rude, disrespectful, carried my vehicle in the lot for months and only worked on it when i decided to light the fire, argumentative, i would pay some money up front in hopes of that getting my car on the schedule and would have to bring the recpts that i had paid some money down- usually cash. record keeping was questionable. every time i picked up a vehicle, i would b told that, "We fixed the problem but found another. we r too busy to fix that now u will have to bring it in later. and dont drive it too far with that issue unfixed." my money is green. customer service was superficial at best and ended at the front counter. in their defense, i want to say that the work i did get done seemed to be effective- not always on the first attempt... i was told by the front person, after having words w the owner and a discussion about professionalism and customer service, "hope we don't see any more of ur vehicles." I had to laugh to myself and out of respect for her, kept my muttering, "No need to worry about that." to myself.
If you want quality service on your vehicle, Bear Auto is the BEST! Keith, Brian, and Austin have taken care of our fleet for years, especially my husband's old trucks that always seem to need repairing! Thank you, Bear Auto, for your excellent work!
Super cool people. Was jammed packed busy. Took the time to take my car in and tell me what was wrong. I was worried the noise was bad. No charge. Ended up being a cheap fix i can actually do.

I'm Impressed with this auto shop. They told me exactly what was wrong and I have a plan now... Made another appointment for fixing the problem. Very reasonable prices too!
They fixed the issue! No one else seemed to be able to diagnose it. Bear figured it out and got me back up and running. The way I see it, they are busy and backed up because they are very good and their service is worth waiting for.
Had my sons pick up in the shop 3 different times. Did the opposite of what they were told to do. Had the pickup for months. The owner would never call us back. Way over charged. Will never take another vehicle back there again.
They are fair and honest and do a great job and quick repairs! Definitely the best place to go! They are busy but they got me in and repaired my Tahoe fast! I’m always very impressed with their excellent customer service, friendly staff, and quality work!
Fantastic! I had an issue and being from out of town, I hoped to get in. Keith and crew fit me into their busy schedule and gave me a good idea what my problem was. If you want a top notch service at a reasonable cost then call Bear to get it right.
