I received a phone call from this business while i was looking for information on their website. Immediately upon answering the phone, the woman on the line began asking me questions about my vehicle. “does it start? does it drive? any body damage? what’s the mileage?” after about 5 minutes of answering questions she asks me a final question, “ what were you looking to get for your vehicle?” after telling her what i’d like to sell my car for, she seemed almost offended, and began yelling about how old my vehicle was. I wasn’t trying to haggle or anything, all i said was a number and it’s like she started panicking. After 30 seconds of her arguing with herself while i said nothing, she says she is going to transfer me, and puts me on hold. I reluctantly stayed on the phone, which i would come to regret when my call was finally picked up. I was greeted the same exact way as before, all the same questions about my vehicle. i gave a sigh and hung up the phone. You thought that was the end of it? so did I; but over the next 30 minutes i would be subject to relentless calls and texts from this business, my voicemail and text messages are flooded with questions about my vehicle. This business has the most rude and unprofessional behavior i’ve ever seen, i wouldn’t recommend even visiting their website.
I called cash for cars about removing a junk car on my property. They handled it flawlessly! They were so punctual about everything and I had my car removed in less than 24 hours! Thank you times a million!

Had a fantastic experience. Roxanne really went above and beyond to help me get my Van out of the garage. They will work with you on how much you think your car is worth.
