Great service! We bought our truck yesterday to tow our other car, that broke down in lewiston a few days earlier, back to Spokane. Our truck broke down a quarter up Lewiston hill on our way back to Spokane and Mike came to tow both of our cars all the way from lewiston back home! Thank you Mike and Jim’s Towing for going out of your way for us! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!
We lost the keys to our EV and it had to be towed to the dealer to get replacement keys made (go figure!). The car was locked and there was no other way but to have it hauled there on a flatbed. Jim's Towing agreed to haul it and Michael showed up in a huge flatbed tow truck on which to haul the car to the dealer. It was a rather complicated effort to pull the locked up car through the carport and into the alley next to our house where it would be pulled up onto the tilted bed of the truck. Michael was an absolute wiz with pulling the car forward, then moving the pulling cable to make a slight turn so the car ended up at the base of the tilted bed of the truck and could then be pulled up onto the truck. It was an amazing effort and Michael really knew his stuff. I could not possibly recommend Jim's Towing and Michael the driver more: Michael was a really nice absolute expert!
He was very professional. He made sure I was safe before he took off. I'm very appreciative and I was in good hands. If something may happen again while here he would be the first person I call. Would recommend Jim's towing for anyone.
Had to have my car towed into Lewiston on 5/1/24 from Culdesac and the driver, Mike, was so nice and went above and beyond to help me! Never had to have a car towed before and I'm grateful to Mike for making it less stressful. If you need a tow you definitely want this guy to do it! Thank you!
Mike was the most awesome tow driver I have ever come across. We had a class B+ motorhome to tow and he handled it like a champ! Very friendly and capable. If I ever get stranded again, I want Mike to come handle us again.
