While Cope Collision did an excellent job fixing my vehicle their front office e was unprofessional in working with me and my insurance company to reconcile their charges. I requested to talk to a manager and he/she didn’t have the respect to contact me to help with the process. I left multiple voice mails, emails and finally used their text function and they did not have the courtesy to contact me back. Chase told me three different times he submitted supplemental requests to my insurance which they did not receive. My insurance company had to finally get involved to reconcile which eventually proved to be relatively simple. If Cope’s front office would have picked up the phone and called this could have been resolved weeks ago. Beware of taking your vehicle here as they will want to hold it hostage to force higher payments from your insurance company and if you call to complain, they will ghost you.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car hit by a contractor in a neighborhood. But the fortunate part is that I found Cope Collision. This was a few years back and I can say that I have referred several people to them since. Talk about TOP NOTCH service, I loved the text updates, the constant communication and the owner Rick went to bat for us to make sure that our insurance paid for new parts not used. We just got my car back after it was hit by another driver. The other parties insurance (Progressive) was almost impossible to deal with. Cope kept my husband updated daily about the repair progress. Once we dropped my car off, Cope took care of everything with Progressive, so we weren't having to deal with that hassle. My car looks amazing. I forgot my garage door opener in my rental and called Cope to see if they could grab it. It was waiting for me when I got back to the shop. They made a stressful situation so easy. We would definitely use them again!

The team at Cope Collision is friendly, helpful and they use this app that keeps you informed on the status of your vehicle. They also gave me a quote to fix our truck and when they were finishing up they found another broken piece fixed that and let me know the price they quoted was coming in lower than what they originally quoted me. My husband also dropped his credit card on the ground outside the truck. They found it and let us know they would keep it safe in their office until we returned to pick up the truck. So am I happy!! Of course! They have the best team!!! Thank you guys

These guys had to replace the side of my bed on my truck. It doesn’t look factory and then they damaged my truck while doing so I spoke with a manager they told me they reviewed the camera footage and they aren’t responsible. My truck was in perfect condition before I brought it to them and it just happened to be on the side of the truck that they worked on.

I took my 2023 Santa Cruz in for a repair. The repair looked great, though it took over a month to get the repairs done. I was kept up to date on progress daily. Sadly, I had to leave a bad review to get an issue resolved. They did, though, resolve the issue in a timely manner. Thank you for standing behind your work. I was referred to Cope by my dealership for repair of a “situation” 😀 with my garage door. I quickly got an appointment for an estimate and Michael came out right on time to help me. After taking a look at the damage he was able to clean off most of the scrapes from the plastic. He clearly explained to me what would need to be done to restore the plastic piece to perfect. As it is a four year old car, based on the cost and how it looked, I decided not to proceed. I can’t say enough about how nice it was to have such an honest interaction. Seriously, COPE is amazing! You can feel it driving into the parking lot with how clean everything is. Then when you step into the building it feels high class. Now let’s talk about the service. This business is a total scam. We took our car there with an estimate in hand to repair the driver's side door for $2,100. They proceeded to tear the car completely apart and said it would cost over $8.000 to repair. At that point the insurance decided to total the car out due to the discrepancy in the estimates. Cope Collision refused to put the car back together and our only option was to tow it and take it to a salvage yard. Our car was a Toyota 4-Runner and according to our insurance agent this happens a lot with these cars because body shops can sell the parts individually for a lot of money. Cope Collision is an unethical business taking advantage of its customers.

I'd recommend Cope to everyone needing car repairs. I fully trusted them with my vehicle, and they were very communicative on the progress, and were very prompt in answering any questions I had especially since this was my first time working with an insurance company for repairs, they handled everything! Very satisfied with the quality of my bumper replacement, however... After I picked up my car from getting repairs on a Wednesday, my tire pressure light came on the next day (I thought they were low, so I didn't sweat it during the workweek). On Saturday, the light started blinking. After taking it to a Valvoline center, they informed me my tires had been filled over double what they should be (Ranging from 50-60psi). I'm VERY fortunate my tires didn't blow.

If you have a TESLA and are insured with Allstate do NOT take your car here. From the 1st interaction with Cope they were trying to get us to sue our insurance company. Their rates are out of line and Allstate would not pay more than Tesla rates. During the 38 day stay the bid jumped from 13k to 28k. After 38 days we had to move our car to the only other shop that is Tesla certified and Cope charged us over $3000 in storage fees. A bad experience and not good business practice in our opinion. After towing to other shop, some of the repairs were not even needed.

Bought my dream truck and the delivery carrier ruined my roof. I asked an acquaintance who manages a collision repair center where I should take it for repair. He said "not my place. If that was my truck I'd only go to Cope Collision". I made an appointment and talked to Scotty at Cope. he was straightforward and honest. I told him I'd been to the other two most recommended places and what they advised. Scotty said they could do it that way but if I wanted it perfect they would have to remove the roof and replace it all. I was definitely concerned but I went with the recommendation since he is the expert. Scotty as the manager and Chase who runs the front desk were great to work with. Constant updates, handled all insurance issues, never too busy to meet with me or get me information, and made the customer service experience 100% great. In a day and age where small business customer service is a dying art this company really knows how to handle customers. Not to mention the truck turned out just like new. I truly felt valued as a customer and I have already sent two friends there as referrals. I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else now that I have used Cope. A+ and 5 stars. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
