Every time I visit our local NAPA auto parts I always receive quality customer service and today, Doug, went out of his way to help me fix a issue that could have taken me much longer to resolve. I am incredibly appreciative for our local auto parts store and all the care they provide!

This place is great! This morning Doug went above and beyond. He helped me replace an indicator bulb on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Super friendly and great service.

A huge shout out to Doug and the team at NAPA auto parts in McCall Idaho. We pulled our vintage 1977 Bayliner to McCall, only to find the starter celunoid had gone out. Not only did Doug and the team find one that would work, they also helped us modify and install it. Resulting in us having a wonderful afternoon motorboating on Payette Lake Saturday afternoon. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I think my review only gave 4 and a half stars. It should be 10 stars! 😃👍

I’ve been to a lot of automotive parts stores before, but this one is by far the best! The guys all have a great sense of humor, and are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I walked in knowing I needed a headlight bulb for my husbands 2015 Subaru Forester but nothing else. The gentleman who helped me was kind and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars really. Not only that but I got the bulb I needed and changing it out was so simple.

I went to NAPA to pick up rotors ordered for my car. I had the order number. It was a simple task to complete. The employee kept saying, "Yes, my lady," to me after all of my responses to his questions as if to imply some kind of "superiority" on my part. It was demeaning and ridiculous. I simply asked for my rotors. Then the employee proceeded to bring out brake pads that I did not ask for. He then said, "You're driving me crazy." This should've been a simple transaction, but instead it turned unpleasant. I'll choose professionalism at another store (even if it's in Boise) over the convenience of this location in McCall.

Really helpful staff; I had some questions that were a little specific, they helped me locate the right parts - we did a little internet research and they had what I needed in stock …the staff member also recommended a great sandwich at a nearby restaurant :P A++

Brian Tom George Stacy Rob and David are great always willing to help figure out what you need. Brian has helped me with my truck electrical issues. If they don't have it they can get it. My only complaint is not being able to use my corporate account. I've done business with Napa for about 25 years and the McCall guys are the best I've ever dealt with. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS

Super busy, they're revamping, depends on what person you get. It's been odd... Covid doesn't help. But just get one of the older guys. They know what they're doing. And there's really only one maybe two. Just hope they either find better help or pay better. And have stock. Cuz everything comes from Spokane, SLC or boise. But we've had damaged stuff, or come in for an order, and not get everything in the order and have to run back to town for the one item that didn't make it in the box. The part is there, just nobody put all parts in the box. And one other really annoying thing is customers can see 3 people F'ng around in the back while one guy tries to help a line of customers and answer a phone that doesn't stop ringing. Makes me want to open a Carquest back up. Miss Craig at Carquest

Absolutely love this place. They are some of the best parts guys I have used. Brian and David are great guys. They keep my 2500 Ram Diesel, my 1986 Suzuki Samurai, my 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara and my snowmobiles running.

Super nice and helpful! Genuine and trustworthy. I felt they went above and beyond with something as simple as wiper blades.

I had a ujoint bust on my drive axle, wound up sleeping in the parking lot. David loaned me tools and the use of their work bench and vice. He was beyond helpful and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you David

They helped me to figure out what exactly was wrong with my car, because I wasn't sure. Quick and knew what they were doing. Hard to get in and out of their driveway due to traffic.

Employees are the greatest. Tom's the greatest. Then the rest are the best too. Brian, David and George (not necessarily in that order. I don't know the owner that well so I won't comment. The crew is the greatest.

My wife and I where in the McCall area recently and needed to purchase a new battery for our camper. We where traveling from another state and without the needed tools in our possession when Brian H. from NAPA auto parts assisted in my purchase. It is a true pleasure when you find an employee that takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable in the auto parts business. Thanks again Brian for your help.

Very helpful employees who will walk you through whatever you need help with. They will look up items for you, explain how things work & take time to make sure you purchase the correct items.

I had spent the week working in town and on my way out had issues with my rental car. I was very concerned about making it back to Boise to take care of a family commitment and still making my flight on time. The employee helping me today went above and beyond to help me take care of a remote rear hatch issue without hesitation. Again, I truly thank you.

I broke down on my way into town, and not only did they help me to figure out what I needed to do to fix my car, they loaned me some tools, looked up videos to assist me working on my car, were very understanding and allowed me to park my car there for 3 days... Basically, this auto parts store is exceptional any employees are good people. Shout out to Justin 4 all the help!

If they don't have it they can get it quickly. They will tell you where you can get what you need if someone else in town has it. They will even call and make sure it is in stock before they send you. They are very good at answering questions.

I suspected by battery was dying after 5-6 years on my Scion TC. NAPA was open on a Sunday and the gentleman there came out with a scan tool and told me if it was the battery or the alternator. Luckily it was the battery. I purchased a battery and they had tools to loan me for free, wrenches, sockets, etc. I was on my way after putting the battery in the car myself and left a very happy customer. Great place and great people. Highly recommend. This way a year ago during fire season and I forgot to write the review.

Very helpful. Has one of the parts I needed and was able to order the other and have it by 10:30 the next morning.

Employees asked where I was from after asking for a part that every napa would stock. Then told me I would have to go to the mechanic shop down the street and have them do the work even though it was something I could have easily done myself. Good job at treating your guest

Love this place this is my go-to whenever I'm looking for anything they go out of their way to help me find parts order them ship them in for more than just vehicles for our equipment and Machinery is as well they're not pushy they don't try to upsell you on every little thing they find what you need and I'll call around to bring it to one central location so you don't have to run around looking for it yourself. All the guys that work there are very pleasant and fun to joke around with. I highly recommend if you're looking for any moving vehicle parts you contact them. I have dealt with Napa's all over the country and I am ecstatic when I get to go to McCall's. Way to go guys. If you only could get the city of McCall to let you get a different parking lot I bet you do it but again that's politics. Haha.

Service is a little to be desired and what you wont honor my commercial account at this Napa store. Ok cool ill drive to Boise. Then cause you want me to pay more...not everyone whom lives in McCall is rich....thanks jusr saying.

Great knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful in finding what you need Even when you ask for the wrong thing. One employee is a bit touchy when selling windshield wipers. Never share that you use wipers on ice/frost and you are okay. He's very friendly on other topics.
