Couldn't understand person on phone. Sounded like a VOIP # each time I tried. Wouldn't give me quote directly, said someone will text me with "an offer." Hung up and immediately got texts from out of state #. No thanks.
I called on the Tuesday before thanksgiving in the afternoon and they were here with a check the next day, before thanksgiving, to take my car. Excellent customer service on all levels, everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful. Tow truck driver was awesome and was on time. Will do business again when my Tacoma hits 600,000 miles
I called looking to get my old car taken. No one answered but did text me back. From there it was one more phone call made and my car was gone! They did a great job checking in to make sure I knew what to expect and hassle free to take my junk vehicle. I even got cash out of it!!!

Ok.. first of all the bad review that said "$25 for a classic"? Yeah.. it's a junk car site that buys junk cars. So....?? What were you expecting?
They were great. Of course I didn't get what I really wanted but as the vehicle had a blown spark plug that was going to cost $$$$ to fix with the head issue, (thanks Ford! Your Triton motors suck!) I expected that. They came, took the vehicle, gave me a check, (which cleared just fine). Then they took the title, the vehicle and off they went. Fast and easy! Brielle was awesome to work with and transaction was flawless.
No. You're not going to get bluebook value nor make a gazillion dollars selling your vehicle this way. However, if you have a vehicle taking up space that you're tired of looking at or are too old to repair yourself and you'd like a bit of cash and the vehicle out of your yard or driveway, this is the route to go. The price I got was right in line with all the other yards that do this thing and after I sent pictures and explained the situation, Brielle actually got the price increased to a figure I could live with. Thanks again! I would recommend this route to anyone who needs a clunker removed. If you want to deal with the hassle of selling a car including all the tire kickers, people who just don't show up, and all the other crazies that come with selling a vehicle that's in disarray, then good luck! Mine was a 1999 Ford F-250 2 wheel drive.. not a 1976 Corvette Stingray or other "classic". Thanks to all the gals that worked on this. I really appreciate you all! 😀
