I had my Mercury Mountaineer towed to his shop for repairs. He fixed everything that was wrong with it in a good amount of time. Very friendly and explained everything he fixed on your vehicle. Reasonable prices on repairs and keeps you informed if he finds anything else that needs to be fixed. I would recommend going to him for any vehicle repair or tow. He knows what he is doing for sure.
I was visiting the Galena area last week and was hearing a noise under my car. My wife looked up nearby mechanics while I was driving and came upon Bloody Knuckle Repair, so we stopped in to see if they could take a look. The owner was very congenial, and said he'd be happy to take a look. After getting the car up on the lift, he discovered that the previous Jiffy Lube oil change people from Chicago had failed to fully re-attach the panel that is under the engine. So, he added some screws and completed the job that Jiffy Lube neglected to finish properly. The guy was great, and even gave me a Christmas coffee mug. If you need a car repair, go see Bloody Knuckles!!! Highly recommended!!

Bill was so kind, efficient and charged us much less than he should have for what he did! My brakes went out on a trip to Savanna and he went out of his way to get parts and fix our brakes on a Sunday so we could get back home safely! He radiated kindness and is a great mechanic and I would recommend him to anyone!!!
