Awesome fast service and good prices. Very friendly and will not overcharge you. My fuel pump went out and they came out within 30 minutes. While being towed back, they received another call to get a tow for a flat tire. They asked if the customer had checked underneath the car for a spare so they wouldn’t have to charge them for a tow and they could just put the spare on for them. Very honest and great company!!!!
Don't need to look anywhere else Freedom Tow Hawaii should be your first call. My brakes went out on my car, thank goodness after I parked for the day. Unfortunately I found out our parking garage clearance was low and I would have to call around to find someone who could do it. I was anticipating at least a few calls and having to explain over an over what I needed. It was a stressful situation to say the least and Tho not only made it stress free he was so kind and helpful. He was able to do low clearance towing and he worked with me since it was something I needed to schedule during my work day. He recommended a better time due to downtown traffic and took pictures at pick up and drop off. I highly recommend them for their amazing customer service and communication. They are very professional and efficient and so grateful they were my first call.
Excellent service. Only thing I had was Apple Pay and he let me use it even though had never tried before. Delivered the car to the shop I needed and then send the photos as prooof of delivery and even the person he gave the keys too.
Amazing service, great communication. They worked with me via text while I was at work and took care of everything, including before and after pictures, online invoicing and prompt replies.
Highly recommend. Tho was very kind and expertly maneuvered the tow truck from the 5th floor of a tight parking garage. He arrived on time and was very responsive.

Unfriendly and unprofessional. I was hoping to get my moped towed but the employee working wanted to do the bare minimum and blew me off. Hopefully others have better luck.
Tho and his crew are fantastic and very fairly priced. I had a collectible BMW that I purchased online, towed to the Port of Honolulu for transport via ship to the mainland, and he handled my new purchase with great care and took extensive photos for my records and was very patient with the port when they were taking longer than expected. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Can not say enough good things about these hard working and amazing people at Freedom Tow. Had both driver side airmatic suspensions fail on my Mercedes. The car was basically sitting on the ground and not in an easy place to get to. Pull in Freedom Tow and let go of the worries. Very professional, explained everything going on with the equipment as he went through his routine. Hooked up and gone very quick. Fair priced and amazing attitude!! Will not look around for a towing company while I’m here. I already found the best one. Mahalo!!!
Excellent service and personable people! I had to schedule a tow on the military base and the driver (didn’t catch his name) was there early! My previous experience with other towing companies on the island involved hour-long waits and this was a welcome reprieve to that. Had my car out of a tight parking lot and to the auto shop in less than half an hour. Driver was awesome! Highly recommended, I will be using them for all my future tows.
Don't call any other tow service. After dealing with another company for the better half of 2 hours JUST to get a tow I called Freedom tow, the guy answered immediately, showed up in 15 minutes and grabbed my car. My vehicle is lowered, the guy had my car on a dolly and we were on our way to my destination in 5 minutes. The driver was was really cool, we had a chat on the way there, friendly, funny guy. If that doesn't sell you, I paid a fraction of the price the other company was trying to charge me.

Tho towed our car to A&A’s to get it fixed. He’s very genuine and helpful. He dropped off the car and offered to take us to the nearest car rental place. Now that’s customer service!
Friend pulled the parking brake on my car too high and it got stuck. Guy on the phone was super nice and helpful. Walked us through the problem and we ended up avoiding a tow altogether. Can’t speak for their actual towing but customer service is 10/10.
Great experience overall! Tho, the driver, got on site to pick up my car early and had it back to my house in no time (all during Oahu rush hour too!). Fastest and most efficient tow service I've ever had in any state and at a humble price. Tho also knows the process necessary to get on to military installations which saved a ton of time not having to walk him through it. Tho is extremely friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and honest, and is pleasant to speak with! Will definitely use Freedom Tow in the future. I recommend anyone who needs a tow to this company!
Tho was amazing! Such a friendly and kind man. A belt broke in my Mazda and he came right away to help me tow it over to a mechanic's shop. From the time I called to the time he dropped it off was less than 1 hour. He embodies all that is Aloha.
