I appreciate the management of this store for the true Aloha spirit. My car got disabled on a Sunday and I could not move it out of the parking lot I left a note on the dash. They did not tow it and I was able to come the next day to pick up my car. I rather support this business even if is a little more expensive than competitors because they care about the community
Exceptionally slow service every time I’ve been there. Understaffed. Staff is usually on the phone or in the back. Go elsewhere if you don’t want to wait for at least 10-15 minutes (if you’re lucky) to get helped even if you just need something simple like a return or an in-stock item.
Journey back in time, to the days of the parts store of old... everything about this store says mid-century. Like stepping in to the bar in the series "Cheers," where "everybody knows your name." You gotta love it.
If you really have needs for a hard part to find, a spark plug that's a little strange or whatever these are the go-to guys. They are a little eccentric as far as people, so you just have to roll with it. It's old school local
Napa carries the best quality parts around and this store has a great staff. They always help me quickly and courteously. They also stock lots of other automotive items like tools, oil & chemicals, detailing supplies, whatever you need they got it!
Massive parts and stock If not in stock can quickly easily be ordered and will be here in no time at all great crew very knowledged nothing they can't help you with this should be your 1st choice for auto parts if not you'll be back and you'll probably then want to use Napa for life as I do and I'm in the business of repairing customer vehicles
Standard is the place to go for auto/truck parts. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable to keep you on the road! Parts are normally in stock, they offer great sales on tools as well as various maintenance products. They will call other stores to locate the part. Will order parts from Oahu if not in stock on Maui. Mahalo's Standard
This is a great store. The staff is knowledgeable, frendly and tend to have a lot in stock. If not then like the rest if Maui they can order most parts from on island or off. If you want a good deal, do the work, you'll find what I did the long and hard way, that this Napa Store will have the best price in town.
