Really really wanted to work with this shop as they as less than a block from me - unfortunately I will not be trying again. Called the shop yesterday (10/6) to see if they had any openings for an oil change today (10/7) and the man on the phone said sure thing, bring it in at 8 am. I show up today at 8:03am and the lobby door was unlocked but no lights were on and it appeared no one was there. Attempted to call but could hear the phone ringing in the lobby and no one answered. According to the hours advertised on Google they should have been open, so maybe this shop’s hours aren’t reflected accurately?
I get that oil changes aren’t lucrative work for a shop, but they are generally a great way of interacting with new customers and building trust so that they will bring bigger jobs down the line or bring other vehicles in. I’m not interested in chasing down people in their own shop to give them my business - there are plenty of other shops in the area.
Alternator gave out driving home from work. Fortunately blue wrench was nearby, so got my car towed there. They were able to get it fixed up quickly and affordably! After this situation, I’ll definitely return when more car work is needed.
Went in with an oil leak, left with no oil leak! Very helpful, went out of their way to get the fix done. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks blue wrench!
Im a single mother of 2 kids and it's never easy to have car issues in the colder winter months coming with all that stress blue wrench auto quickly got the parts ordered took in my car within a few hours they had it fixed and ready to go. Very respectful and let's me take payments so I dont have to stress as much. Thank you guys.
We cannot say enough positive things about Blue Wrench. Not only is their work top notch, but their customer service is not something that we are used to from a mechanic shop. They diagnosed all the problems other mechanics missed and did incorrectly and then have been so honest and easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
People do your research, really read there reviews closely, it just recently happened to me as a customer. They put our vechicle back together half ______, so they could get me on my way, needless to say nothing was fixed and I had to take elsewhere for second opinion and to have it re-fixed, These guys play around in the shop more than they take pride in you as a customer.

Noah was very friendly communicative and knowledgeable about what could be wrong and explained the cost of repairs and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner. Will definitely be taking my truck back with other repairs in the future. Would recommend.
After two weeks of work on my ABS Brake issue, took the car to the guys at Blue Wrench in Garden City. In less than an hour they identified the problem and had parts on order. These guys know what they are doing and are very reasonably priced. A++ Service.

Wow, I am so thankful for the men at Blue Wrench! Noah started off my experience with a cheerful greeting to a freaked out possible customer who was stressed! Then Jason, Sheldon and ? (Let's call him Dino) were all very knowledgeable, jumping in answering my questions relying on each other's expertise. There was a seriously 70 years of combined knowledge on my vintage RV knowledge, it was awesome. I witnessed how highly efficient they worked as a team, cycling out jobs & communicating during the time I was waiting for my RV. They have the trust of their community evident by the clientele like The Boys and Girls club, large fleet companies dropping 1 or 2 vehicles off to them at a time and even having clients stopping by dropping them off homemade cookies!
This is a very honest, knowledgeable and integrity backed business! I even met the owner while he was waiting for his team to have a meeting and had no idea because of the kind nature, local and welcoming feel he has created.
Highly recommend for a ility, price and just all around good restorative feeling I drove away with from finding a stellar mechanic. I was just passing through but if I lived here, these guys would be my guys!

