OMG!! Just a little bump and even Geico took two months just to ask me to turn my rental in and pick up my car. A well known body shop couldnt get my old Porsche back together again, every time I called we were still waiting on parts. GAB was a lifesaver, I’m back on the road and it took 3 days!!! I didn’t mention that I myself requested the wrong part but they took care of me. The customer service was outstanding, when I reached out they knew why I got it wrong and what I needed!!! If I knew they had this type of service I would have spoke to someone before purchasing. I will not go anywhere else in the future. Easy breezy, thank you GAB!

We had a 2014 Cayenne with fairly significant front end damage. The hood and bumper both ended up requiring replacement. I reached out to GAB and they took the additional time to ensure we were receiving the correct hood as there was an update that year on the body style. I place the order and the hood arrived exactly when expected.
Unfortunately the hood was a different style than needed for this platform, Greg was extremely communicative and maintained excellent follow up. I was assured it was no problem and a new hood would be sent immediately. The new hood arrived on time as promised and required minimal prep prior to being wrapped and installed.
I run a small business myself and understand that its not what happens to us that matters, it is how it is handled afterwards. At the end of it all I am completely satisfied with both the product and customer service! I will definitely be ordering more parts in the future!

i had a flat tire and needed to remove a safety bolt I didnt have the key too, and two workers came and removed the bolt immediately and tried to do it for free. I didnt let them leave without cash, but they were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Some friends and I were stuck trying to get an anti-theft bolt off his flat tire, and after 2 hours we gave up and went to these guys who were nice enough to drop what they were doing and followed us 2 minutes away to easily take out the bolt in less than 2 minutes. Big props to these guys, really nice people! (this was all at midnight by the way)
Bought a 2011 Panamera at the salvage auction. Ordered the front bumper from GAP and it went on without any issues. Park sensor holes were correct as were the washer nozzle holes.
Quantity was good, for and finish was good. I own a body shop and have been in the business for 35 years. I would certainly recommend this product to any one looking.
If I can add more stars I would! I purchased a bumper for my Porsche that suffered an accident and was sent to the car hospital. I purchased the bumper to expedite the repair, and I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about the excellent communication!
The mechanic missed a piece in the kit, and rather than charge me, the piece was sent. It was later found, and there was no complaint, only the desire to ensure excellent service was provided (no worries, I'm sending it back).
