Our car broke down 27 hours into a 32 hour move across country. Motor completely seized up! Jeff was quick to respond to our insurance company's roadside assistance request. He dropped our poor little car off at a local shop. Once they gave us the bad news of what was wrong with it and we knew it wasn't worth fixing, Jeff was willing to pick the car back up for us and take it to his impound yard to store it so the garage wouldn't charge us.
Even with hiccups with my insurance company not paying him for part of his tow, he was honest with us and very friendly. It was a horrible, scary day that was made better by such a kind and patient man.
Absolute sweetest guy! I was so lucky to be helped out by jeff! he saved the day and was more than willing to help me figure out how to get back on the road. I’m forever grateful for his kindness!
Jeff and Colter came to my rescue after being stranded on the highway for over 2 hours because my insurance sent the first dispatch to the wrong city. They really went above and beyond when my request for a jump start turned into needing a tow late at night. They got me and my car home safe. Jeff did a great job towing my car from Parma to Middleton after getting a flat tire. He arrived quickly after I called him, was friendly , and we had a nice chat as he drove us in to town. He was very competent and no damage done to my vehicle on loading or unloading. Pricing was reasonable and would definitely use again if needed!
