This man and company saved my wife, kids and myself so much pain and money I had to contribute back somehow. My wife was driving with our kids, and then our car broke down. Our own insurance wanted to charge us double what Lucky's Towing Service charged. Not to mention I got my vehicle towed in less than an hour, and less than two hours, I was back home safe with my wife and children. I paid him extra for his effort, care, compassion and saving my family and me from draining our bank account. The man even gave me solid and helpful car maintenance advice on top of the tow. If you need a tow Lucky's is the absolute only way to go. I will never call another tow service again. Thank you, and God Bless you and your company for all your help for my family and me the other night.

A very nice young man(angel sent) Victor Santiago helped me after sitting in the alley for FIVE hours. He stayed the whole time making sure I was safe and freed. Not only was this towing company true to their word, but they were fast and reasonable. I truly recommend and will use again.

Don came out in record time to pull my van out of the snow, which was blocking a public alley outside of my garage, and he was one of the most polite and professional service persons I have ever dealt with. If I could give a higher star rating I would! I will highly recommend Lucky Towing to friends and family and tell them to ask for Don!! Thank you again Don!

I just want to personally thank Frank, Darnell, Luis and Julius and the guy that just towed my vehicle back to the dealership. I wish it was a negative star. They came out late and towed my car. They have a sign that says 24 hours, I called 20 times to see if I can get my car the same night. No answer. I drove 30 min to find noone in the place. They finally answer an says I cant get my vehicle until after 8am the next morning??!! I'm super frustrated. Had to spend money on a uber. Missed work. Borrowed money to pay they have no compassion to how they mess up people's lives. Bad business!

Luis was sent out as a part of the AAA mobile battery program. He was really friendly, answered all of the questions I had about batteries before and after install, worked quickly but didn't seem rushed, and was just an overall fun guy to shoot the breeze with while my battery was getting replaced. Can't think of how the experience could have been improved upon. Also appreciated was the fact that he was masked in these COVID times--the same cannot be said for all AAA folks I've met this week.

Lucky's tow service was the worst experience I've ever had through AAA. They knew my son needed a battery but they sent a driver that did not had one. He had to leave my son for an additional 30 minutes go get the battery from another drivers truck. When he returned we were then informed there would be an additional $25 dollar charge, when I called to inquired about that I was told it was up to the drivers discretion about how difficult it was to change the battery. That's BULL because that battery has been change before with no difficulty and if that's what he does on a daily basis it wasn't difficult for him either. It took him all of 10 minutes to change. I definitely will ask AAA not to send that company back to me if at all possible.

Julius arrived within 10 minutes of scheduling the service call. This was our first tire change since owning the vehicle and Julius took the time to show us where everything was located and a quick tutorial as he was doing the work. Julius turned a frustrating morning into a sigh of relief. We couldn't be happier with his service - friendly, informative, and timely! We would recommend Julius and Lucky's for any roadside assistance needs.

My battery replacement was a seedy success. they dispatched me a driver and she arrived on time and very professional .I was over joyed with the rapid testing and installment . Long story short all praises and thanks to Ms.Krilla Cortez ur a rockstar sweetheart !!!!!! @Luckystowing

David at Lucky’s Towing came and added air to my tires, in the dark of night. AAA gave me an eta of 50 minutes, and David was here within10 minutes! I work nights, and have to drive quite a distance, so having a no-hassle service provider was quite comforting! He was so professional and friendly! Lucky’s Towing equipment and staff is superb!

My driver Brian T, was totally courteous and professional. He made my Towing experience feel like I was riding with an old friend to another friend home. Great people skills.

I was stranded with my daughter. Needless to say I was a complete wreck due to it being extremely cold and being late for an appointment that I could not reschedule. The driver that assisted me, Mr. T, was extremely helpful and patient as I know I was not the most pleasant person that day. I did not expect to receive such a high level of service during this experience. Your company has a true gem and professional driver. I hope that all your drivers are as great as Mr. T!!!

I was recently towed and I had to admit I’ve had several bad experiences with tow company’s in the past . BUT MR.T IS THE FREAKIN BEST . It was like he was flash’s dad ( he was there before the ETA THAT then what was told to me ) or something he handled my car with care! I like that he took pictures and asked questions before towing the car even suggested a mechanic he knew who had quality work with reasonable pricing. I had no worries when he left he was so professional and he can be trusted with your vehicle , it was a pleasure being towed by him and will request him for myself ,family and friends

My husband called AAA to get my car towed to the shop and I had one of the most amazing experiences EVER! The tow truck driver (Mr. T) made it to my vehicle SWIFTLY!!! I could not believe it. Tow trucks usually take FOREVER! But he wasn’t!! he was there in mins and arrived with a smile on his face. He very was friendly a good communicator, and made us (my husband) and I feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Mr. T for phenomenal service...? I RECOMMEND MR. T to ANYONE!

I had the pleasure of being towed by (Mr.T) when my truck broke down. He was very friendly, had good conversation which I definitely needed since I was frustrated. He got my vehicle home within a timely fashion. I wish more tow drivers were just as knowledgeable and friendly.

I called AAA to get my daughter's car towed to the shop and had one of the best experiences ever. The tow truck driver (Mr. T) came so quick, I could not believe it. Julius was a great tow truck driver and mechanic. He explained in detail what was wrong with my car and gave me great info to take back to my mechanic. He was very courteous, friendly and thorough. He did an excellent job!
