Took my car right away which was great. $205 for a diagnostic. The first red flag was when they called me asking how to get the key out of the ignition (my car has a security feature that locks down on the key if the battery isn't connected). At best, that was lazy, and at worst, it was incompetent. After several days, they said they replaced a part, that didn't fix it, so they put the old one back in and they were out of ideas and told me to come get it that day (because, you know, they pay for parking, and now it's an inconvenience for them) because I would need to take it to the dealer. Negotiated getting it the next day. They didn't properly put wires and the computer unit under the hood back in the slots it goes in, I had to do that myself. Not impressed, won't be back.

Awesome experience. Brought in a car that waa flooded and making odd sounds. I was expecting the worst outcome but their techs found that it was the belt tensioner causing the noise. Huge relief for me and honest work when they could’ve billed for much more. It’s great to have an honest shop in Ewa Beach!

Terrible place. Office manager Marie did not remove the safety sticker properly by heating up the sticker and resulted in ripping a chunk of my paint off. When paint ripped off she said “oh that’s why they put a sticker there.” If I don’t receive any sort of compensation I will have to proceed handling this situation by taking legal action.

Super quick, staff was super friendly. Took about 5 min for safety once I arrived. Definitely will Be coming back for my other vehicle.

Efficient, fast, and friendly. Got there at 8am on Saturday when they opened. Did walk-in safety and was done before 9am. Had a dozen people in front of me.

Love this shop! Awesome owner. Very competent mechanics, and they don't overcharge like alot of other shops. Work extremely fast and make your vehicle the primary focus when it's there. Also offer a strong military discount, which i much appreciate. I won't go anywhere else when/ if I have future problems

Highly recommended for safety checks. The cashiers and the technicians were courteous and professional. They took me on as a walk-in and immediately went to work. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would definitely do business with them in the future.

I have been getting my safety inspections performed at Eva Beach auto repair for a few years now. Every time I go (we have several cars in the family), I feel like I get five star service! Charla and Rudy are welcoming, expeditious, and go the extra mile, even removing prior stickers. I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but she is exceptional as well! I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else! Service with a smile!

First experience here but now we will become regulars! Many in the community have recommended this shop to us. We took one of our fleet rental cars in for a safety check & we had great experience. The owner was really helpful giving us service tips on our vehicles & the safety inspectors were all very friendly. Hands down, best place to get your safety check done! Own multiple cars and have tried many places only to encounter long waits and unfriendly staff. There’s no lines, they always have multiple safety inspectors to inspect your car. They were quick, easy and friendly. Recommend them to any and all family and friends.

Unfortunately overpriced, and terrible service here. They were dishonest about the services they did, ignored my appointment time, and tried to double charge me. I had a nail in my tire so I paid $53 here to get it patched (even tho it’s $25 other local places). I should have checked the tire myself but I didn’t. A week later, I notice a nail was still in my tire. I called them back and explained the situation. The receptionist confirmed it was in the same tire (right side) and said they “forgot” to patch my tire. She apologized and made me an appointment for 2:45 monday to get it fixed. Well when I show up, they said they're too busy to do it and I gotta come back later. Then they found a note saying it was actually the left tire so they’re still gonna charge me again for the patch. If that’s the case, why did the receptionist tell me they forgot to patch my tire on the phone? I worry they’re lying about charging me for a patch they didn’t do. But even if not, the receptionist could have easily checked the notes when I called before telling me they forgot to patch my tire. And she shouldn’t have me an appointment time that they couldn’t keep. She lied to her boss about the convo we had on the phone, denying she ever told me it was the same tire they forgot to patch :( It shouldn’t have been a big deal and if they just apologized for the miscommunication i wouldn’t even write a review, but she told me that it was “fine” if I wrote a review so here I am. ***The receptionist told me one thing on the phone, then changed her story in the shop. I am not a “batch”- I am just a customer who was told by your own staff that your shop made a mistake. I feel entitled to nothing except the truth about what I paid for, and knowing whether or not my tire was ever patched. I heard you guys talking back and forth about how you don’t remember which tire was patched, and then watched you try check your security footage to figure it out because you weren’t certain either. As a paying customer, how am I supposed to trust what you say after hearing and seeing all of that? Best of luck to you & your business.

I went in to get a safety check and it was done really quick! Front desk was very kind and prompted me to pull up my car in front of the shop. Very nice lady lady named Marie helped me out with the inspection and was so helpful! Thank you!

The best place in Ewa Beach to get your safety check and repair work done. Fast and reliable service, located across from the Ewa Post office. A no appointment needed for safety checks. Get in, get out, less than $30. Super friendly local staff.

Dropped in for a safety inspection and was blown away with the speed and service. Was in and out in under 15 minutes. Will be recommending to everyone I know and coming back for all my future inspections from now on. I don't live near the Westside but the drive is worth it for the customer service alone. 10/10.

I take all my vehicles here for the safety inspection, including my motorcycle. They are very fast and efficient, usually get to me within a few minutes. I haven't needed them for any automotive work yet but I have heard good things... I will be back, also very close to my house, that's nice.

I am really not someone to review very often, but I was blown away by the outstanding customer service, professionalism, helpfulness, and overall experience. The 2 women working the front desks are super helpful and knowledgeable. The safety inspector was wonderful to work with and took the time to help me find recommendations for places to fix my tint issue. Will recommend and absolutely come back.

I’ve said it before but it’s worth saying again. This is the most trustworthy, reasonably priced shop on island with the best mechanics. I own an LR4 (which is a problematic car). The fact that it’s still running I credit directly to this business and their knowledgeable and professional mechanics. You also cannot beat the peace of mind that comes from having a mechanic show you what’s wrong and explain it to you in a way that you can understand. I’m lucky to live close to their location but they’re absolutely worth the drive from anywhere on island.

The bad reviews are real. They are very hard to contact. Took them almost 4 weeks for a one problem. Their door posted "overbooked". Then don't accept more vehicles if you're overbooked. So we can just go to other auto repairs instead of waiting for almost a month for a response. AND THE WORST PART. One problem turned into thousands of dollars. They kept stating this is broken too, and this needs replacement. Gave the receipt and work done from them to a more competitive mechanic just cause I felt I got duped. He was furious of how much this placed charged me for such simple work. Edit: Wactch as this business replies with a very unprofessional response. Just like he does with all the other bad reviews.

I was on my way to drop my Mother in law off for a doctor's appointment when I got a flat tire. Thankfully, Ewa Beach Auto Repair was nearby. The staff was awesome, very professional and they assured me everything would be all right. Luckily, they were able to fix the flat tire quickly and at a fair price, getting me back on the road in no time. They saved the day and I was able to get my mom to her appointment on time. Thank you so much.

I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. It kept overheating. These guys properly diagnosed my car and fixed it when the dealership I bought it from couldn’t fix it. It wasn’t cheap but I have piece of mind now. Receptionist were super friendly too. Aaron
