My friend and I broke down on a long roadtrip in 90 degree weather passing through Idaho. It was a terrible experience but Eric came to the rescue. He was fast, very reasonable and so kind. It was the weekend and hardly anyone was available. We got the vehicle towed with hopes of it being something simple that could be fixed by a mobile mechanic and after they looked at it turned out we needed a whole new engine. Eric had given us his card in case we needed any other tows and sure enough we needed it somewhere that could replace the engine. We called Eric up and he was right there to help us out again. My friend and I did not think we’d end up stranded in Idaho and was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had and could not thank Eric enough for making our lives easier in a time of high stress. If you ever need a tow, Eric is your guy through and through.

I have called every Towing company in the valley for price to yow my old truck to our new house and how long the wait will be and everyone said 3 hours but not Eric he said 30 minutes. Eric made my tow easy. I have a big stupid truck, and I told him I needed a flatbed. No questions asked. No fluff, just honest prices. I don't trust many towing companies, but the way Eric presents, it's hard not to trust him. Tell your friends and family, for sure.
When I had a breakdown (my vehicle, not me) Eric came promptly to give me a tow. He was friendly, professional, and helpful through the process. My vehicle was delivered to my mechanic with no problems and price he charged was VERY fair. I hope I don’t need an tow again anytime soon, but if I do, this is who I’m calling.
Eric was absolutely amazing to work with!!!! He was very professional and very nice to chat with. He was very knowledgeable on what to do. We have a large van but he knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend Eric with AOR Towing. This was my first time dealing with a tow truck company and for my first time it was fantastic. I was very nervous but it all worked out. Eric even gave me a call before he came letting me know how soon he would be there. He was quick and professional. We will be doing business with Eric here on out.

We are so thrilled with Eric!! We used him again for towing the van to the dealership. Eric is so professional and takes care of you and will make sure your taken care of. Eric is so easy to work with and he always gets things done. Him communication is top notch. Took him less then 10 min to get the van on his truck. We will ALWAYS ALWAYS use Eric for all of our towing needs. Can’t say enough good things about him. Will recommend him to everyone!!!!
I reached out to AOR towing because I locked my keys in my truck. May I add, it was 11pm at night. He didn’t hesitate to jump in his vehicle and head over to me right away, and had all the proper tools to unlock my truck. He also gave me an awesome price.

Eric was an Angel, my car broke down in a place far from civilization and it was a super rainy day. The customer service was excellent, he arrived on time and literally saved my life.
Eric at AOR Towing deserves 10 stars! We recently needed a tow where our Roadside Assistance company handled everything. The whole incident was from noon to 10 PM!! There were 5 towing companies called, of which AOR was the last around 8 PM. We finally connected with Eric, who was great to talk to, confident that he could handle our situation, and quick to respond and deliver! Throughout our ordeal, Eric took pictures of the pickup and delivery of our vehicle and sent them to us. He also unloaded the vehicle exactly where the mechanic requested. Honestly, he made everything look SO easy!
Each of the other 4 towing companies either showed up with the wrong equipment for the job or flat-out refused to do the job. Those companies were Diamond S Towing (showed up with wrong equipment and never returned), Canyon County Towing (showed up, took one look at the car and left us), Code Red (never showed up after a phone conversation of us telling him what the issue was), and a fourth that was never identified, just backed out. Please do not use these companies if you have a choice!!
We will only use AOR in the future. Thank you Eric!!!
Eric was very kind to me, I was stuck in the mountains late at night and my car lost traction and was unable to get up the hill. He took initiative to stop and help tow me across, even while en route so I could get home safe. very thankful for him
