I had a nail in my tire completely flat. The team showed up in 15 minutes from the time I submitted my claim online, put my spare on in 10 minutes and I made it to Les Schwab to get it fixed before they closed. Amazingly quick, very friendly, and so helpful!! Thanks so much!!
My goodness. Matt and mollie we're without doubt the greatest experience ive ever had woth towing. Now that said other companies like dia.s.towing (without giving full name) were also very good. But these two went above and beyond. Matt is the best tow truck long bed driver ive ever encountered and mollie is efficient and so customer focused. These two are the towing royalty of thier craft. Keep up the excellent service and when I can afford it you guys will be my sole team. Thank you both for helping me get it done.
Thought I needed to have my car towed to the mechanic, however, they noticed a loose connection on the battery cables. They fixed it on the spot and saved us a weekend of being car-less, headaches, and a large mechanic bill. They were friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!!!
