I originally had a good experience with this shop, which is why this situation is so disappointing. Unfortunately, the car has continued to break down, and we are now dealing with issues again. This will be the third or fourth time the vehicle has had to go back to a shop for problems.
Since I have moved to St. Louis, I recently called to request warranty information so we could address the latest issue. The young lady who answered the phone hung up during the call. When I called back, they claimed she had placed me on hold. Customer service 101 is simply informing the person on the other end that they are being placed on hold. That did not happen.
Between the repeated mechanical problems and the poor customer service when trying to resolve the situation, the experience has been extremely frustrating. If I still lived in the area, I would not choose to do business with this shop again.
(Issue resolved) My break caliper is falling off after my visit here. I came to get my axles replaced and they did a fine job. But they must’ve forgot to put the screw for the caliper back in???? That’s incredibly unsafe and dangerous?!!!!!!!!!! At the end they towed my car back to the shop for free and fixed everything up. They even gave me some store credit to try and make things right. I appreciated that they were able to admit the mistake and they did their best afterwards to make up for it. Nice respectful people!
The shop is very thorough and explained everything to me, bringing me in the shop to point everything out. I was very pleased with the transparency. The cost was not very much. It wasn’t as bad as I thought. The shop really helped me out.
These guys were great. My friend and I came out to sell a car here and the guys here were amazing. Will and Ravi were excellent and helped us sell it the entire way.
I went in for a few minor things, & during the inspection found things that would have left me stranded. I did have to bring car back, but it was fixed not additonal price. They did a great job & stood behind what was done.
So I came into FTD Auto around 7 o’clock in the morning to get my car looked at and turns out there was some issues. The guy I was working with was super respectful and kind. I came in looking very rough and he literally did not judge me and still was so kind to me so that’s my review because if I would’ve been anywhere else they would’ve looked at me like I was crazy and probably would’ve been quite rude but nope he treated me as such. (Most people/workers are so judgmental) but not here! Also The quote he gave me was a pretty good quote with a great price😁.
It was great experience with FTD, only I wasn’t happy that they didn’t show which oil they use on invoice. Services was great & reasonable price , I will there for all auto service now on.
When my Jeep started having a few issues, I reached out via their chat feature for a quote. Pete quickly got in touch, invited me to stop by and have the team scope it out.
What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and caring Pete was. He took the time to walk me through every detail in a clear, patient way, and you could tell he truly cared about getting things right. The customer service was top-notch and made the whole process stress-free.
They even hooked me up with a rental car from Enterprise (and covered the cost — huge bonus!).
The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I got, and they resolved all the issues perfectly. I drove away with a fully fixed Jeep and a big smile.
Hands down one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. Super friendly, honest, and professional — I'll definitely be back for all my future needs.

I had to have a new core heater put in my jeep, there were a few bumps in the road, but working with Pete and Jose. Everything got taken care of to my complete satisfaction. These guys are great people and they have very fair pricing.
The folks at FTD are always friendly and professional. I had a 1 PM appointment for an
Oil Change. They took me right away, and I was in and out within a half an hour. Great service.

Kept my car for a week to replace a sensor. Sent me a system checklist that was completely blank. Consistently missed promised follow up dates and times. Invoice simply stated “Remove and Replace Ambient Temperature Sensor” - no part number, no breakout of part vs labor. Charged $50 for “Total Fees” with no explanation of what these fees are. I won’t be back and cannot recommend.
$1100 just to get the heat fixed in my car. That's insane! I got the same thing fixed with half the price somewhere else. FTD Auto is all bells and whistles. At least they were nice and professional. FTD Auto will be out of business in 3 years with prices like that!
I have been working with Pete and he's been amazing. I've called numerous times and he's been so helpful, patient and kind with answering all my questions and with being transparent and honest. I will definitely be going here for future services as I am happy with how above and beyond they go.
Editing my review- this place doesn’t know how to fix cars and they lie. Look at other reviews. They charged me $1100 for knock sensor wiring. I had to bring it back 3x. Turns out, they didn’t fix it at all, rather Suburban Auto diagnosed their crap job and fixed. For $589. DONT GO TO FTD.
I was extremely happy with the service I got at FTD. They got me in quickly (no appointment) and serviced my Front brakes in a reasonable time. You can't ask for more than that

Your team quickly addressed the problem by changing the router and pad. I was impressed with how efficiently they handled the situation, and I’m pleased to report that the service has been running smoothly since the repairs.

Amazing people, very happy with our quick service on our 2018 Dodge Durango- price- & the communication while the car was in the shop. We will be back any time needed.
Had a mishap with my tire and they got m in asap to fix it. Great people, from front desk to people in the shop. Maid me feel like good old friends and very detailed/ helpful on every question I asked.
Ended up buying a full set of tires at a great price.
Nice to find a place that makes you feel good about buying what they have to offer.

The person upfront was a good person just not to sure what they actually did to my car in back I stopped in because my car started to over heat I was told there was air in the system and that it would be flushed and new coolant would be added I was there with my family for about an hour or 2 can’t quite remember but I know we were there for quite sometime they tell me everything was good to go and that my thermostat was probably going to go bad as well and gave me a price on that which was quite pricey so I scheduled another appointment to possibly get that fixed anyways now I leave only for about 20 mins later my car to start over heating again I figured it had to be the thermostat than right now I have to wait to get paid again by I need transportation good thing my jobs only about 6 mins from where I stay but it just gets worse one day leaving my job I get home to coolant leaking on my engine and smoking a nearby neighbor sees and comes by to help out it takes him about 10 mins to realize there’s air in the system which I thought was fixed he cleared it manually in about 20 mins on the street when it took this shop over an hour he proceeded to tell me it didn’t look like anything was ever done to it in the first place so now it’s driving fine no new thermostat needed so I honestly don’t think I’ll be back I feel like I was charged for a service that I don’t think was actually done properly

Been dealing with this place for four months. Do not use this place! terrible customer service they don’t keep their word and don’t return Your phone calls. Cost me $1500 for something that was misdiagnosed three times. and still not repaired… .went in several times brought, my car in several times, broken promises and complete runaround.
Now they want to give me another diagnosis and charge me another $3000 plus and tell me it’s my real differential (?)
I am now working on getting a complete refund from credit card company,disputing the charges with these guys.
I dealt with Chris who pretty much claimed to be the owner , Alex , and the actual owner himself, Pete.
All very unreliable !
My niece took her car to this shop just because it was the closest place to her house. They miss-diagnosed the issue, and replaced several parts before we eventually took the car to a different shop where it was repaired for 37.00. I'm only writing this review because one of the things they replaced was the fuel pump, and she kept smelling gas. We took the seat of her car out to look and see what was up. The mechanic at this shop only put 4 of the 6 screws back into the fuel pump housing when he replaced the pump. I can only imagine what would have happened if the car caught fire. Don't trust these people with your car. If it matters, they were way over priced also.
I had another impressive visit to FTD Auto in Bartlett. Although my favorite mechanic moved on on his career, I was still in good hands. Shout out to Alex who explained pre-service inspection. Chris was super patient and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed and let ME prioritize repairs. Pete was quite pleasant and made me feel at ease leaving my car with him for the day. I highly recommend FTD Bartlett for all your automotive needs.
5 stars all the way! Came in with a busted tire and these guys worked their magic to find my tire to match the rest and installed it all with in a reasonable amount of time. Great prices and great customer service. Chris and Alex went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back when i need work and definitely recommended them! Thanks Guys! 😎
