Usually have what you need, and can get parts ordered quickly. But quality is getting worse, some parts would need replacement within warranty period due to lower quality or defects. Great customer service though.
I buy my Deer Alert Whistles here. If you live in North Idaho or Western Montana, you NEED these on your vehicle!! I have live here for 43 years and have NEVER hit an animal on the highways!! They REALLY WORK!!
About a week ago , I went into the autozone in Bonners Ferry and purchased a seat belt extension. Earlier that day I had bought one from the ponderay Autozone ..neither worked for my 05 chevy. I tried to return them both in bonners,and a tall older man told me "I would have to return the other one in ponderay as their computers weren't connected that way " today I returned my item in ponderay. I explained what happened and was told that was a bold face lie what was told to me in Bonners . You can exchange at any auto zone no matter where ypu are. Especially with the receipt which I had ..if the Bonners store manager thinks this is OK. Then I'm done shopping in his store ..I would love to speak to the store or branch manager..very missed off ..Kelly O'Brien of libby mt
The lady working in there had me ready to flip displays because she can't keep her mouth on the task at hand. We are traveling from Pennsylvania to Alaska and have guy broke down, she was terrible to deal with!
I pass by two other good auto stores to get to Autozone and have been shopping Autozone for years. I've purchased 5 car batteries in the past two years, and many other parts from this store. One battery died after 2 years and 10 days, the warranty was for 2yrs, Steve refused to work something out. So much for customer loyalty. James the parts manager on the other hand is super knowledgeable and customer oriented.
Vinnie at the Sandpoint Autozone runs a tight ship and always puts the customer first, his store is worth the trip.
The guys there were rude as hell...It's hard enuff trying to find the rite parts and then you have to deal with rude people...I'll never go back if the same people are working there don't know how they even have business with the customer service they have..horrible store..
Unknowledgeable, immature and know it alls. I came there because my battery was bad and they ran a test on it and said it was good. The next day, my Jeep would not start. I had to call triple a and then I went to NAPA who ran a test and said it had a bad cell. Thanks for nothing AutoZone.
I broke down needed a water pump, steve who works at our local store was so helpful not only did he help us put it on we was short 3 dollars and he paid that for us and when we came into pay him back wouldn't take money for helping us put the part on.

Went 3 weeks ago from this posting date: Customer service for me & my beloved 2015 TDI turbo diesel VW Golf sportswagon is awesome. Free battery, alt & codes testing/readings, I needed as my battery got drained after loaning my car out. 'Caused some computer gremlins. But I am at the point that I worry about components such as battery & alternator. So, brought her over & they were so sweet & accommodating to my concerns without selling me anything I didn't really need just yet, but was more than willing to purchase! When I do, I know where to go to help me maintain the VW I oddly fell in love with since purchasing her in 2017. Not conducive to rough terrain, I still wanna keep her & in good shape! Tho, I do need to add a truck in my near future. Will be good to have knowledgeable people so close to me, especially that can deal with my forgeign car needs in helping me buy components I'll need to maintain her. Wasn't sure I'd find such a thing out here to easily. Especially an older single female, I'll need help maintaining her & my future truck. Thx for being real gentlemanly & letting me bother ya'll for free at this time. I'll head in as soon as things pop up!
These guys are awesome! I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, they did thier best to rescue me and change out the pulley on my alternator! If you have ever tried without a vise, you will know, it is no easy task! So big thanks to Ed and Robert!??♀️??
Yeah man...these guys/gals sure do put the extra service in when it comes to customer service. Don't forget!! They match Any competition store Apples to Apples... except online competitors. Reason: unverifiable.
Samantha Garcia in the Bonners Ferry store, is the best employee this store has, in our opinion. Me and my husband always make sure she is working, when we go buy our parts, and we shop there all the time, constantly. We make sure she is there so we always get the right part. If we have someone else help us, we always have to return the part because they sold us the wrong one. Samantha has always given us the right part the first time. The other gentleman in the store, give us the wrong part, or tell us they can't find the right part, but that is not the case with Samantha. She is always so cheerful and extremely helpful, and makes us want to return again for future auto parts and auto needs.

I’ve never had better customer service anywhere. Tyler (manager) was the best, helping us do a rundown on what was wrong with our car just an hour before closing. He told us where some auto shops were in town if we needed further service, shared good camping spots for the night, and a good friendly conversation too.
If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

I like this auto parts store better than the others in town. Mainly because they accept your used oil and recycle it....for free. The others don't. Plus the store is cleaner and offers more.
