  I went there as there was a coupon. A guy looked the battery date and asked where I buy and I told Coctco. Then he said it may be under warranty, last month. Anemore, he called Costco to check warranty and availability. I was lucky to get a new one at Coctco at last month of Warranty.

  If you bring your battery in for service make sure to get a receipt. I didn’t know I needed one and now I am out over $300 because they lost the battery. Lousy, employee probably stole it

  I stopped in to have my diesel truck batteries tested and discovered they both needed replaced (figured that was the case). They were quick, polite, and installed the new batteries. I couldn’t ask for a better experience or transaction. Thank you!!

  I stopped in to get a watch battery replaced, which I didn't realize they could do until I saw a discount in one of those coupon packs in the mail. I was greeted in under a minute and was walking out with a fresh battery in my watch in less than 5. There were two other patrons that were in the building in that time; one left very happy with the new cable that had just been made for him, and the other walked in as I was checking out and had already had his problematic deep cycle battery tested before I walked out the door. I definitely know where I'm going the next time I need anything battery related!

  I just got back from the interstate battery store on Franklin Boulevard this Monday morning May 6. Took my deep cycle battery over there thinking it was bad and had to replace it. The young man that was there to help was super helpful and very friendly, tested my battery out two different ways, and said it was still good. When I am due for a new battery, I will definitely return to interstate on Franklin. Thanks you guys for all your help.

  Interstate battery has been good to me. Not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, but I bought towards the top end of the 4x4 battery scale. So far so good. I'm hopeful Interstate Battery will keep prices and quality in their company focus and not run on a name like what happens to other large corporations in this world.

  Austin and Joe deserve a raise! They went above and beyond when I came in to get my battery replaced and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe did a fantastic job replacing my battery, even though is sounds like a simple job he cleaned the hell out of my connectors to make sure they were tip top and sprayed anti corrosion to prevent future problems. Will definitely be coming back when I need another battery.

  My experience with Interstate Battery, dating clear back too the late 70's, through 1998 (the year I retired), as a dealer in Spokane, WA, has always been excellent. That includes my most recent experience with Interstate in Meridian, ID., with the purchase of a Cobra, 3,000 watt, AC power inverter for my RV. I live in Boise, but prefer the Meridian store, even though it's a few miles farther to drive. Over the past 25 years, I've found the staff at the Meridian store to be the most knowledgeable and helpful.

  They are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using them for as long as I can remember. If you do your part their batteries always last a really long time. Doesn't matter if its cars/trucks/motorcycles/atv's, I run them in everything. There are cheaper options out there I am sure but Interstate Batteries have never left me stranded and I always manage to get many years out of them past their "normal life expectancy" so I have no complaints about the prices.

  Went in to have battery checked in my Jeep. Didn’t pass so I purchased a new battery. Asked about install and was told $20 so I had Interstate install it. When all finished the guy who installed battery checked me out. He told me install was difficult and charge would be $40. Both the guy who installed and guy who sold battery pointed the finger at the other saying they should have said something. When i got home I realized they charged $274.95 not $264.95 that their website showed. Drove back to get $10.00 credit. Last time I visit this store. Update: Instead of credit of $10.00 Interstate Battery charged my credit card $10.00. Drive back to the store, this time to talk with the manager. I explained the whole scenario to Kent (manager). Kent apologized for the mishap and credited my card. He went even father and credited the complete labor and reduced the battery price to fleet pricing. This is way beyond what I was wanting or asking. Interstate Battery store is one of few stores that do a complete check of batteries, other stores sell batteries but have no means to check condition of batteries.

  Bought a battery two years ago for my rv. I only use my rv about 3-4 weeks a year. After 2 years 2 of the cells are dead. Approximately 6 to 9 weeks of total use. I stored the battery in my garage through the winter months and kept it charged up. The battery should have lasted a lot longer than that.If that's all the longer they will last then you might as well buy the cheapest one you can find. They gave me a military discount on that battery. I was going to buy another one but they wouldn't give me the military discount.I do not recomend interstate batteries. Bought a new one at Walmart for cheaper than interstate even with the military discount.

  Had a 30 mo Interstate battery goin bad in my truck after less than 2yrs. Alan tested my battery and alternator and found that the cca was lacking. I had a new FREE replacement installed and I was outta there in 20 mins! I definitely recommend these guys! Top notch service! Thanks Alan!

  Professional help and great product! Batteries are very dependable! Not saying they all will last 10 years, but mine did and I only replaced it because it was 10 years old! Locally family owned and employees are treated like family. I'll never go anywhere else!!!

  I purchased my interstate batteries last fall from camping world and went into them this week to make sure I was maintaining them properly. They informed me to go to Interstate Battery and let them help me... even though I purchased them from them. So I went in today and spoke with Brandon Honnold. It wasn't a mistake that I was sent there.... God was watching over me. Brandon was so informative and taught me what was needed to take care of my batteries. Made a new cable since the original was not right for the batteries. He taught me things that camping world never even told me when I bought them. I've had covid brain since contracting it and Brandon was sweet enough to even draw me a diagram and a check off list to maintain them. Highly reccomend this company since they truly care about their customers.

  Took my battery that was still under warranty in to get it exchanged for a new one because it is not function causing me to lose use of my truck for the past 3 years. They were very rude and they won't even honor their company's own warranty I've always thought that their batteries were far superior to other batteries but this is the second battery that I've had fail under warranty and the first one they refused to replace and I'm extremely disappointed. I give them no stars they're only offer for compensation for my loss was a very small and insignificant discount on a new battery that would have cost me $130 out of pocket after the discount that their replacement warranty would have provided what a joke what good is a warranty if it isn't honored by the company that creates it in the first place I will never buy another battery from them

  Called the other day and was told that they had my battery and would install it for 20 bucks, I informed them that the battery was in an unusual location in my vehicle and was assured that it wouldn't be a concern. Then I got there the next day and was told they they couldn't install the battery in my car based on its unusual location. I blinked. I reminded the attendant that his company assured me that they would be able to perform the battery installation. He blinked back. "Sir, no one here told you that, but we'd be happy to sell you the battery to take somewhere else." I was done with Interstate Battery for all time at that point. I got a better price and included installation at Commercial Tire right around the corner, and wasn't lied to or called a liar in the process.

  You guys used to be a go to, but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere on the account of you guys not even being able to uphold a battery warranty. I dont recommend going here. The quality of service has gone down tremendously. Upholding warranty over a few cranking amps while the other one was completely toast. Take your business elsewhere folks.

  Went here due to maps guiding us to the closest battery replacement center. I needed a new battery for my car. They offered a better deal than the dealership my car was bought at. I was also able to return the bad battery for a discount on the purchase of the new one. The staff was personable, and helpful. I recommend interstate battery to anyone for their battery needs.

  Very happy with the quality of service. Dillon was very professional and didn't push me to a more expensive battery that was outside of my budget. They installed the battery quickly, took my old one and I was on my way in a short amount of time. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next battery.