Got my RV up and running as fast as they could. The issue was a bit more involved then first thought, but they were professional and new I was on a tight schedule and did their best to meet it! On my go to list with their number permanently in my phone!
These guys are great. I have a converted school bus that I live in full time, and finding shops to work on it can be tricky, but I always feel good about bringing it here. I recently had my transmission overheat on me while up in the mountains, got it towed back down here, and they were transparent throughout the diagnosis process (thought it was just the transfer pump seal at first but warned that they might find more damage after pulling the trans, after inspecting it they explained in detail what damage had been done and my options, pros/cons of just replacing the pump/torque converter vs doing a full trans replacement).
After approving the replacement, <2 days later I was driving away with a shiny rebuilt trans from Ultimate Transmission. Been driving and shifting great so far.
Plus they're just really friendly and easy to work with, always happy to discuss and explain things. Even let me live in my bus in their parking lot for a few days until they were able to get it pulled into the shop.
Only possible con is that they're maybe a little on the spendy side compared to other shops that primarily work on smaller vehicles, but I don't think it's unreasonable at all given the quality of work.
I would like to thank the wonderful, friendly, and professional team at Blue Wrench Garden City! I had a difficult emergency situation, and they took me in right away. They did a tremendous amount of meticulous work. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this place. The staff is really nice but whoever worked on my business truck absolutely wrecked it. I went in for an oil change and they supposedly repaired the bearing and brakes. My truck was driving amazing before I dropped it off. When I got it back the caliper locked up. They took care of it and fixed it as this wasn’t broken before. Then it locked up again. They supposedly fixed it again but my alignment is now completely off and my truck is not driving well. The check engine light is also on. Which has never happened before. I’m having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I am in my busy season at work and heavily rely on my little truck to make things happen. This has put me in a really difficult position and I’m very disappointed in the work their “mechanic” did on my vehicle. It came back a completely different vehicle than it was when I dropped it off and I’m very upset about it. I would suggest going somewhere else.
I'm very satisfied with the service I received from blue wrench Boise, They efficiently diagnosed and repaired my vehicle, providing clear communication and transparent pricing. They also were able to drop off my truck at work due to me having a busy schedule. The work was top-notch, and I'm back on the road in no time.
I really wanted to have a good experience with Blue Wrench in Garden City, especially after giving them multiple chances to address the issues with my car. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, which made me hopeful. However, after bringing my vehicle in three separate times and still not having the original problems resolved, I’m left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I appreciate their effort, but unfortunately, the results just weren’t there. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and work on improving their diagnostic and repair consistency.
Could not have had a better experience. They were able to fit me in right away, they fixed the problem quickly, had convenient online payment options available and an outdoor lockbox for keys should you need to retrieve the car after hours. Something that really made them stand out to me was a customer call that I happened to overhear. Someone had a complaint (largely a miscommunication). I heard how well they communicated to the person calling, but also how kindly and efficiently they figured out the issue internally. They are nice to each other which shows how great of a work environment it is! I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews, but this one definitely deserved it. This place will be my go-to for years to come!
Wonderful and fast service! Definitely recommend! They'll get you taken care of the right way while being honest and open. Jason worked with us to get our car ready for a long distance trip and let us know future repairs we need to budget for. We were pretty aware of the condition and repairs needed before taking it in. We normally do our own repairs but didn't have time this time around. We truly appreciate the honesty and working with us on what we could afford right now!
Really great group of people. Very friendly, super helpful. I went there with multiple brake problems that happened all at the same time and they had me fixed up and out of there before the end of the day. Other places that I called before calling Blue Wrench told me it could be a couple days just trying to find parts. I was in an RV and I had my family with me and there was no problem with all of us waiting In the front waiting area. Stephen and Alina in the front offered my family refreshments, and we’re super friendly. Jason the Service Advisor Mechanic that was troubleshooting my Vehicles problems came in and spoke to me personally and explained what he found, and what was happening. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anybody that needed work done on their vehicle!
These people are awesome and if I could give more stars, I would! Fast service, even on a really tricky problem and super friendly and understanding of my situation.

I was stranded in Boise Idaho after a concert and my car wouldn't start. I called around and went to other places, but no one was able to figure out why it wouldn't start. Finally, the shop i was at said they were out of ideas, so I called around and landed on this place. Even over the phone, they were super supportive of me and my situation, saying they have specialist who know how to deal with rowdy cars. After waiting 2 days of being stranded for some good news, they were finally able to make it start after only working on it for 4 hours! They got my car all road worthy and I was able to return home to Utah (a 6 hour drive), that night! These people are miracle workers and really saved my bacon. I cannot recommend this place enough. All the staff were super friendly and explained things in a way I could understand, as I know nothing about cars.

(EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!) I want to give a huge shoutout to these guys at this shop. I have a 1988 Nissan 300ZX that I am putting on a dolly to drive with. The problem is I needed to disconnect the drive shaft from the diff and I was unable to do it on my own. (It is 4 bolts) I called maybe 20-30 shops to see if they could do it and all of the other shops said they were booked out and they cannot do it. Not only did these guys get the job done but they came to where I was parked so I wouldn’t do any damage to my transmission in the process. Huge shout out to Sean for taking his POV to my location and helping me out. This shop is the place to go i am going to recommend this to anyone that needs REAL mechanics that aren’t just trying to get a buck, that will listen if you voice your concerns, and will help in every way they can.
Jason was so helpful. With an RV passing through Boise it’s almost impossible to find quality same day service. He and his team got us fixed up and back on the road in one day! The Friday before an holiday weekend, too! Absolutely amazing. If you need RV under the hood repair, this is your place. He was able to accommodate our big ole Class A. Thank you Jason!
