The only people who answered and they were absolutely wonderful! Out of all the supposed 24/7 towing companies on the island these guys actually answered my call when I was stranded with a flat on the Pali. Johnathan was there within 20mins and was a gem! Friendly, understanding and had the car quickly up on the bed and we were on our way. Highly recommend O’Sung, what a great and professional team. Thanks for saving my day!
Great job by AJ when my EV wouldn’t shift into Drive. He tried all he could to get it working using his awesome mechanic skills but ended up having to take it to the dealer. Amazing parking skills to get the car into a spot so the dealer could easily access it. Impressive work and thanks! Give AJ a bonus!
Today I had a flat in church parking lot and AAA sent your company and OMG I was so relieved. I’ve had a couple experiences and your company is so responsive. Today I had Chris and she is awesome to the max. Your services are amazing and have recommended you several times as a roadside savior.
WORST. I have waited 3.5 hours for them, they billed AAA for services not tlrendered when they took so long to get there we had gotten into our car. They will cxl your AAA pickup without telling you. Never again
Go here!! Car broke down, AAA connected me to them. I ended up leaving my car as there was an estimated wait time of 2 hours. 10 minutes later I got a call that they were heading to my pickup spot. He ended up waiting for me to get there (cause I was impatient) and was just an awesome guy. Super kind and fantastic service. Recommend x a million.
I had a car towed and had scheduled the tow the day before and was given a 10:15 - 10:30 am pick up time. The dispatcher from O'Sung called me the morning of to verify the location of the vehicle and some other information.
The tow truck arrived around 9:45 which was 30 minutes early. Not only was the driver early but Buda was the nicest and very professional. He was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. I felt bad because the vehicle was parked on a side street and he couldn't just hook up the vehicle and go with other cars parked so close. Even though it took him some extra work he was still smiling and very nice. Buda was really fast and cautious while hooking up the vehicle. I felt very good about leaving the vehicle in his hands.

The owner is a jerk. My vehicle broke down at 2am, it was the alternator. The tow truck driver insisted I get it towed to his shop, he showed me a few recent alternator jobs within the $450. O reluctantly had my vehicle towed to his shop because sure I could do it myself, but I had to work early and he said it would be done by the time I got out of work. They texted me in the morning with a quote of $1700. Alternator, belt, upper radiator hose, and new battery. I told him sorry, I can’t do that now, how much for just the alternator. $700. I said no, they said okay well it’s $150 storage fee if you don’t come get it now. I called work and went to get my vehicle. When I arrived they had my car up on the lift. I told the owner just go ahead and put the new alternator. He got really close to me, trying to intimidate me and told me to go somewhere else. By the time our conversation was done they had actively moved my car out onto the street, blocking an entry ramp and in a “tow away zone”
I found a guy on Facebook, he guys by solo.repairs on instagram. He put a new alternator in, confirmed I don’t need a new belt, show me how to replace the $38 radiator hose, and even walked me through fixing my a/c after he tested the line for leaks. He charged me $200 labor and had it done in two hours.
Cedrick came to help my friend and I out and provided excellent service. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He got our car running quickly with no wait time at all. We’re truly grateful to have people like him who are there to help when it’s needed most.
Got stuck 10pm at night on the highway. They answered my phone call and responded quickly than estimate time. When tow truck arrived he was super friendly, made me feel safe and comfortable. In situations like this its all about how the transaction goes from start to finish, I was by myself and it was scary with cars flying by. The dispatch was friendly and tow guy was also friendly. 100% professionalism

I had a terrible experience with AAA roadside assistance. The driver who showed up, Francis M., appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. His behavior was unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I expected a reliable technician to help in an already stressful situation, but instead I felt even more unsafe.
Allowing someone in this condition to operate a tow truck and represent AAA is beyond irresponsible. I trusted AAA for emergency help, but this was the opposite of what anyone should experience. I strongly urge AAA to take immediate action, ensure proper screening of their drivers, and guarantee that no one else goes through a situation like this.
Exceptional service! We locked our keys in our vehicle on the Marine Corps base and within an hour O'Sungs was able to get on base and had our car door open. This is our third time using O'sungs in the past few years and every single encounter has been great! Thank you!

I called needing a tire change. The dispatcher let me know it would be about 40 min until service. The driver Cedric arrived in 15 min. Service was super fast and he helped me get my tire changed and ready to go. Would definitely recommend.
We had a blow out on a rental car on February 15th and Dollar arranged for OSung to bring our car back to the rental car center. The tow driver was awesome. We were super close to the airport, thankfully, and he had us try to drive the car back versus having to load it up so we wouldn’t need to find a way to transport back our carload of people separately. He ended up blowing air to the tire, leading us back to the rental car center, and pulling over four times to add more air, and following us all the way back to the return area to make sure we were good. This probably saved us hours of time and a huge headache. Thanks!
I had a battery issue and called my AAA contact. They quickly sent out Osung. Antoine was amazing. He came out quickly, he was very friendly, and he got me going with my car in a flash.
After contacting AAA to replace the battery in my vehicle, they dispatched out O'Sung Towing & Recovery. The office called to let me know my Technician was on their way. Once the Technician arrived (in under 45 minutes from calling AAA), they called to let me know they were in my parking garage and met me with a smile. The Technician, Cedric was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and explained each step along the way. He was able to replace my battery promptly and give my vehicle life again! My headlight went out while driving at night by the airport, so I called AAA who connected me to O'Sung Towing. Matt came and instead of towing my car (which would have cost $$$) he was super cool, assessed the issue, and ended up fixing my headlight for me. O' Sung Towing & Recovery provided an excellent experience. The dispatcher was always available to answer the phone, and while I was briefly placed on hold, I appreciated that they were responsive. They were also very kind, answering all my questions and giving me realistic expectations about the driver's arrival time. When the driver arrived, he was extremely professional and friendly, hooking up my car with ease. He even went the extra mile by offering to drop me off at the maintenance shop. My car died out in the middle of the Airport! We tried jumping the battery and whacking the gas tank for the fuel pump to try and regulate, nothing worked. Meanwhile, we called TripleAAA, got us connected with O’sung. The wait was not bad at all, 10-15 minutes. When Kawika R. came, he did the same thing and glad he did because he knew what he was doing. Fast and easy process. Pulled up my car, latched it down, took it home. (He also had complimentary water bottles!) Amazed with his parking skills! My house has a tight parking space and he killed it in one reverse! So glad they sent you guys out to us. Mahalo O’sung saved the day!
Found O'Sung via AAA service/membership. Was very pleased with O'Sung excellent and prompt communication with me. It made me feel reassured during an unstable time (my car wouldn't start at the beach park). The servicer, Aston was not only early, he was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Progressive had set me up with a tow company that didn’t tow motorcycles and O’sung came to the rescue. Shoutout to my driver Kimo who kept me updated from the moment he was dispatched until my bike was safely at home. Real personal experience during these are times. Top notch service.
Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called O'Sung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near O'Sung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend O'Sung.
