  I didn’t catch his name, which I wish I did. He did an amazing job. I didn’t leave the keys to my pt. cruiser behind but he was able to get everything done without the keys. He was cheerful and had a great attitude. I recommend this towing company.

  They only get 1 star because zero isn't an option. They damaged my property and refuse to fix it. Funny if you look up who is responsible for your "property" in the event of an accident it would be them. The driver had no reason to be where he was when the damage was caused. The owner is saying it would have happened anyways so it's not their fault. Pretty shady business if you ask me.

  We had a box truck towed from Boise to Kuna. When the driver got to our home he drove HIS tow truck into our driveway and broke the cement. He said to call the office and they'd take care of it since it was his fault. Nope. The lady at the office was rude and asked if we wanted the vehicle in the driveway and when we said yes (referring to OUR vehicle) she asked what we expected them to do about it, spoke to the driver for a minute and then hung up. After a very long time the driver finally got our vehicle in the driveway and said apparently fixing it isn't their responsibility. If he hadn't driven his truck into the driveway I'd understand that but his (Naylors) truck is the reason our driveway is now broken. Naylor I understand your business is towing but you (or at least the rude lady who answers the phones) may want to take some classes on GOOD customer service as well. Thanks for costing us way more than just the tow.

  I lost my water pump outside of Boise and Mike the owner was quick and very nice to deal with. He also was very helpful with billing the insurance and took care of all of it. I would recommend them for anyone needing a tow. Thanks guys.
