Horrible help behind the counter. May as well order stuff from Amazon. Derek from Vice Grip Garage led me there, but after my last 2 experiences I'll be going back to Napa..
The staff here is not very friendly or helpful. One guy at the checkout and two guys standing around. I also called to get parts for a Miata, they didn't even know who made it. I get that you can't know every make and model, but for really well-known cars it just shows they don't know much about cars.
Just had a wonderful experience at this location. I had a headlight out, and Tony was super helpful in finding the right bulbs and installing them within a matter of minutes. So grateful for the prompt and efficient customer service during my hectic lunch break. Thank you! ?
This is my 1st time ever leaving a review. Never let things get to me this much. But Customer service at the counter was being difficult. bought an ignition switch with my debit card, gave my girl the receipt to return it cus we didnt need it afterall so she can do her shopping instead. And they wouldn't give her cash back...paid with my debit card and had a receipt..never going back there
Today at O’Reilly Auto Parts, I had a fantastic experience. Oda not only diagnosed my car battery issue but also kindly installed the new one for me. His helpfulness really made my day. Thanks again Oda!
I stopped by and checked fluids, etc. Hopped back in turned the key... nothing. Antonio came out, spotted my problem immediately, and dealt with it in minutes! (Wires had disconnected from positive terminal). Thank you, Antonio! Give that man a raise!
Terrible customer service, unorganized, consistently getting the wrong parts. I do a massive amount of shopping with oriellys. Unfortunately I will never return to this branch. I will stick with Oldtown, their branch has been nothing but great to me.
Get folks in commercial that don't have their head's up their rear end! You have had plenty of awesome help back there like Brandon, will, and a few others!

They had the parts I needed during a heavy snowfall storm and even offered some tools and assistance if I needed any while repaired my auto in the parking lot. Thank you .
In the past, short staffed and slow. They are well staffed and all the employees seem friendly and helpful. All seemed to have a sense of urgency and prepared. Good work! The Manager is a great guy and is doing his best for the community.
I am not a car person what so ever. The employees at this store are very kind and patient! I went in for a blinker bulb and Dan was so helpful in replacing a hard to reach plug! Along with replace a battery connection!!!
Everything about O'Reilly Auto Parts, in Ponderay Idaho, is five star. The store is well staffed, friendly and they know what they are doing. The store is well stocked and for some reason they don't have what you need, they can normally have it the following day. Hats off to the manager for doing a awesome job and putting such a great team together.
Went in on a Sunday and they were able to get me out the door with a new battery in 10 minutes. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I feel good about the quality and warranty of the car batteries they sell.
The newer/younger employees do not know where to get bolts for a starter if not in computer. I was told they don't sell them. Then my husband met a seasoned employee who knew right where to go. There needs to be better training of where to go for parts that are no longer made and need to think outside of the box to find a solution.
Staff is always friendly & helpful. Needed new wiper blades & they installed them for me in -11° weather. I was in/out with news blades in < 15." Great, fast service!
Always has what i need there freindly quick to assist. Eager and pretty good at there jobs. Parts seem to be cheaper there . Other non mechanical auto partes are also cheaper .have questions just ask they probably could tell you a decent answer. I will continue to shop there . At least try it . You mite like it.
As a competitor in the DIY automotive sales group they're in the running. Compared to AutoZone,or Napa.....they have the same stuff dam near. The staff there is friendly, and I haven't needed to test/check their knowledge since I have yet to buy any parts from them...yet. That doesn't mean they don't know. I'm just reviewing their atmosphere, and team. I buy alternative things there. Regardless. The team has always been friendly, and ready to help. The store is clean, and in order.
This place is fantastic. Grade A customer service from a knowledgeable team. They have a huge stock and should they not have the part, will get it very promptly. It is hands down my first choice for car parts.
Helpful staff, found the earplugs I needed. Also was recommended a shop where I can find women's size small fully insulated work gloves, as the one of the men's girlfriend has small hands too. I appreciated that!
I bought a marine battery here. A few weeks later, I accidentally fully drained it, so I went back to get it revived. I'd done that at this location before, easy peasy. However this time was much different. I was the only one out of four other customers and two employees who was wearing a mask. When it was my turn, the employee was immediately rude to me, even though he was quite friendly with the gentleman just before me. He told me that they don't usually recharge batteries for customers, which is a lie. After pleading my case it became clear that he was not going to help me, so I walked away. It was blatantly obvious that he was denying me service because I was wearing a mask. O'REILLY had been my go-to shop for auto and battery needs in the past, but I'll be looking elsewhere after this experience.
Guys seemed knowledgeable for the supply's I was getting. Still haven't installed them yet to see if they are correct but all update the review if necessary. Had to try them even though I love auto zone they make pulling up warranty info a piece of cake. But kept getting the wrong parts due to a worthless employee. So o'Reilly's don't let me down this is your chance to shine.
My fiance and I have been regular customers of O'Reilly for many years but over the years the customer service has gone down hill, especially the employee Roody. Every time I call or go in Roody treats me as if he has zero patience with me and is rude to me when I have questions. The most recent and final time I will shop here was just today when I called and politely asked what kind of oil change specials that they had going on, Roody was not only talking to another customer at the same time of taking my call (I understand this I have been in sales for many years, but please put me on hold) he impatiently answered me in between conversation with the other customer stating "of course we have oil change specials they range from 20-30$" I went to say thank you sir I will be coming in for some oil but realized that he was still talking to the other customer and then hung up on me. Basically every time I go there and get this guy he treats me this way and it finally affected me to the point of writing a review. This man has been working there for several years and should be treating his regular customers with respect when they treat him respectfully. I understand he is providing a service but this is not good customer service.
