his hands white guy did the impossible and found it . They didn't make it for my ram van it was dealer part . But what he did check in the computer for light bulbs of my van and check oder years of different models of cars that use same light bulbs so the caravan light socket are the same as dodge ram 1500. Thaks bro ..
This auto parts is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Eduardo helped me and explained everything there is to know about my battery. I recommend him highly you will not be disappointed.
Over the years I have gone here for anything car related that I needed ASAP, but no longer will. Osmar is absolutely incompetent and the atrocious customer service he provided was absolutely appalling. The only thing that made this trip significantly worse is that the person Osmar identified as the manager, Miguel, did not correct his behavior or step in to correct the situation. I will be calling corporate with the time and date of the incident so they can review the cameras to witness this atrocity for themselves. I have never in my life been this dissatisfied with a trip to the store and can easily see why the brick-and-mortar shopping experience is becoming a thing of the past.
