Mike was very professional and had great customer service. Got my truck off the side of the road and back home in a timely manner and a reasonable price. I spoke with several other options and I am glad I went with Cole Towing.
Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was able to pick up my rig from a nearby tow yard and deliver it back to Meridian with me using my AAA membership. He took great care of my truck and maintained great communication through out the service. While some of the steps to use the AAA membership are unrealistic (like when you’re in a different location within the state that where the vehicle is sitting), Michael helped work through that with ease. Nothing short of five stars for Michael and Cole Towing!
Mike went above and beyond to get my family and I off the the side of the road in the middle of night. Apart from being professional and affordable he's a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend Cole towing!
Saved us from being stuck in a big hole in the middle of a snow storm clear out in the middle of nowhere. Pulled a bobcat out that got stuck trying to get us out too. Snow was so deep the tow truck almost got stuck too. Got there in about an hour and didn't charge a ridiculous expensive price considering where we were. Competition told us we'd have a 5 hour wait... Great service!
Appears to be a newer company but what great service I received. Mike driver was kind and courteous and took good care of my car. He actually stopped so my wife could get a cup of coffee.
Great service. Needed a tow from Donnelly to Mccall and the driver was on time, nice, and knowledgeable. Would recommended for any towing needs around Valley County.
