I was referred to Cope by my dealership for repair of a “situation” 😀 with my garage door. I quickly got an appointment for an estimate and Michael came out right on time to help me. After taking a look at the damage he was able to clean off most of the scrapes from the plastic. He clearly explained to me what would need to be done to restore the plastic piece to perfect. As it is a four year old car, based on the cost and how it looked, I decided not to proceed. I can’t say enough about how nice it was to have such an honest interaction. He took the time to give me both my options and to understand how they would work with my insurance. Thank YOU Michael and Cope.
