Drove past this CBP post and the officers were super helpful and made sure that I had everything needed to cross the border.
They were quick and worked through all my documents to make sure my exit was as smooth as possible.
Have used this crossing a few times to get into the states for some events in Washington state, US staff always nice and don't intimidating like to couts crossing
The officers are always friendly unfortunately they are doing a job that doesn't always allow for the best outcome for some

We had 7 Airstream trailers crossing within minutes (not planned that way, just how the traffic happened) and the agent was friendly. The striking thing to us was that the list of foods you cannot take was long, but all along the way on the Canadian side there are MANY pull-outs on the road with bear safe garbage cans that allow you to dump stuff out in a safe manner. There are even signs on the cans that say "these cans are for tourists only, others will be prosecuted." I thought the US side should do the same thing for pepper spray and other things that you cannot bring into Canada. The agent was funny and friendly, and even joked with us about being the last Airstream for him to have to deal with that day. He also liked people's dogs, because he commented that we didn't have any. It was an easy crossing.
Returning from a trip in Cranbrook. The crossing was busy but the wait wasn’t too long. Agent was professional and efficient. Our crossing was quick and we didn’t have the feeling we were being evaluated for any suspicious activity. Pretty setting to work in!
What an absolute joke. If you are in an RV expect to just declare all of your food because the banned list is not available online or on any sign before getting to the border. Once they come and inspect they will threaten a $300 fine. If you tell them No to any item and they find it, they will fine you. Typical unorganized government entity. Good luck on complying.
Customs officers were completely professional, courteous, through, and expeditious. What more could you want from officials screening you entering a foreign country... Their country...
Congratulations Canadian border patrol. You were so brave in keeping a senior citizen whom never committed a crime in their life, with a doctors letter and negative covid test, out of Canada because she was unvaccinated. Followed their website requirements to a T. Border patrol Lied and said we needed preapproval from the CA DOH and that would only be given if you have heart issues and on heart medication. Called Canadian DOH and they said not true. So incredibly rude and Missed our daughter’s wedding. Hope you’re all so proud of yourselves. For anyone UNVACCINATED, avoid this crossing or anyone, avoid Canada all together. Give your money elsewhere. Forgot to mention, the group of vaccinated people who travelled for the wedding got Covid while they were there.

Stopped with my sister's family as they moved to Canada. Wonderful agents, almost no traffic, friendly and clean area. Best border crossing I've driven across.
Very helpful when all we wanted to do is take a little scenic tour, however, we were disappointed that our passports were not stamped. It was our daughter's first passport use, no stamp :(
This used to be a fairly good border crossing as I crossed 2 times a week. Since March of 2022 the US side is no good anymore. Trying to give truckers a run around now. What now that COVID is done you don’t need us to keep the economy going?
Canada side of the border was super easy going.
The American side was a bit confusing, crossed at different border locations usually and this one the layout was not the best.
Guards were professional and did their jobs.
FYI if you have a funeral flying will get you across the border, but the land border is still closed. Just incase someone else runs into this issue.
Covid has made everything harder than needed.
No problem getting in but they seem a little confused to require a home test after a negative test on the last 72 hours was provided in person and on the arrive can app.
