⭐⭐ (2/5) – "Good Selection & Facility, But a Nightmare After the Sale"
The Positives (They Exist):
- Large selection of trucks
- Facility was clean, well-organized, and professional.
- Salesman was patient and showed the vehicle in pouring rain without much complaint.
The Negatives:
- Copy of title received 69 days after purchase despite phone calls.
- Lien discovered which further delayed commercial plates.
- Was able to register for commercial plates 71 days after purchase.
- New truck work downtime during this delay.
- Check engine light within 200 miles.
- Turbo pipe leak → reduced power and warning on truck display to see dealer, which led to the truck + trailer to be towed to the nearest dealer — $400+ tow cost.
- The other dealer charged → $800+ to replace turbo pipe.
- Throttle body and CCV filter had to be replaced.
- Transmission fluid looked overdue, engine oil overfull and thin, intermittent key FOB issues.
- All repairs out-of-pocket — no warranty support except active regen.
- We wanted the High Output model — got Standard Output (not clearly disclosed). It works but not preferred.
Bottom Line:
A 2023 model with only 55,000 miles should be reliable — this one had neglected maintenance and required repairs.
Getting a copy of the title should not take 69 days.
Ali was a very kind sincere salesman. Nate gave me a car that is actually a Lemon. It was supposed to be a new. When I bought it they said it needed a new battery and with a new battery it is at less than 50%. My dash lites go off for no reason, my radio cuts in and out, there is a burning smell and it is as loud as a truck. After taking my car in, the only thing they did was my oil change and it took from 1:00, my appointment time till 6:00pm!!
On top of that, to get me to the price I needed, NATE, THE FINANCE GUY, LIED!! The told me I had 36 months on my payments. They totally conned me! I received my first payment and it is for 48 months!! I am going in next week to ask for a total refund. What, No because I am an older woman they can dump their crap car on me?

About a month ago, we purchased a used Mini Cooper from Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We had a great experience. Our salesperson was Brennan, and he was great from greeting us when we walked in and taking care of every issue that came up during the sale. There was a small problem with the gas tank cap, which he got on right away and stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process. There was never a time when we didn't know what was going on. All I can say is from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely staff in front. Such friendly faces and for not having a appt, they got us in quickly and made sure we were taken care of. We worked with Muhammad A. (sales consultant), who answered all of our questions. He really knew his stuff! Never once did he rush us. He also made sure that we got the best deal for our budget ! My Ram 1500 broke down and I was stranded in a parking lot. I called my usual service guys at Ziegler to have my truck towed and they said they would be unable to even look at my truck for 2 weeks. So I started calling around not feeling very optimistic but Alan at Napleton Ram answered my call and made my day. He said that they could look at my truck the next day and helped me get it towed to their dealership. Alan and the service crew fixed my issue (transmission) even finding the part which was in scarce supply and had my truck back to me by the time the other dealership would have just been looking at it. Came in for a quote on my car for them to buy it. The salesman I talked to was quick and very straightforward, giving me my quote after about 10 minutes. Though I ended up selling the car elsewhere, I appreciated the salesman's quick, straightforward response. No annoying attempts to convince me (or gaslight me) to sell to them for less and let me go with a good handshake when I said I wasn't interested.
If this dealership had offered me as much as the other quotes, I would have sold no questions and I'll keep them in mind for future car purchases.

I was sold a $40,000 hunk of junk, and I fell for it because of the guilt tactics and flat-out lies the salesman used throughout the process. Every step of the way felt manipulative rather than honest. I trusted them and walked away with a vehicle that is nothing like what was promised. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect, avoid this dealership at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
I bought an Audi Q3 from this dealership earlier this year and it included Napleton Care for a year which includes oil change, tire rotation and a multi point inspection. I took it for an oil change on a Wednesday and the following day while driving to work my engine overheated due to the coolant level being below the recommended point. A complete shock considering I had just taken my car to the “experts” that told me everything looked great. Needless to say I spent more money than their Napleton Care was even worth on top of the stress that could’ve been avoided had the Napleton mechanics done their job in the first place. I will not be returning for the rest of the Napleton care. I’ll be going to a dealership that actually knows what they are doing. Absolutely unacceptable!
Two weeks ago I purchase 2025 Jeep wrangler spot and I have excellent experience. The people there was so nice,professional, polite and most important not to pushy. Our sealer Nick was so nice helpful and he do everything to we get best deals. Coming off of the highway today, my tire went completely flat as I pulled into the car lot. I was on my way home, but I wasn’t able to drive with that tire. In front of me were two young men who offered to change my tire and help me out. They were a godsend! Eddie changed my tire and Daniel helped him out, also. They were both the kindest, most helpful guys, asking for nothing in return. They really helped me out when I needed it and I really appreciate that they took time out and put in a lot of effort to change a strangers tire! Next time I need a car, or someone I know needs a car, I am definitely recommending this place and these guys!

The best dealership I have went to. All the staff members were wonderful. Saad helped me find the perfect car. He was super patient with me and answered all my questions. We drove from Milwaukee to look at a Fiat 500X after being told it was sold, then told it wasn’t. Right away, there were red flags. The car had a stain near the roof that the salesman brushed off as “just a stain.” Other Fiat owners told us it’s usually a sign of a leaky sunroof.
When we started the car, multiple warning lights came on for lamps/lights being out. The vehicle wasn’t even cleaned — there was garbage in the console — and we also found rust on the subwoofer. For a car that supposedly passed a “safety check,” these issues should have been caught before showing it to a customer.
We declined to buy the car and explained why. A few days later, the dealership called to negotiate on price, saying they were addressing the sunroof. But the problem wasn’t just the sunroof — it was the overall lack of care and transparency.
When I said this wasn’t the right dealership for me, I meant it. Buyers beware: if obvious issues are overlooked before you even drive it, imagine what else could be missed.
This has been by far my best car purchase experience ever, Eddie is a very well rounded salesman. I have spent nearly 2yrs researching the Audi I purchased and I never expected to run into a salesmen that not only knew more about the ins & outs of the car mechanically and aesthetically than I but would also not use that as leverage to persuade me into anything i did not want to do. There weren’t any “I don’t know” or “I’m sure it’s fine” responses, the responses were all extremely knowledgeable and precise to the T! Also the answers he provided all matched up with everything I had already thoroughly researched myself, showcasing his honesty, transparency, & background knowledge. I had to take flight w/ a layover and a 15hr drive back to my residence, and I would NOT hesitate to do it again for Eddie’s professionalism. As well as Alex’s & Muhammad’s due diligence and constant communication in providing everything needed to reserve the car prior to purchasing, w/ extra pictures of the car.
When I walked into Napleton’s jeep dealer in Arlington Heights I did not expect I will buy a car because I already have an approved deal from a different jeep dealer. I just wish to test drive a different wrangler model. Muhammad is very professional, knowledgeable and patient! Most importantly, this dealer got my daughter approved with a very good interest rate and a monthly payment in our acceptable range given she is young at 19 and she has had two auto loans under her name. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, will definitely come back in future.

Alex the manager was incredible! So was everyone else that we met while there, 6 ish hours to finalize a lease and trade in. Just beware it does take a while, but Ali was our sales guy and he was awesome too. They made it not unbearable to get a new car, which I feel like is rare these days.
