Dustin certainly went above and beyond when we needed a tow off the Lewiston grade during our trip from out of town. He not only towed us to the tow shop, he took a look at our car to see if it just needed a simple fix, filled it with oil and brake fluid, then had his wife give my family of four with a small dog a ride to an affordable hotel in her personal car. The next day he picked us up from the hotel, gave us a ride to an auto shop for more oil and then drove all of us to the top of the Lewiston grade so our car didn’t have to struggle the climb, then we were on our way home. We were so fortunate to have Dustin and his wife be so kind in our time of need and help complete strangers. You can’t find that one of a kind service anywhere these days, where good hearted people go out of there way, literally beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers are completely taken care of. Needless to say, we are more then satisfied with the service we were provided and highly recommended ALWAYS TOWING! Thank you Dustin!
They have a driver named Dusty he stole $140 from us and said he could change the starter in my car for $100 The car was left on a jack, and he never came back to finish it after 5 calls to him I just got a run around. Very poor service! The $40 is change due from a tow he also never gave back!

Pulling our boat with our Excursion to Coeur d' Alene lake, it broke down in Tensed ID. I called Tom, he pulled a rabbit out of the hat for me. Before he left Lewiston, he put my pickup on the slip deck, dropped it off in Tensed and brought the Excursion back to Lewiston to be repaired. I cannot say enough positive about "Always Towing" and "Forest Wrecker". THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND: MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING THE CORRECT COMPANY. THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A SIMILAR NAME, IT IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY. Again, make sure it you are calling Always Towing or Forest Wrecker for the best.
