Super friendly staff and very helpful. Guy on the phone went the extra mile to help me find the parts I needed. When I came in I was approached by him right away asking if I needed help and he showed me right to where the parts were that I was looking for.

Closed at 8:58pm. I wasTrying to get a new head light cause of isp. Google says 9pm they close. 8:58pm I was at there door they refused service and at 9pm I was able to get a picture of the stool from at igsactly 9pm. I'll never use autozone in bonner county again. This is bs and for someone needing something as they close early is absolutely insane!

I needed a new battery but was worried about getting it home and changing it myself because if it was the wrong one or if I didn't have the tools, my car wasn't going to start to make it back to the store. Walt was super kind and helpful, he changed my battery in the parking lot even though it was a cold morning, he was patient even though it was a pain, all around he was a life saver and I'm really grateful for his help! Thank you, Walt!

Costumer Service is great. Store has inventory in stock more than other auto parts store. Never had a problem over paying just a bit for one-stop-shop and to support honest hard worker who will go out of theor way for your convenience. Impressive for AutoZone

This store is great. The manager Amarissa was very helpful. When my check engine light came on I was freaking out and not only did she help me calm down but she took a reading for me and made a print out at no charge. She also explained to me what the different codes and items were that needed repaired on my vehicle as well as what her store had in stock and the price of each item. I call that going above and beyond. Kudos to you Amarissa.

AutoZone has the parts for me and I love going in and spending a few bucks and getting the bonus money and if you have a battery I took three of them in And they gave me gift cards $10 each which I exchange for a Dodge shirt and a few other items I needed any AutoZone has been really kind to me so I got to thank them auto parts I'm getting all the time and it's a good place to find them

Vinnie the store manager runs a tight ship and puts the customer first. His Autozone surpasses the Bonners Autozone with employee knowledge, a well stocked store, a clean store and most of all customer loyalty.

Between the store and online orders worst company to deal with. If you are able to order something from them it most likely is the wrong part. Also somehow you are able to go through the entire ordering process to just get an email a couple days later saying the part is unavailable.

These guys are incredible! My check engine light came on and I found out that Autozone will run a test to let you know what error codes come up as a result of the warning. Scott helped me that night (in zero degree weather) and I can not even express how grateful I am. The first code was for the catalytic converter. His advice worked perfectly and I was able to correct the problem immediately for under $30, instead of a $1000 repair. The other issue wasn't as simple, but he made sure I knew what the problem was, how to address it, and made sure I had all the tools needed, so that I could be confident and never in any danger of possibly being stranded. He went so far and above the call of duty. The care for their customers is beyond anything I have ever experienced! I am forever grateful to Scott and his crew. This is not your ordinary Autozone. These guys care about people. Thank you so much Scott and crew!!!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. However they started closing earlier than normal. Probably around 7 or so due to short staffing. Not sure how long that could go on.

After paying $72 for a set of wipers I asked them to help me put them on. He said no as their rule is 2 employees must be in the store at all times. These 2 guys stood at the counter doing nothing with no customers. I returned the blades, went across the street to O Reillys, bought blades and they put them on (also w/ only 2 emplyees). I will go to O Reillys first from now on .

So I thought I was calling Oreilly’s and the assistant manager answered the phone. He didn’t answer Hello this is Autozone and amazingly could not find me in the computer system. I was a little frustrated and ask to talk to someone else. Anyway we figured out that I was calling wrong number. I started to apologize but he he started yelling over the top and hung up the phone. That’s when I remembered why I shop across the street at Oreilly’s:)

Completely Incompetent. Horrible customer survival. They were very rude and couldn’t get us the parts we asked for. When we asked and paid for parts, we were told they would have them in by the next day. Didn’t have them, went by again they were closed because they don’t have people to run the shop. Went back a 3rd day and still didn’t have the parts. Then gave us attitude. Told us we could go across the street if we didn’t like it. So we did.

For the second time I stopped in but store is closed in the middle of the day. I'm from bonners ferry 30 miles away I got a feeling it's never open. Another company unwilling to pay a livable wage goes under.

The guys there are the absolute best. They have helped me multiple times and each time they have went above and beyond what most people do. I almost feel like family there. Prices are great, people are great, why go anywhere else?

Had two faults in the Yukon as we were driving across the Long Bridge. We got the car running normal and went to AutoZone. The Assistant Manager, Robert, ran diagnostics on the Yukon and cleared the errors. He figured out it was just a glitch. Just a couple days ago, the Yukon was running poorly. We went back to AutoZone and Robert again diagnosed the problem. I replaced spark plugs and coils and now she's running like a champ. Robert has been outstanding in his customer service, professionalism and is just an awesome person. Highly recommended!!!

Came in to buy wipers and wiper fluid. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They pointed out what size I needed and rated each of the brands. They also offered to install the wipers.

Have shopped here several times and every time they end up selling me parts that are the wrong fit for the vehicle im shopping for. I've even ordered the parts online for in store pickup to ensure that they would be the right parts and was still given the wrong part. While their prices might be a little lower than their competitors for the most part its not worth the hassle of returning the parts. Advanced Auto Parts (use to be Carquest) in Sandpoint has about the same prices and they always sell me the correct part.

Shopped your website for a part and went to the store to pick it up. Website actually gave me the WRONG part number, but Levi saw that I was looking for something and approached me and asked if I needed help. He found the CORRECT part (which saved me a return trip to the store as an unhappy customer) THAT'S what customer service is. Thanks to manager Liz for her leadership. Craig....

This is the place! What two Ace hardware stores did not have, this AutoZone Auto parts did. I needed a twelve volt (cigarette lighter) plug in pig-tail so that I could replace one on a device that had become defective. Had it, got it and now it is installed. Thanks AutoZone, that is why I keep coming to the Zone.

My battery light came on right outside of Sandpoint. I knew I shouldn't mess around with that so I turned around immediately and pulled right up here. Dale immediately checked my whole charging system and discovered that my battery was in fact bad. He then sold me exactly what I wanted and installed it for me. I am usually a DIY guy but had zero tools with me. We were in and out and on the road again within half an hour. Good experience all the way around.

I called looking for a particular piece of merchandise. They looked until they found it and called me back. They didn't make much profit on it but treated me like I was their best customer. Very pleased. Great staff.

My particular visit was very quick and easy. Nice gent at the counter promptly grabbed me what I needed. But then, what I needed, (four spark plugs) had already been bought and then delivered so all I had to do was pick them up. P.S. saw my friend John from work there too. He's a nice guy.

Did site to store, waited 30 min for help, couldn't find order then lost part of it. After all of that tried to charge me again lol!! Have been to this store a few times and usually they are really good, they were not that busy, four staff and three customers including myself, just a bad day??

My battery died. I haven't had a lot of time with this car, so I didn't know quite a bit of information about it. They helped me out, weren't condescending about it and even went out of their way to find me a better bargain. They even helped me install the new battery, because God knows, my car wasn't about to start again. I've had a good experience every time I've been there, and this was the cherry on the cake. I'd recommend them!

Love this place, great variety of items for a auto parts store.. Right well that's what people think! But no! It's a awesome place I find new cool things there every time... And u get $ back to spend in store after spending $ in store.... if u sign up first. It only take like 5 mins though.. And I'm not endorsing them in any way for profit.. I just love em!!!
