This store is excellent as well as their employees! I went in today to get coolant for my car and Pedro (auto parts worker) went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend!
The reason why I choose this store over any other store for my automotive needs is because of the spectacular customer service. Employees are always going above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Just yesterday I went in for brake pads and rotors, and the level of attention and service I received from Jhonny is the reason I keep coming back. Definitely recommend

So this past Saturday, I was having trouble with my truck starting up after replacing the alternator. I took it to the advance auto in berwynI met a guy name Luis very nice very patient with me. I wasn’t myself that day. I was so stressed out, but he was very kind to me, as he was checking my vehicle, we both agreed that the problem was not the alternator in the beginning it was the battery so he replaced the old one. He put a new one on for me not many places will not do that for you. So on Monday, I went to talk to my mechanic told him the situation he gave me back $400 from the labor from replacing the alternator when it never needed in the beginning I just want to say this place is very nice very clean very kind people I will highly recommend coming here. They will tell you straight out 125%. What’s wrong with your vehicle Again thank you Luis for your help and your kindness

My brake light was out and I found a bulb in my glove compartment. I stopped here to see if it was the correct bulb. It was, and a nice young man volunteered to install it for me. It was a pretty tricky to remove the taillight cover, but he persisted and was successful. He refused any kind of payment, of course. Such great customer service! Thank you!

Store have what you need every isle is on a slant. You dont no if your walking a damn maze. Also very over price have never seen anyone other than lantino's working there. Not cool Advance auto get all a chance.
I don’t go into auto parts stores much but every time I do go, I visit this Advance Auto. It’s always a pleasant experience. The employees are knowledgeable, professional and have pleasing personalities. On my latest visit I got help from Johnny. He was great!
Went to get new wipers for my car.... The version that my car uses are a pain to install.... The manager sold me a pair, ran out and popped them on to my car. I offered to buy him a soda as a thanks, but he refused. He said it's all part of his job, he said it with a huge smile....I'll go back again.
Johnny went out of his way to figure out where to refer me for a battery that this store doesn’t carry - he even called ahead to let them know I might be coming! Johnny provided fabulous service, and was so thoughtful and kind. I will certainly choose to come back here.

Best experience I've ever had at any chain auto parts store, I went a little out of my way because they had a product I couldn't find anywhere else and the counterman (who I think is also the store manager) was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be returning.
Ordered a battery online and Johnny was very helpful with testing my old battery to see if it was in fact dead. He tested the battery and the amps were much lower than desired so he replaced the battery. Afterwards, my car started right up and started up after shutting it off later today. Johnny was awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be returning when I need something for my vehicles!

This place is Clean and organized. They have a very helpful staff. They answer all your questions and the lines are usually short. Easy to shop location you can find most studded on your own.
