These people are absolutely awful they have no business running a business absolutely disgusting I don't think the owners ever ever take showers and the cat will be all over you when you are getting your money so good riddens to bad rubbish
Hands down the best place to recycle in the Treasure Valley. Do not even waste your time at Pacific or United metals in Twin Falls. Underwoods pays more for your metal everytime! It is surprising that a smaller operation pays more than the big guys in Twin...makes u realize how big their profit margins are!
Ya I have went there on two different accounts to turn in Cadillac converters both times they have gave me less than what they're worth the second time they straight called me a liar not in those words but I tried to turn in a certain cat out of a certain car and they try to tell me it was something else and gave me the price on something else when it wasn't that car
The older lady that works there is very rude to me every time I I asked her why she said I'm not learning what's metal what's aluminum that not my Jon Lady that she has to teach me every time I go there and I told her it's her job to do that not mine
To the woman outside, whom I apparently upset with my lack of recycling knowlwdge, I apologize for the f bomb. However....I DID fully understand your reasoning and your rules! Your unprofessionalism and attitude with your explanation not so much! ?
Best place to go to in the valley. They give you the most for your scrap and are always there and ready to help you scale it up. Ive been to other places and its always a hassle with them. And they never give you the prices that underwood does. They dont try and nickle and dime you on everything like the big operations. I would highly recommend doing business with underwoods as they are a smaller family owned place that takes care of thier customers.
Don't go here! They are the most rude people working there we have ever seen. Accusing us of trying to rip them off and then cursing and throwing their hands in the air because they didn't want to work with us. Apparently they have something wrong upstairs. Terrible! After all their rudeness, we just left and went to Twin Falls recycling and they were nice and the experience was a positive one!

Great place. They always give me more that the other recycle place in Jerome and Lorraine is as sweet as they come. They are a small family owned business that supports the local schools and volunteers their time to the community. I always call around to see who is paying the most and Larraine, Chris and the crew get it done 99.9% of the time!
So when I called in the lady kept being as rude as I've ever heard some one talk to a customer. In not supposed to be informed and call in before hand to get current prices according to this nasty woman. she can't be bothered to tell me what the current prices are over the phone for a whopping 3 minutes before she starts complaining that I should just go in and they would price it accordingly. How about you learn your supposed trade and be informed as to how that works. Hello? Try being polite someday as well. Jesus Christ talk about a horrible experience, my god I honestly can't tell you why anyone would want to go here
