Lahaina store. Three strikes and you’re out first I ordered a transmission waited 3 to 4 weeks. They never ordered it. Second was, the order was for brake booster waited over a month for it and it never showed up. third was today, what parts store doesn’t have I set of Chevy LS wires in stock. They’ve been out of carb and choke cleaner for months. Disappointed in the store since it’s our only Auto Parts available since our town burnt down do better guys but I’ll never be back. This is coming from a ASE certified technician.
Went there to just get a jump pack, ended up waiting for 15 mins until ended up leaving to go to ace to get one. Seemed like no one wanted to help customers and seemed grouchy if they had to help. Multiple customers waiting and who knows how long. This was on Friday march 6th 2026
One of the clerks David Alejandro at the Lahaina store helped me so much with the right battery as well as installation & also the correct size for windshield wipers. He really went above & beyond helping & was so thorough which was so much appreciated.
Went to O’Reillys today and they were open during the power outage, which was amazing already. I was looking to get a new battery since my old one was getting low. I’m not familiar with anything car related, but the lady at the front was so helpful and kind. I asked if I could have them install the battery (since I know nothing) and even though they were busy and had a line, they still made the time to do it! Absolute biggest thank you to Luis for installing my battery and getting everything all set up for me. He even went out of his way to make sure it could be secured since my battery isn’t held down by anything. Also, getting me new terminals that fit perfectly since my old ones were loose and too tall to the point of scraping the hood of the truck. There was so much more that he did for me that I don’t even know how to explain cause I don’t know car stuff, but I’m super thankful for him doing all of that and making sure I was safe and my truck was all good. Thank you again Luis!!!!
The store in Lahaina leaves much to be desired. The EXTREMELY slow people behind the tills are not the least bit knowledgeable. It took 20 minutes for them to find a battery for a common Toyota suv. The other guy tried to piece together a brake line with a pile of fittings that had absolutely no business being part of a brake system, all the while the line grew to the entrance. Including a police officer who asked me how long we've been waiting. O'Reilly's needs to train their people much better! Can not wait for NAPA to open up in Lahaina again!
My car wouldn’t start this morning. I got a jump start and headed straight to O’Reilley’s in Lahaina to see if they had the correct battery for my car. When I pulled in, I left my car running in the parking lot, as I didn’t want to turn my engine off just in case I needed to go elsewhere for my battery. I had no idea what type of battery I needed. Shopping for car parts/components is intimidating when you don’t know what you’re looking for. Lucky for me, Gerard was my super hero today. He quickly looked up my car’s info, found a bunch of batteries that would fit, explained the pros and cons of each, and set up a member account for me. Before I bought the battery, he wanted to make sure that the problem wasn’t with my alternator or something before I bought a brand new battery. He quickly ran some tests on my car and determined that it was, in fact, my battery that was the problem. I picked a battery, paid for it, and asked if there was a chance someone in the store might be able to help me install the new battery (I’m clueless about that stuff). Gerard told me he could do it. I was so relieved. Today is Saturday, and there aren’t any mechanics open on the weekend on the west side of Maui that would be able to install my battery for me. Gerard installed my battery in minutes, and took my old battery to properly recycle it. I am so impressed with the kindness, knowledge, and professionalism that Gerard showed me today. Going forward, I will only shop at O’Reilley’s Lahaina for my car parts needs. I will tell everyone I know in need of car components to shop there, as well. Thank you, Gerard, for being amazing. You truly saved my day!
I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lahaina thanks to Steven. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had at any O’Reilly store in Maui. I don’t know much about cars, but he was incredibly patient and helped me find the right cabin filter for my vehicle.
When I asked about the military discount, he noticed I didn’t have an account set up and took the extra time to create one for me right then and there. I really appreciated this, especially because I’ve shopped at different O’Reilly locations across Maui and no one had ever offered to help me set up an account until Steven.
Because of how above-and-beyond he went, I’m writing this review to highlight the outstanding service he provided. Thank you, Steven, for making my visit easy, welcoming, and stress-free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Although they didn’t have what I needed, Jakob was amazing. I couldn’t find a battery for my 2010 Lexus Hybrid but he physically went into my trunk to get the serial number of my installed battery so I could continue my search. His desire to help a customer is not often displayed by such a young man. Thank you again Jakob

I purchased a performance pump.(A30079)The sides in your tank.Chinese part after putting in twice found out the part was junk,800.00 labor And then have them blow you off very unprofessional.
If you have a job to do, stay away from Chinese parts.And on top of that , stay away from o'reilly's too expensive for me.
So happy O'Reilly's is on this side now. Been a long time coming. Service is very good and prices are very reasonable. Definitely my go to for auto parts store on the west side.
We experienced top-line, above and beyond service from Lowen at the O’Reilly location in Lahaina.
Not only was he very helpful in finding us the correct battery after a stressful morning of our car not starting. He also installed it for us. He went above and beyond and was beyond pleasant as was the rest of the location staff. If this is any indication of the kindness and service level of O’Reilly employees - I am a customer for life.
