Guy who answered the phone was obviously asleep, told me it would be 40 mins until they picked up my truck. Two hours later I call them back, he’s asleep again and says their tow truck won’t start. Don’t waste your time or your money.
I was in the mountains outside Fairfield Idaho trying to help my niece's get their first deer, and the transmission went out in my jeep on the way back to camp. The first tow truck service didn't realize where I was and cancelled on me, Angel Towing accepted the tow and came all the way up the mountain after midnight to get my jeep and take it over 100 miles to the shop in Boise. Very pleasant gentleman to speak with and work with, very professional and he was the most affordable choice, and a man of his word. Will 100% be keeping his contact information in case I ever need a tow again.
I was so happy with the service I received from Angel Towing. Me and my son needed a tow truck at 2:30am and when I called he answered the phone, was kind, helpful, and came out right away to help us. Three other companies did not want to help! It’s horrible to feel stranded especially at 2:30 in the morning and then you have to wake someone up…. I felt so bad but when he showed up he was nothing but overly helpful. I would definitely recommend this service. Thanks again!!
Seriously one of the best towing companies in the treasure valley. Fahim ( i hope this is spelled correctly:)) is an absolutely amazing tow truck driver.!!! would absolutely recommend. We were stuck in some mud and the tow driver Was a wonderful man, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to safely drive without getting stuck. They demonstrated a significant amount of patience and I felt they definitely went beyond their scope of work to make sure that we were able to safely drive out of where we were. Again I would have 100% recommend. They are amazing. Thank you so much.
Angel towing was incredible. I still never got a call from the other company I was waiting for and after waiting for two hours called Angel and he was there within 30 minutes. Took extra good care and even helped me push the car out of the storage unit. Would definitely use again.
Customer service was amazing. I called a few places to compare prices and when I called Angel they asked me what my budget was and worked with me so I could get my car towed in my price range.
This is the second car they have towed for me in the last month, with no up-charge for a Sunday morning. They were reasonably priced, and got the job done quick.

I called Angel Towing in the middle of rush hour after an alternator crapped out while driving. He was able to get to me very quickly in less time than was quoted (about 35 mins). He was very kind and friendly, but most of all he was by far the most affordable option I could find after I called a couple of other places. I would use Angel Towing again in a heartbeat
Picked up my broken down '57 Bentley at 12:30 AM after doing a wedding. The driver made it a point to take such great care of my car. He even drove it all the way out to deep Nampa where my mechanic is. He was super friendly the whole time and we're definitely hiring this company again!
I broke down out in Star kind of a rural area. My insurance company's (Auto-Owners Insurance) tow service spent 2 hours trying to locate a tow truck company. I got frustrated and the first call I made was to Angels and they came out within 30 minutes. had the utmost best service ever and the most excellent driver. I couldn't thank him enough. Funny thing is my insurance company called me an hour after I was dropped off and said they're still working on trying to find the driver
My partners car died on the side of the road we have AAA but it was going to take an indefinite amount of time for them to get to us. It's below 30° outside and 9:00 at night. Fatim (sp?) answered on the second ring, said he could be there in 30 min and charged us an incredibly reasonable fee. He showed up in 20 mini with a smile and a great attitude. Having very little experience with getting towed outside the AAA network this company is awesome...they earn their title as Angel towing. Thank you for all you do. A small crisis turned into a reasonable hurdle.
Absolutely amazing!! I was stuck without gas in my car in a turning lane and feeling helpless. Then one of your drivers saw me and immediately dropped everything to help me out! He was so kind and friendly and really helped me out! Amazing service, so friendly and so kind!! Thank you again!
He was on time, super friendly and very professional. Most of the towing companies I contacted they have a base fee, plus $4/mile fee, and plus labor fees so roughly will cost like $150 if you are lucky, yes will cost you an arm and a leg. But Angel Towing was front, told you the fee (cheap and very affordable) before they came out, and there were no additional mileage fees, labor fees, and any hidden he gave me the amount and that was it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs towing, I highly recommended them.THEY ARE AMAZING AND FRIENDLY. They definitely put back some belief in me that there are still honest business people out there, and they care for single moms, and are not out there to take advantage of you financially. What a service, if there was a 10 stars I would pick that. AGAIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH FAHIM.. You made my day, and hope you have a wonderful day.
I had Mohammed tow my car to the auto shop that we use. He took great car of my car. Explained to me what he was doing. He was quick and got to the shop right away. Also very personable and friendly.

I had a great experience with Angel Towing. The driver arrived on time and was able to quickly load my vehicle. He went above and beyond by even taking me home after towing my car to my closed mechanic. He was very friendly and pleasant. I can't recommend Angel Towing enough. Very impressed!

My car broke down on the freeway and one of the drivers just happened to drive by and pulled over and towed me back to town. He was very kind and friendly and didn't overcharge me. Great service and great company on the drive back, I definitely recommend!

I had a very good experience with this company The driver was very prompt, courteous, friendly, and careful. He even pushed my dead car into position his own self, so the truck could pull it up. Towing is sort of a misnomer because he actually carried my car on his truck. I would definitely use his service in the future! Go small, local business!
We called Angel’s Towing after trying to jump what we thought was a dead battery, and asked them to tow our car to a nearby repair shop. We anticipated the starter was broken and the repair would cost around $400. Rather than simply tow our car away, the technician checked our battery and tried to jump it himself. It worked! (Apparently the car we had used to jump it had a weak battery.) Because he went above and beyond, we saved ourselves a trip to the repair shop, we can use our car today, and we saved the money we might have spent to fix it. Fantastic customer service!!
Two men arrived FAST today, jumped and then towed my vehicle. They acknowledged us, went right to work and were friendly. They made sure we were a safe distance away. Very professional
This is probably the second time we used their service in a year. They were dispatched by road side assistance service provided by our insurance company. Their service was great the very first time so I would remember it was from the same company.
The people who helped us were friendly and professional. They helped me to replace my flat tire very quickly. I would recommend their service. In fact, I will try to see if I can request then for my roadside assistance next time (if something happened again)
