They stole my copper they payed me 25 cents a pound then threatened to call the police because I asked for a refund on my copper. This place is a scam definitely avoid by all means not to mention how aggressively the bald guy behind the desk in the far left corner treated me for asking for a refund with all due respect. Another reason is they couldn't tell the difference between copper and aluminum making me wonder how many other people they have under payed for their valuable materials
I do not recommend this place to anyone, they will ripp you of here. I brought in a little over 10 full bags of cans and I ended up getting only $8. Not even enough to pay for my gas to get there,

They always have a great promotion for Earth Day, it is really appreciated. Friendly, uncomplaining staff. Their new payment system is really slick too, it has really sped up the process of getting paid and reduced the lines on busy days to almost non-existent. I've never gotten a flat tire here which I can't say about other places.
I brought in over 470lbs of metal and got $15. Thats less then .20 cents a lb. What a rip off. Employees acted like I was a pain and stupid. Couldn't get them to answer me or a Receipt. Completely a waste of time and effort. Just going to the city land fill next time.
Great service here. The employees are very helpful and patient. It's easy to get in and out, and get paid! It's a little hard to find, but you'd kind of expect that, right?
Pacific Recycling workers acted like they were doing me a customer an extreme favor by taking my material. Maybe that is the message they want to send to small customers like myself. And their initial weight on aluminum was 30% less than what I weighed it, but they were only 10% short on the tin.
I have been using pacific steel and recycling for several years. They are efficient at getting me in and out. And I’m able to get my shop cleaned up easier knowing that I have a place to take material for recycling
Everyone there was super helpful and when it came taking all our metals out and putting it on the scale they all jumped in and helped out. They were all super kind to us and it was our first time there. We have a boat repair shop and so we had a lot of heavy metal items to recycle and they all helped out and we got it done in a matter of minutes.
I sold a lead-acid battery weighing 25 pounds for a whopping $0.50 - $0.02/pound. I'd originally considered Millcreek Metals who just quoted me $0.10/pound, or 5 times more. I won't make the mistake of going to Pacific Recycling again for anything.
The people working today looked and acted like the were being beaten regularly and were expecting the next one at any time. I had 4 30 gal trash bags of crushed aluminum cans and the total weight came to only 61 lbs. I'll be trashing my cans in the future. Not worth my time for 21 bucks.
I took in 48 lb of dirty aluminum they quoted me $0.07 a pound I did the math on my calculator came out to $33.60 and they only gave me $3.60 that is a rip-off they are not giving anybody prices of what they need to give they are lying and they don't do it they need to be shut down or the people in there need to be fired
I have been cleaning property no one has lived in for several years. I have been going to Pacific almost daily, with everything from nails, washers to water tanks, copper lines, ect. The guys outside and the ladies have been very helpful. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Pacific employees.
I was in Idaho Falls doing some work and had to make several trips over 3 days with tin to be recycled. Pacific quoted me a fair price over the phone, and at the time I was in the office they were able to give me a little better price for recycling than was originally quoted. That was great. The second day I was paid the original quote. A couple days later Renae in the office called me and stated they owed me another $55 because the second day I was payed a different rate. She wanted to make it right with the better price I was getting. That honesty goes a long way. It didn’t really matter much to me as I was paid the originally quoted price. But they wanted to be fair. I like to deal with good and honest people... and that’s what you can expect at pacific recycling. Thank you
Would not recommend! Waited for someone to give you directions on where to go then got told another guy would unload us. Had to call the number and request someone come out and unload. No one seemed interested in WORKING.
A total rip off. Pay out is terrible, and no one seems to care that you're there, or give you any direction. Office smelled like beer last time I dropped off cans.
You're open 8-5, Monday through Friday, seriously?? Even banks understand that they need to adjust their hours a little to accommodate the working class. Ridiculous!!!!
