Why in the hell people work at this place set in their car with raido up loud or there engine roaring for 30 minutes or so that is illegal I live 2 blocks away
To the guy complaining about kids being kids have you seen what autozone does? You should be more concerned about them. they drift their trucks and go high rates of speed through the Walmart parking lot and they do burn outs, they also go high rates of speed through traffic. I’ve been in O’Reilly a few times and the crap those guys have to go through they definitely deserve those 30 mins to relax and I think you should also take the time to relax, those guys need more respect, I remember when they first started they had a big smile ready to start and now they look miserable if it’s not 10pm they can do what they want. All the people the talk Spanish need a raise they go through a lot.
We were on vacation and broke down in our motorhome. We called this store, and Nathan ran parts and tools out to us twice and saved us. We highly recommend this store. Their service was above and beyond!
John was great he was able to give me all the details of the product he was selling. What he would choose and why he would choose it. He answered the questions I had to help me make my decision. He had a calm friendly customer service attitude with great product knowledge.
I was quite disappointed with their customer service... it is far beneath the average of other branches that I frequent.
The employee told me that he couldn't look up a part based on the vehicle make and model. Every other store I've been to does it for me every time when I service my vehicle

My grandma's battery in her car died today, We got it jumped and brought it into O'Reilly's in Jerome. Daniel went above and beyond to help us not only find the right battery but replace it as well! It is a newer car so it was NOT an easy task! Daniel was very kind and helpful and we will absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs something for their car!

Friendly professional staff. They can always find my part for foreign and domestic vehicles. I have used the tool rental several times and it works out great. Large selection of oils, tools, and parts. Quality parts with a good warranty at a good price.
After having a bad experience on Sunday I can say I have been impressed with Caesar and Gabe of O’Reilley auto parts. They are managers and their example of leadership and customer service have been second to none. I am 100% positive that this problem I had was just a fluke and unintentional or just a plain oops. I will highly recommend them and their crew.

I have to say this location was beyond incredible in every way. I was on the way to a
funeral when my Audi wasn't running right. The manager was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was two hours away from my hometown and no tool in my car. I thought for sure I would have to come out of my pocket for every tool to replace the misfire in my car. He was about helping me than trying to get rich off of me. He even taught me some interesting ways to test if it was my spark plugs or my coil packs. He even had another location bring us another part within 20 minutes. I'm sorry that I don't remember your name, but seriously you saved my wife and daughter from being stranded far away from home. We made it to the funeral all because of you! Hands down this store and the manager and his employees are top of the line customer service that you won't regret! Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family. This all happened Saturday December 5th 2020 around 12:30pm. If corporate is reading this review this manager deserves a raise! This will be a memory we will hold close to our hearts again thank you for everything you did and all of your help!
Great service and help from Gabriel! Traveling across the country in a Winnebago and had a few simple loose connections halting our process. Gabriel diagnosed the problem like nothing and helped us fix it and get back on the road ultra fast!

Staff is friendly and willing to help. They are honest enough that if they don't know something, they will tell you and then try to find the answer or refer you to a source likely to have information you seek.
It goes to show that Idaho was one of the most polite states on our trip.
Location was well organized, and even though it was early in the morning, the employees were genuinely kind and helpful and we were able to get back on the road!
Friendly staff and always has the parts I need. Good prices and clean store. Highly recommend if you don't want to drive around all over town looking for parts. You can also call ahead and they will happily look it up and see if they have it for you.
Best service. Didn't have to exchange the parts over and over. They got it right the first time. Helped me figure out exactly what it was I needed on very lite info.
A big shout out to Roberto who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me who knows next to nothing about cars. He helped me with installing a windshield wiper blade that flew off a windy mountain road in OR during a rainstorm. He also helped me with recharging my air conditioning to blow cold air with some kind of additive. Sure beats the $2500 price I was quoted at the dealer to replace my air conditioner system as it was "beyond repair". Thanks so much Roberto. It's people like you that are a salve to a weary road traveler.
