Amazing work, the vehicle color was matched perfectly. All impacted areas in the exterior were repaired and received my vehicle like the day I bought my car (referencing exterior). The interior was left dirty, covered from the sanding and the side frame removal. They used my car jack and tossed it, along with other attachments, in the back instead of placing them back in their compartments where they were originally. Otherwise for the reason my vehicle was there the quality of work is 100% so their a 5.
Overall very happy with my experience with Caliber Collision. They were kind, willing to answer my questions, and able to replace the bumper on my Mazda CX5. I did have to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled, but from there it was smooth sailing. They fixed my vehicle quickly and lightly cleaned the interior prior to return. Also very grateful for the option to drop off after hours to better accommodate my schedule. Overall I would recommend working with them, and I’d be willing to do so again in the future.

Excellent service! I worked with Cindi and Xan for my vehicle repairs when my vehicle was hit. They worked with the other person's insurance and coordinated everything including rental car pick up and drop off. I loved receiving text messages with updates and appreciated that the repairs were finished ahead of schedule. Manny did an amazing job fixing my poor repair job trying to paint over my scratch marks. Xan also did a fabulous job checking out my car at the end of the work day and happily fitting me in. The team is friendly and do a great job. I highly recommend them. :)

It was done early and they did a great job, paint matched very well, although didn’t tell me if I could wash my car after, other then that it was smooth and everyone was so friendly and insurance and they worked very well together. Overall satisfied

A big "Thank You" to the Caliber team for the rectification of a bad rear-end collision. From initial drop-off to pickup, Caliber kept me informed of every step of the repair process. Repair quality is Excellent, with very clean paint repairs and attention to detail. My vehicle was finished three days ahead of schedule. They even handled the return of my rental for me. Upon pickup, my truck was clibrated, washed, and ready to go! Thanks for a great end result to a bad traffic accident experience. Great job and highly recommended!

Great overall experience! Cindy at the front desk and Xan my estimator were both friendly and helpful. This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle here over several years. Both times I was happy with the experience. My Tacoma was rear ended and you would never know it. It looks like I just drove it off the lot. The color match is perfect. As a bonus, I was surprised to see they not only washed the outside, but the inside was vacuumed and dusted! They seem to take great pride in their work and go above and beyond. I will continue to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs.
SEAMLESS experience with IMPECCABLE service. Caliber Collision on Baltic Road in Meridian turned our daughter's auto accident into a stress-free experience. The fantastic staff were beyond informative, ensuring we fully understood the process. Regular status update texts provided opportunities for communication and really made us feel like progress was being made - and they finished 4 days EARLY! Moreover, they checked in the rental car, there at Caliber, so we didn't have to return it to Enterprise! No need to shop around either - their pricing was much lower than the competition we shopped and the work/result made the car look new again - they buffed and polished the WHOLE car. SO HAPPY.

After a minor fender bender my insurance suggested a few repair businesses, I randomly chose caliber collision and couldn’t be more happy about the choice. Eric was my case rep and went above what was required of him to repair my vehicle. Communication was great through their online app and personal phone calls. I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. They really know how to take a bad situation and turn it right side up. I highly recommend the team at Caliber Collison for your vehicle repair or service needs. After being rear ended I reached out to Caliber, they were able to get me in quickly for an estimate and I was scheduled to drop my vehicle off a couple of weeks later. They finished the repairs quicker than I expected and my Jeep looked new again. Their customer service was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly every step of the way and I truly felt like my vehicle and I were in excellent hands.
